Description

具有装备磁体的指针的车辆仪表板
技术领域
本发明总地涉及车辆仪表板组件,并具体涉及一种装备有磁体的指针,从而磁场传感器能够确定指针角度。
背景技术
当组装具有传统指针的车辆仪表板组件时,摄像头用来确定实际的指针位置和对应于显示器上的标记或者刻度的期望的指针位置之间的任何偏移误差。这种偏移被编程至仪表板以确保每次对仪表板供电都应用该偏移。如果供至仪表板的电力在正常操作期间中断,仪表组进行“还原”操作以将指针旋转回到零位。由于施加电能时指针角度未知,有时电机会以足够的力撞击到内部硬止挡以使电机驱动反弹回一步或两步,并由此计量器变得不精确。
发明内容
根据一个实施例,提供了一种构造成确定组件中的由步进电机驱动的指针的方向角度的车辆仪表板组件。该组件包括指针、步进电机、磁体以及传感器。所述指针绕轴线转动以指向在所述组件的显示面上的标记。所述步进电机通过减速齿轮装置联接到指针。所述磁体固定联接到指针,从而磁体产生的磁场方向对应于指针的角度。所述传感器构造成确定磁体的磁场方向以及输出指示所述指针的角度的信号。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出了一种车辆仪表板组件的一部分的非限制示例,下文中称为组件10,构造成确定组件10的由步进电机12(图2)致动的指针14的方向角度。一般而言,指针14绕轴线转动以指向在组件10的显示面(未示出)上的标记。
该示例中的步进电机12是可包括减速齿轮装置20的电机组件18的一部分,该减速齿轮装置使步进电机12耦合到指针14,从而需要步进电机的转子22的多次转动(例如一百(100)次转动或旋转)使指针14移动通过一个活动范围(例如两百四十度(240°))。由此,步进电机12通过减速齿轮装置20耦合到指针14。电机组件18也可包括共同固定住形成步进电机12以及减速齿轮装置20的多个部件(齿轮、转子以及定子)的壳体26以及盖子28。
图3进一步示出了组件10的非限制细节,包括固定地联接到指针14上的磁体24(即感应磁体,不与转子22的磁体部分混淆的)。由于磁体24固定地联接到指针14,由磁体24产生的磁场方向30对应于指针14的角度32(图1)。因而,组件10还包括传感器34,该传感器构造成确定磁体24的磁场方向30以及输出指示所述指针14的角度32的信号(未示出)。例如而非限制地,合适的传感器可以是从总部位于比利时的MelexisMicroelectronic Systems可购得的MLX90316。
指针14有利地安装于或者联接到构造成绕轴线16转动的轴36上,并且磁体24也附连于该轴36。所示的这种直接联接是有利的,因为其减少了可能导致角度32与磁场方向30间差的相关性的磁体24与指针14相对于彼此摆动或者移动的风险。
在图1-3所示的实施例中,传感器34包括位于接近磁体24并与磁体24同轴(即对准轴线16)的霍尔效应方向传感器(例如上文所述的MLX90316)。在该实施例中,如本领域中所认识的,传感器34例如使用焊料表面安装地附连于电路板38。电路板38也可用于构成与形成步进电机12的定子部分的线圈42的线圈销40的电接触。
图4示出组件10的替代实施例的非限制示例,标记为组件110。可能较佳的是,在如图1和3所示的传感器34的位置包括光源144,例如发光二极管(LED),以便光线能透射到轴136以照亮指针114。在这个可选的实施例中,传感器34可由两个位置接近位于电机组件118的磁体(未示出,但是与磁体24相同)周缘的磁场强度传感器替代,例如传感器134A与134B。磁场强度传感领域的技术人员会认识到传感器134A与134B具有相对于轴线116的正交定向,并且优选地邻近壳体126。通过比较来自磁体的磁场强度与极性,传感器134A与134B可用于确定与磁场方向30相当的磁场方向。
因而,提供了一种构造成确定组件的由步进电机驱动的指针的方向角度的车辆仪表板组件。直接联接到指针的磁体产生磁场,其由磁场传感器(传感器34或传感器134A,134B)探测。这种构造的优点在于,如果步进电机12由外力克服,即便由定子产生的动力没有改变(即步进电机“跳过一步”),转子22仍移动,仍可知指针14,114的角位置(角度32)。这就以最小的成本和实施的灵活性为长期存在的使用目前可用技术的指针位置传感问题提供了解决方案。相对于那些如果暂时失去了动力则必须驱动指针至机械止挡来识别零位的现有技术的方案具有改进。相对于那些由于校准验证不需要等待指针经过该位置而具有可感测在某位置的指针的位置的光检测器或类似物的现有技术的方案也具有改进。由于转子22的磁体以及由线圈42产生的磁场不位于轴36附近,双极的钕磁体可位于与轴36相同的轴线16。壳体26为传感器34提供了间隙。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆仪表板组件(10),所述车辆仪表板组件构造成确定组件(10)中的由步进电机(12)驱动的指针(14,114)的方向角度(32),所述组件(10)包括:
指针(14,114),所述指针(14,114)可绕轴线(16,116)转动以指向在所述组件(10)的显示面上的标记;步进电机(12),所述步进电机(12)联接到所述指针(14,114)上;磁体(24),所述磁体(24)固定地联接到指针(14,114),从而通过磁体(24)产生的磁场方向(30)对应于指针(14,114)的角度(32);以及
传感器(34),所述传感器构造成确定磁体(24)的磁场方向(30)以及输出指示所述指针(14,114)的角度(32)的信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组件(10),其特征在于,所述指针(14,114)安装在构造成绕着轴线(16,116)转动的轴(36,136)上并且所述磁体(24)附连于所述轴(36,136)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组件(10),其特征在于,所述传感器(34)包括位于靠近所述磁体(24)并与所述磁体(24)同轴的霍尔效应方向传感器(34)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的组件(10),其特征在于,所述传感器(34)包括两个靠近所述磁体(24)周缘定位的磁场强度传感器(134A,134B)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的组件(10),其特征在于,所述步进电机(12)通过减速齿轮装置联接到所述指针(14,114)。
