本发明公开了一种膨胀阻燃涂料,包括聚乙烯醇13~17份;脲醛树脂25~28份;石墨颗粒12~14份;钛白粉8~12份;氧化钼6~10份分散剂5~9份;增稠剂8~14份。通过上述方式,本发明一种膨胀阻燃涂料,具有附着力强、机械强度高、耐高温性能好、阻燃效果显著,而且不容易产生有毒性的气体的优点。

一种膨胀阻燃涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑涂料领域,特别是一种膨胀阻燃涂料。
背景技术
膨胀型阻燃体系通常是指以磷、氮、碳元素为主要核心成分的复合阻燃剂,它一般是由三部分组成的:炭化剂、炭化催化剂和膨胀剂。用其阻燃的聚合物受热时,会在其表面形成一定厚度的多孔炭层,该炭层具有隔热、隔氧、抑烟及防熔滴的功能,从而起到很好的阻燃作用。目前,膨胀型阻燃剂广泛应用于塑料、橡胶、纤维、涂料、木材等材料的阻燃。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种膨胀阻燃涂料,解决了膨胀阻燃涂料耐高温能力差、不环保的问题。
    为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种膨胀阻燃涂料,其原料配方由下列质量百分含量的材料组成:
       聚乙烯醇                                 13~17份;
         脲醛树脂                                 25~28份;
         石墨颗粒                                  12~14份;
         钛白粉                                     8~12份;
         氧化钼                                     6~10份;
         分散剂                                     5~9份;
     增稠剂                                     8~14份。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种膨胀阻燃涂料,具有附着力强、机械强度高、耐高温性能好、阻燃效果显著,而且不容易产生有毒性的气体的优点。

         分散剂                                     5~9份;
         增稠剂                                     8~14份。
