本发明涉及一种用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,由以下组分按照重量份数组成:硫氟肟醚:10-40份;氟啶虫胺腈:15-45份;呋虫胺:10-30份;毒死蜱:25-55份。本发明的优点:本发明杀虫组合物具有明显的增效作用,可以减少有效成分用量,降低使用成本,延缓害虫抗药性的产生,有效减少环境污染和农药残留,低毒、低残留、对非靶标生物安全的,对叶蝉、褐飞虱、灰飞虱、白背飞虱、蝽蟓,同翅目刺吸式口器害虫主要为飞虱、蚜虫,咀嚼式口器害虫主要为红铃虫,茶树害虫主要为茶毛虫、茶小绿叶蝉、茶尺蠖,柑桔害虫主要为潜夜蛾,蔬菜害虫主要为菜青虫等害虫具有显著的杀灭效果,同时,适用于有害生物综合治理。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于农业害虫防治的杀虫剂领域,特别涉及一种含有硫氟肟醚、氟啶虫胺腈、呋虫胺和毒死蜱的高效杀虫剂。
背景技术
农产品中杀虫剂的残留和对动物的毒性问题,一直是人们关注的热点。
硫氟肟醚:
硫氟肟醚(试验代号HNPC-A2005)是国家南方农药创制中心湖南基地,国家农药创制工程技术研究中心。湖南化工研究院2002年自主设计、合成创制出的具有自主知识产权的非酯拟除虫菊酯类新型杀虫剂。经过近六年的室内、温室和田间试验证实,硫氟肟醚在30~150ga.i./hm2剂量下,能有效防治茶树害虫茶毛虫、茶小绿叶蝉、茶尺蠖,柑桔害虫潜夜蛾和蔬菜害虫菜青虫等。
硫氟肟醚杀虫谱广、作用迅速。毒性及残留试验结果表明,硫氟肟醚属低毒、低残留、对非靶标生物安全的环境友好型化合物。
氟啶虫胺腈:
氟啶虫胺腈(sulfoxaflor),砜亚胺类杀虫剂,作用于昆虫的神经系统,即作用于烟碱类乙酰胆碱受体(nAChR)内独特的结合位点而发挥杀虫功能。可经叶、茎、根吸收而进入植物体内。氟啶虫胺腈适用于防治棉花盲蝽、蚜虫、粉虱,飞虱和蚧壳虫等所有刺吸式口器害虫;高效、快速并且持效期长,能有效防治对烟碱类、菊酯类,有机 磷类和氨基甲酸酯类农药产生抗性的吸汁类害虫,被杀虫剂抗性行动委员会(IRAC)认定为唯一的Group4C类全新有效成分。对非靶标节肢动物毒性低,是害虫综合防治优选药剂。是美国历史上唯一一个出现的没有通过正式登记即审批进行应用的农药。

特点:杀虫方式多样:氟啶虫胺腈可通过直接接触杀死靶标害虫,具有触杀作用;具有渗透性,在植物叶片正面施药,可渗透到植物叶片背面杀死靶标害虫;具有内吸传导性,可在植物体内通过木质部由下向上传导到新生组织叶片;具有胃毒作用:速效性快、持效期长;室内试验表明,药后2小时蚜虫死亡率在97%,药后4小时,蚜虫死亡率99%;大田试验表明,药后24小时蚜虫防效86%,药后3天,防效87%,药后14天蚜虫防效在83%;无交互抗性:对许多新烟碱类杀虫剂产生抗性的Q烟粉虱(英国洛桑试验),对吡虫啉有很强抗性的B烟粉虱(陶氏益农试验),对吡虫啉有抗性的褐飞虱(陶氏益农),多抗桃蚜、多抗棉花烟粉虱等无交互抗性。氟啶虫胺腈被杀虫剂抗性 行动委员会(IRAC)认定为唯一的Group4C类全新有效成分。它可以与多种杀虫剂进行轮换使用,如氨基甲酸酯,有机磷,拟除虫菊酯,阿维菌素,吡蚜酮,氟啶虫酰胺;耐雨水冲刷:药后2小时遇雨不影响药效;绿色无公害:无生殖毒性,无致突变作用,无致畸作用,无致癌作用,无神经毒作用;环保:土壤中可被微生物迅速分解,无残留,不会污染地下水及地表水,在空气中的存在水平非常低,不会在动物脂肪组织内累积。

谷类作物(小麦):麦长管蚜、禾谷缢管蚜、麦二叉蚜、俄罗斯麦蚜;
棉花:棉蚜、玷污盲蝽、西方玷污盲蝽、叶蝉、烟粉虱;
柑橘:柑橘木虱、红圆蚧、粉软蜡蚧、柑橘粉蚧、柑橘雪蚧;
果树(梨果-苹果、梨):苹果绵蚜、苹果黄蚜、苹果玫蚜、梨园蚧;
果树(核果):桃蚜;
坚果树、葡萄:黑边蚜、葡萄叶蝉、葡萄粉蚧、核桃黑斑蚜;
蔬菜(油菜):甘蓝蚜、桃蚜;
蔬菜(葫芦):瓜蚜、烟粉虱、温室白粉虱;
茄果类蔬菜:桃蚜、马铃薯长管蚜、烟粉虱、温室白粉虱

呋虫胺:
呋虫胺(dinotefuran)为日本三井公司研发的烟碱类杀虫剂。其与现有的烟碱类杀虫剂的化学结构可谓大相径庭,它的四氢呋喃基取代了以前的氯代吡啶基、氯代噻唑基,并不含卤族元素。同时,在性能方面也与烟碱有所不同,故而,目前人们将其称为“呋喃烟碱”。

毒性:呋虫胺对哺乳动物十分安全,其急性经口LD50为雄性大鼠2450mg/kg,雌性大鼠2275mg/kg;雄性小鼠2840mg/kg,雌性小鼠2000mg/kg。对大鼠急性经皮LD50>2000mg/kg(雌、雄)。无致畸、致癌和致突变性。呋虫胺对水生生物也十分安全。鱼毒试验表明,呋 虫胺对鲤鱼nm(48h)>1000mg/L,对水蚤>1000mg/L。同样,呋虫胺对鸟类毒性也很低,对鹌鹑急性经口LD50>1000mg/kg。经对蜜蜂试验得知,呋虫胺对蜜蜂安全,并且不影响蜜蜂采蜜。
该药剂具有触杀、胃毒、和根部内吸性强、速效高、持效期长3-4周(理论持效性43天)、杀虫谱广等特点,且对刺吸口器害虫有优异防效,并在很低的剂量即显示了很高的杀虫活性。主要用于防治小麦、水稻、棉花、蔬菜、果树、烟叶等多种作物上的蚜虫、叶蝉、飞虱、蓟马、粉虱及其抗性品系,同时对鞘翅目、双翅目和鳞翅目、双翅目、甲虫目和总翅目害虫有高效,并对蜚蠊、自蚁、家蝇等卫生害虫有高效。其于1993年在日本介绍,以后在以韩国为代表的亚洲各国、本国及欧洲各国获得登记。
呋虫胺的杀虫谱:
水稻害虫
高效:褐飞虱、白背飞虱、灰飞虱、黑尾叶蝉、稻蛛椽蝽象、星蝽象、稻绿蝽象、红须盲蝽、稻负混虫、稻筒水螟。
有效:二化螟、稻蝗类。
蔬菜、水果害虫
高效:粉虱类、蚧类、矢尖盾蚧、朱绿蝽、桃小食心虫、桔潜蛾、茶细蛾、黄条跳甲、豆潜蝇、茶小绿叶蝉。
有效:蚜虫类、角腊蚧、小菜蛾、二黑条叶甲、茶黄蓟马、烟蓟马、黄蓟马、柑橘黄蓟马、大豆荚瘿蚊、番茄潜叶蝇。
呋虫胺具有很广的杀虫谱,并对作物、人畜和环境又十分安全, 再配以各种用途的使用方法,该农药有望成为世界性的大型农药。
毒死蜱:

毒性:属中等毒性杀虫剂。原药大鼠急性经口LD50为163mg/kg,急性经皮LD50>2g/kg;对试验动物眼睛有轻度刺激,对皮肤有明显刺激,长时间多次接触会产生灼伤。大鼠亚急经口无作用剂量为0.03mg/kg,慢性经口无作用剂量为0.1mg/kg。狗慢性经口无作用剂量为0.03mg/kg。在试验剂量下未见致畸、致突变、致癌作用。室内空气中最高允许浓度为(TLV)0.2mg/m。对鱼类及水生生物毒性较高,红鳟鱼LC50为15mg/L(96小时,72℃),对蜜蜂有毒。毒死蜱40.7%乳油,大鼠急性经口LD50为590mg/kg,免急性经皮LD50为2330mg/kg,对皮肤、眼睛有刺激性。杀死虫蓝珠14%颗粒剂大鼠性急经口LD50>2g/kg,急性经皮>2g/kg,急性吸入LC50>0.007μg/L (7小时),对眼睛、皮肤有刺激性。
剂型:40.7%乳油,14%颗粒剂。
毒死蜱是一种高效、广谱有机磷杀虫剂,对害虫具有触杀、胃毒和熏蒸作用,尤其对褐飞虱的防治有非常好的效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有硫氟肟醚、氟啶虫胺腈、呋虫胺和毒死蜱的高效杀虫剂。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,由以下组分按照重量份数组成:
硫氟肟醚:10-40份;氟啶虫胺腈:15-45份;呋虫胺:10-30份;毒死蜱:25-55份。
在上述方案的基础上,一种用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,由以下组分按照重量份数组成:
硫氟肟醚:15-35份;氟啶虫胺腈:20-40份;呋虫胺:15-25份;毒死蜱:35-50份。
在上述方案的基础上,一种用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,由以下组分按照重量份数组成:
硫氟肟醚:25份;氟啶虫胺腈:30份;呋虫胺:20份;毒死蜱:45份。
上述的用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,可以配制的剂型是乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂或微乳剂。
上述的用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,主要用于防治靶标害虫、咀嚼式口器害虫及同翅目刺吸式口器害虫。
上述的用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物用于防治的靶标害虫主要为黑尾叶蝉、褐飞虱、灰飞虱、白背飞虱、蝽蟓等,同翅目刺吸式口器害虫主要为飞虱、蚜虫,咀嚼式口器害虫主要为红铃虫。
本发明的优点:本发明杀虫组合物具有明显的增效作用,可以减少有效成分用量,降低使用成本,延缓害虫抗药性的产生,有效减少环境污染和农药残留,对叶蝉、褐飞虱、灰飞虱、白背飞虱、蝽蟓,同翅目刺吸式口器害虫主要为飞虱、蚜虫。咀嚼式口器害虫主要为红铃虫等害虫具有显著的杀灭效果,同时,可以降低对环境的破坏。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
本发明含有硫氟肟醚、氟啶虫胺腈、呋虫胺和毒死蜱的高效杀虫剂的乳油制剂,具体的组成成分如下(每份1000g):
硫氟肟醚:15份;氟啶虫胺腈:15份;呋虫胺:10份;毒死蜱:25份。
该乳油制剂的具体生产步骤为先将有效成分硫氟肟醚、氟啶虫胺腈、呋虫胺、毒死蜱按照本领域常规步骤加入溶剂中完全溶解,再加入乳化剂、增效剂搅拌均匀后成均一透明的油状液体,灌装,即可制成本发明组合物的乳油制剂。
实施例2
本发明含有硫氟肟醚、氟啶虫胺腈、呋虫胺和毒死蜱的高效杀虫剂的悬浮剂,具体的组成成分如下(每份1000g):
硫氟肟醚:35份;氟啶虫胺腈:45份;呋虫胺:30份;毒死蜱:55份。
该悬浮剂的具体生产步骤为本领域的常规悬浮剂制备方法,先将其他助剂(分散剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、促渗剂和pH值调节剂)混合,经高速剪切混合均匀,加入有效成分硫氟肟醚、氟啶虫胺腈、呋虫胺和毒死蜱,在磨球机中磨球2~4小时,使粒直径均在5mm以下,即可制成本发明组合物的悬浮剂制剂。
实施例3
本发明含有硫氟肟醚、氟啶虫胺腈、呋虫胺和毒死蜱的高效杀虫剂的水分散粒剂,具体的组成成分如下(每份1000g):
硫氟肟醚:25份;氟啶虫胺腈:30份;呋虫胺:20份;毒死蜱:40份。
该水分散粒剂的具体生产步骤为本领域的水分散粒剂的常规制备方法:按上述配方将有效成分硫氟肟醚、氟啶虫胺腈、呋虫胺、毒死蜱分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂以及填料混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分后经取样分析,即可制成本发明组合物的水分散粒剂。
本发明实施例1-3制备的药物,进行大田试验,药后其对白背飞虱的防治效果均优于现有的药剂,本发明的药物药效快,持效时间长,防治效果好。在药后10天的杀虫效果分别达到78、9%,87.4%, 92.6%。

1.一种用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于由以下组分按照重量份数组成:
硫氟肟醚:10-40份;氟啶虫胺腈:15-45份;呋虫胺:10-30份;毒死蜱:25-55份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于由以下组分按照重量份数组成:
硫氟肟醚:15-35份;氟啶虫胺腈:20-40份;呋虫胺:15-25份;毒死蜱:35-50份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于由以下组分按照重量份数组成:
硫氟肟醚:25份;氟啶虫胺腈:30份;呋虫胺:20份;毒死蜱:45份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于:本发明用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物可以配制的剂型是乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂或微乳剂。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于:本发明杀虫组合物主要用于防治靶标害虫、咀嚼式口器害虫及同翅目刺吸式口器害虫。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物,其特征在于:本发明所述的用于杀灭农业害虫的高效杀虫剂组合物用于防治的靶标害虫主要为黑尾叶蝉、褐飞虱、灰飞虱、白背飞虱、蝽蟓等,同翅目刺吸式口器害虫主要为飞虱、蚜虫,咀嚼式口器害虫主要为红铃虫,茶树害虫主要为茶毛虫、茶小绿叶蝉、茶尺蠖,柑桔害虫主要为潜夜蛾,蔬菜害虫主要为菜青虫等。
