Abstract
The invention discloses a voice service realization method. The method is characterized in that when a terminal determines a current service cell supports a voice over long term evolution (VoLTE) service, determines the signal intensity of an LTE network of the current service cell meets VoLTE service conversation conditions and determines an IP multimedia subsystem (IMS) can provide services of the VoLTE service for the current service cell, executing the VoLTE service. The invention also discloses a voice service realization device. With the technical scheme of the invention, the terminal is allowed to select to execute the VoLTE service or a CSFB voice service intelligently under the condition of being not sure about whether the current service cell supports the VoLTE service or not, thereby guaranteeing the voice service not to beak effectively, and greatly improving user experience.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a communication technology, in particular to a method and a device for realizing a voice service.
Background
In recent years, the deployment of Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks around the world is extremely active, telecommunication networks are undergoing a huge revolution, and Internet Protocol (IP) multimedia services directly challenge the operation roles and operation modes of telecommunication operators. At present, the proportion of the voice service income of a common traditional telecommunication operator accounts for about 70% in the operation, and with the popularization of a 3G, LTE network, the voice income of the operator can be reduced year by year. However, voice services will still be a necessary basic communication requirement for the user. Therefore, voice solutions for LTE networks are important both for the operator and the user.
LTE is defined as a new generation wireless communication standard, which is a pure packet-switched system and does not support traditional circuit-switched services, so that LTE can only provide voice services in a voice over IP manner, which undoubtedly brings many new challenges. Users expect that the voice quality of LTE networks can be equal to that of circuit-switched networks, and operators have invested a lot in circuit-switched networks to migrate voice to new networks, but this also requires a certain time to transition, where the involved commercial benefits and technical implementation difficulties are also factors that have to be considered. Currently, most operators only deploy data services on LTE networks, and voice is still provided by old Circuit Switched (CS) networks, but it is also generally considered in the industry that providing voice by using LTE networks will be the final trend. Therefore, in a foreseeable future period, two technologies, Circuit Switched Fallback (CSFB) and Voice over LTE (VoLTE) will become main solutions for solving the Voice service of the LTE terminal.
In the CSFB technique, LTE provides only data services. When the user initiates or accepts a voice call, the user falls back to the CS domain for processing. The operator does not need to deploy an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), and only needs to upgrade a Mobile Switching Center (MSC) to support the IMS. This is a fast service offering scheme, but has the disadvantage of slow call connection speed. CSFB is suitable as a transition scenario before IMS deployment.
In VoLTE technology, it will become the ultimate solution when operator LTE network coverage reaches a certain continuity, even full coverage. Both the Global System of mobile communication Association (GSMA) and the Next Generation Mobile Networks (NGMN) have announced VoLTE as the only end-to-end voice solution under industry LTE. The Core service control network is an IMS network, and is matched with an LTE (Long term evolution) and packet Core Evolution (EPC) network to realize end-to-end voice and video communication services based on a packet domain. However, the deployment of VoLTE involves almost all core network elements, not only simple IMS stacking, but also the modification or docking of existing network devices is often the most difficult, VoLTE involves many new technologies, requires necessary tests and trials, and an operator needs a long time to fully implement the IMS-based VoLTE.
In summary, CSFB and VoLTE may coexist for a long period of time. The uncertainty of network coverage may affect the terminal to perform normal voice service.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the main objective of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for implementing a voice service, which can effectively ensure that the voice service is not interrupted, and improve user experience.

According to the voice service implementation method and device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal determines that the current service cell supports the VoLTE service, determines that the signal intensity of the LTE network of the current service cell meets the VoLTE service call condition, and executes the VoLTE service when the IMS can provide the service of the VoLTE service for the current service cell. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the terminal intelligently selects and executes the VoLTE service or the CSFB voice service under the condition of uncertain network coverage, thereby effectively ensuring that the voice service is not interrupted and greatly improving the user experience.

Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a voice service implementation method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, including the following steps:

the voice service management module 22 is configured to execute the VoLTE service when the voice service determination module 21 determines that the current serving cell supports the VoLTE service, determines that the signal strength of the LTE network of the current serving cell meets a VoLTE service call condition, and determines that the IMS can provide the service of the VoLTE service for the current serving cell.
Preferably, the voice service determining module 21 is further configured to determine that a current serving cell does not support a VoLTE service, and/or determine that a signal strength of an LTE network of the current serving cell does not satisfy a VoLTE service call condition, and/or determine that IMS cannot provide a service of the VoLTE service for the current serving cell, and determine whether the current serving cell supports a circuit switched fallback CSFB voice service;
the voice service management module 22 is further configured to execute the CSFB voice service when the voice service determination module 21 determines that the current serving cell does not support the VoLTE service, and/or determines that the signal strength of the LTE network of the current serving cell does not satisfy a VoLTE service call condition, and/or determines that the IMS cannot provide the services of the VoLTE service for the current serving cell, and determines that the current serving cell supports the CSFB voice service.

Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a voice service implementation method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, including the following steps:

when determining that the IMS can not provide the service of the VoLTE service for the current service cell, the terminal detects whether the current service cell supports a circuit switched fallback CSFB voice service or not, and executes the CSFB voice service when determining that the current service cell supports the CSFB service.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and when the terminal executes the CSFB voice service, switching to the LTE network of the current service cell again.

the voice service management module is further configured to execute the CSFB voice service when the voice service determination module determines that the current serving cell does not support the VoLTE service, and/or determines that the signal strength of the LTE network of the current serving cell does not satisfy a VoLTE service call condition, and/or determines that the IMS cannot provide the service of the VoLTE service for the current serving cell, and determines that the current serving cell supports the CSFB voice service.
