技术领域
本发明属于烟气处理领域,具体涉及一种去除锅炉烟气中有害气体的方法。
背景技术
锅炉烟气是气体和烟尘的混合物,是污染居民区大气的主要原因。烟气的成分很复杂,气体中包括水蒸汽、二氧化硫、碳氢化合物以及氮氧化合物等,烟尘包括燃料的灰分、煤粒、油滴以及高温裂解产物等。因此烟气对环境的污染是多种毒物的复合污染。烟尘对人体的危害性与颗粒的大小有关,对人体产生危害的多是直径小于10微米的飘尘,尤其以1-2.5微米的飘尘危害性最大。
当今国内外广泛使用的脱硫脱硝一体化技术主要是湿式烟气脱硫和选择性催化还原或选择性非催化还原技术脱硝组合。湿式烟气脱硫常用的是采用石灰或石灰石的钙法,脱硫效率大于90%,其缺点是工程庞大,初投资和运行费用高,且容易形成二次污染。选择性催化还原脱硝反应温度为250~450℃时,脱硝率可达70%~90%。该技术成熟可靠,在全球范围尤其是发达国家应用广泛,但该工艺设备投资大,需预热处理烟气,催化剂昂贵且使用寿命短,同时存在氨泄漏、设备易腐蚀等问题。选择性非催化还原温度区域为870~1200℃,脱硝率小于50%。缺点是工艺设备投资大,需预热处理烟气,设备易腐蚀等问题。干法烟气脱硫脱硝一体化技术包括四个方面:固相吸收/再生法、气/固催化同时脱硫脱硝技术、吸收剂喷射法以及高能电子活化氧化法;该方法对反应参数要求较高,操作步骤复杂,很难被一般生产企业所掌握。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种去除锅炉烟气中有害气体的方法,该工艺操作简单,投入成本低廉,氮硫氧化物等有害气体效果好,并且利用废料制备了菌肥,实现了变废为宝,一举两得。
本发明是通过如下方案来实现的:
一种去除锅炉烟气中有害气体的方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备化学制剂:
按照重量份取石灰石5-8份,麦麸4-6份,腐植酸钾3-5份,膨润土2-3份,草炭土1-2份,氨水15-20份,备用;
将石灰石,麦麸,腐植酸钾,膨润土,以及草炭灰,混合均匀,研磨成粒径为100目以上的粉末,然后添加氨水,100转/min离心搅拌30min,即得;
2)制备生物制剂:按照体积百分比将亚硝化菌40%,脱氮副球菌20%,蜡状芽孢杆菌20%,粪产碱杆菌20%,混合搅拌均匀,即得;
3)脱硫脱硝:
锅炉烟气首先经过化学制剂处理,处理时间为15-20min,然后对烟气进行降温处理,控制温度为35℃以下,最后进入生物反应室,喷洒生物制剂,反应时间为24-48h,最后将净化后的烟气排出;
4)制备肥料:
回收处理烟气后的化学制剂,与磷酸一铵、尿素、氯化钾以及水混合搅拌均匀,加入到双螺杆挤出造粒机中,造粒机造粒,冷却至室温,最后喷洒圆褐固氮菌,搅拌均匀,低温干燥即得。
所述步骤4)中,
处理烟气后的化学制剂、磷酸一铵、尿素、氯化钾、水以及圆褐固氮菌的质量比例为20:12:8:5:15:1。
所述步骤2)中,
亚硝化菌、脱氮副球菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌或粪产碱杆菌的原始浓度均为1×108个/ml;

注,上述步骤中菌种的培养方式不是本发明的创新点,此处不详述,本领域技术人员可以根据文献记载或本领域的常识选择常规的培养基及扩大培养方法,使活菌数达到108个/ml;上述菌株可从CCTCC以及ATCC等商业途径购买获得。
本发明取得的有益效果主要包括:
本发明通过化学制剂和微生物技术相结合,有效地净化了烟气,去除了氮硫有害气体,并且实现了废物再利用,节能环保;本发明制备的化学制剂具备较好的吸附和去除氮硫氧化物效果,制备简单成本低廉;本发明采用微生物学技术,对锅炉烟气进行氮硫氧化物深度处理,大大降低了工业能耗,减少了浪费水资源的浪费,并且投资成本低操作流程简单;本发明制备的生物制剂,配伍合理,相互协同,能够达到较佳的氮硫氧化物去除效果;本发明利用废弃化学制剂制备了肥料,肥效较好,给企业带来较好的经济收益。

实施例1
一种去除锅炉烟气中有害气体的方法,该工艺包括如下步骤:
1)制备化学制剂:
按照重量份取石灰石5份,麦麸4份,腐植酸钾3份,膨润土2份,草炭土1份,氨水15份,备用;将石灰石,麦麸,腐植酸钾,膨润土,以及草炭灰,混合均匀,研磨成粒径为100目的粉末,然后添加氨水,100转/min离心搅拌30min,即得;

按照重量份取石灰石8份,麦麸6份,腐植酸钾5份,膨润土3份,草炭土2份,氨水20份,备用;将石灰石,麦麸,腐植酸钾,膨润土,以及草炭灰,混合均匀,研磨成粒径为200目的粉末,然后添加氨水,100转/min离心搅拌30min,即得;
2)制备生物制剂:
按照体积百分比将亚硝化菌40%,脱氮副球菌20%,蜡状芽孢杆菌20%,粪产碱杆菌20%,混合搅拌均匀,即得;上述四种菌的原始浓度均为1×108个/ml;
3)脱硫脱硝:
锅炉烟气首先经过化学制剂处理,处理时间为20min,然后对烟气进行降温处理,控制温度为35℃以下,最后进入生物反应室,喷洒生物制剂,反应时间为48h,最后将净化后的烟气排出;
4)制备菌肥:
回收处理烟气后的化学制剂,与磷酸一铵、尿素、氯化钾以及水混合搅拌均匀,加入到双螺杆挤出造粒机中,造粒机造粒,冷却至室温,最后喷洒圆褐固氮菌,搅拌均匀,低温干燥即得;其中,处理烟气后的化学制剂、磷酸一铵、尿素、氯化钾、水以及圆褐固氮菌的质量比例为20:12:8:5:15:1;所述圆褐固氮菌浓度为3×108个/ml。
实施例3
锅炉烟气中有害气体的去除效果试验:选择本公司锅炉烟气,采用实施例1的技术工艺来处理,具体结果见表1:

结论:经过化学制剂和生物制剂处理后,氮硫氧化物的浓度大大降低,完全符合排放标准。
实施例4
本发明制备的肥料的肥效试验:以水稻作为试验农作物。
设置两个处理试验田,面积均为10亩,为对照组和试验组。对照组:复合肥(N16-P22-K7);实验组:实施例1制备的肥料;每组试验田肥料的使用量均为50kg,种植条件完全相同,同时收获水稻,测定水稻亩产量以及增产率;同时检测水稻穗粒数、千粒重以及空秕粒数。试验结果见表2:

结论:通过水稻种植试验发现,试验组的肥料好,空秕粒数、穗粒数、千粒重以及亩产量等指标均优于对照组,并且原料成本低廉,可大幅度提高农民收益。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方式对本案作了详尽的说明,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所作的修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (1)
1.一种去除锅炉烟气中有害气体的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1)制备化学制剂:
按照重量份取石灰石5-8份,麦麸4-6份,腐植酸钾3-5份,膨润土2-3份,草炭土1-2份,氨水15-20份,备用;
将石灰石,麦麸,腐植酸钾,膨润土,以及草炭灰,混合均匀,研磨成粒径为100目以上的粉末,然后添加氨水,100转/min离心搅拌30min,即得;
步骤2)制备生物制剂:
按照体积百分比将亚硝化菌40%,脱氮副球菌20%,蜡状芽孢杆菌20%,粪产碱杆菌20%,混合搅拌均匀,即得;
步骤3)脱硫脱硝:
锅炉烟气首先经过步骤1)所得化学制剂处理,处理时间为15-20min,然后对烟气进行降温处理,控制温度为35℃以下,最后进入生物反应室,喷洒步骤2)所得生物制剂,反应时间为24-48h,最后将净化后的烟气排出;
步骤4)制备菌肥:
回收处理烟气后的化学制剂,与磷酸一铵、尿素、氯化钾以及水混合搅拌均匀,加入到双螺杆挤出造粒机中,造粒机造粒,冷却至室温,最后喷洒圆褐固氮菌,搅拌均匀,低温干燥即得;
所述步骤4)中,处理烟气后的化学制剂、磷酸一铵、尿素、氯化钾、水以及圆褐固氮菌的质量比例为20:12:8:5:15:1。
