Description
変位量計測のための符号板と、
n回転(n=0を含まない整数および分数)を計数するための磁性回転体と、
これら符号板と磁性回転体とが取り付けられる回転軸と、
前記磁性回転体の少なくとも一部領域と対向配置され、この磁性回転体の磁気を検出する磁気検出素子とを少なくとも有し、
前記磁性回転体は、前記符号板を介して磁気検出素子と対向するように符号板の固定面側に接して配置されるように前記回転軸に取り付けられているエンコーダ。
(2) 前記磁気検出素子が搭載された基板の反対側の面に前記磁気検出素子にバイアス磁界を与える磁性部材を有する上記(1)のエンコーダ。
(3) 前記バイアス磁界を与える磁性部材と、磁気検出素子と、磁性回転体とは、磁気検出素子の磁気検出面において、磁性部材と磁性回転体のそれぞれの磁界強度が略等しくなるように配置されている上記(2)のエンコーダ。
(4) 前記バイアス磁界を与える磁性部材と、磁気検出素子と、磁性回転体とは、略等間隔に配置されている上記(3)のエンコーダ。
磁性回転体とバイアスマグネットとの位置関係を変化させ、磁気検出素子の出力に与える影響を調べた。

Claims (4)
- 被測定物の変位量を測定するエンコーダ本体に、
変位量計測のための符号板と、
n回転(n=0を含まない整数および分数)を計数するための磁性回転体と、
これら符号板と磁性回転体とが取り付けられる回転軸と、
前記磁性回転体の少なくとも一部領域と対向配置され、この磁性回転体の磁気を検出する磁気検出素子とを少なくとも有し、
前記磁性回転体は、前記符号板を介して磁気検出素子と対向するように符号板の固定面側に接して配置されるように前記回転軸に取り付けられているエンコーダ。 - 前記磁気検出素子が搭載された基板の反対側の面に前記磁気検出素子にバイアス磁界を与える磁性部材を有する請求項1のエンコーダ。
- 前記バイアス磁界を与える磁性部材と、磁気検出素子と、磁性回転体とは、磁気検出素子の磁気検出面において、磁性部材と磁性回転体のそれぞれの磁界強度が略等しくなるように配置されている請求項2のエンコーダ。
- 前記バイアス磁界を与える磁性部材と、磁気検出素子と、磁性回転体とは、略等間隔に配置されている請求項3のエンコーダ。
