Abstract
本发明提供了一种蛋鸡的养鸡方法,其中,A、蛋鸡产蛋开产期:供给中药提取物饮水,中药提取物加水稀释至质量百分比0.5-1%;B、蛋鸡产蛋高产期:供给中药提取物饮水,中药提取物加水稀释至质量百分比1-2%;C、蛋鸡产蛋期后期:供给中药提取物饮水,中药提取物加水稀释至质量百分比2-4%;同时,饲料日粮中加入中药提取物3-5%,提高骨粉或贝壳粉的含量至4.8-5.2%,加入亚硒酸钠0.001-0.002%,维生素D的含量增至0.01-0.05%。中药提取物的组分为:竹叶、黄柏、丹皮各60-80g,路路通、金银花、麦芽、茜草、仙鹤草、红花、酸枣仁、鹿衔草各40-60g,山药、肉苁蓉、党参、山茱萸、龟甲各30-50g,大豆20-25g。本发明方法简单,使用方便,促进鸡禽生殖系统发育,维持生殖系统功能稳定,延长产蛋期,保持鸡蛋蛋壳品质,避免蛋壳变浅。

技术领域:
本发明涉及鸡禽养殖技术领域,尤其涉及一种蛋鸡的养鸡方法。
背景技术:
蛋鸡产蛋过程中,产蛋母鸡在产蛋周期中,体重、蛋重和产蛋量均有一定的规律性变化,依据这些变化,可将产蛋期分为三段:产蛋前期、产蛋高峰期和产蛋后期。现代蛋鸡品种,一般18~19周龄见蛋,23~25周龄产蛋率达50%;27~29周龄进入产蛋高峰期(产蛋率大于90%),最高产蛋率可达95%以上。产蛋高峰期一般可持续20周左右。54周龄后,产蛋率低于80%,产蛋末期产蛋率仍可达50%至70%。整个产蛋期中,尤其是后期会发现鸡蛋有蛋壳颜色变浅的现象,这种颜色的鸡蛋,不被消费者接受,会导致养殖户的较大损失。分析蛋壳变浅的原因:
输卵管病变: 据调查分析,绝大多数褐壳蛋壳色变浅与鸡群发生疾病有关。当病原体侵袭鸡体后,可直接发生或继发引起不同程度生殖道病理变化,输卵管出现水肿、充血或出血,严重时造成坏死,粘膜上皮脱落,使蛋壳腺体合成和分泌钙及色素机能部分或完金丧失。危害最严重的疾病有鸡新城疫、减蛋综合症、传支、鸡白痢、禽流感等。 因严重侵害生殖系统,除造成产蛋率锐减、蛋壳变薄、无壳蛋增多外,并伴有蛋壳褪色变浅、变白等较为典型的临床症状。已证明这类疾病都有生殖系统病变。生殖系统发生病变,卵巢不能发挥正常功能,尤其输卵管上皮分泌细胞异常,即使卵巢能发生排卵,也难以形成正常蛋的结构。
服用药物:
有报道,服用尼卡巴嗪抗球虫,可干扰合成这些色素,导致正常产褐壳蛋品种鸡产白壳蛋。鸡产蛋期预防治疗常发病或混合感染时投服药物,如磺胺类、喹乙醇、抗球虫药或驱虫药,使用时间或用量不当,也对蛋的形成有不良影响。例如开产期和高峰期禁止使用左旋咪唑驱虫,不要长期喂给磺胺类药物,以免抑制碳酸酐酶的活性及正常蛋壳色素的形成。

据对某无病鸡群所产蛋的抽查,也有蛋壳色变浅或带有褐色斑点的蛋。多数颜色变浅的蛋,大头着色重而小头着色浅,还伴有蛋壳变薄的特征,蛋面粗糙,呈小片状透亮。 经取多点蛋壳碎片测量,正常有色蛋壳厚平均336μm,变浅蛋壳平均294μm,明显比正常色的蛋变薄。斑点蛋有弥漫性针尖大小的点斑或1~2mm的块斑,壳色变浅还受多种因素影响。有的资料介绍,产蛋初期(开产期)壳色较深,高产期颜色中等,产蛋后期变浅,这应与产蛋期后期的生殖机能衰退有关。
一般来说,蛋壳色素形成与某种营养元素缺乏无关,但间接影响是存在的。 例如VA缺乏时能引起输卵管正常粘膜上皮被分层的鳞状角质化上皮所取代,从而引起机能失常。有学者认为,轻微应激或短时间惊扰的鸡所产的蛋外表覆盖额外的钙,并产生不令人喜欢的蛋壳颜色。其他国外学者也发现颜色不正常、畸形和其它异常蛋的发生率明显与蛋形成期的应激有关,还证实了环境因素对蛋壳结构和蛋壳颜色的影响。
但是,上述影响中,蛋鸡的生殖系统变化和服用药物不当是主要影响,针对这种技术问题,出现了一些针对此问题的解决办法。如《动物营养学报》2009年公开的《能量对蛋鸡卵巢促卵泡素受体mRNA表达及产蛋率的影响》发现,日粮能量对性成熟的作用可能影响mRNA表达进而影响卵巢卵泡的发育有关,适当的能量水平可以提高mRNA表达,蛋鸡22周龄的卵巢mRNA的表达量可以成为其后产胆量高度的预示指标。如中国专利申请201110187047X公开了一种新型饲料 添加剂,添加剂由维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、硫酸锌、二氢吡啶、杨树皮类脂、乙氧基喹啉或二丁基羟基甲苯、淀粉按配比制成,这种饲料添加剂,可通过改善蛋鸡机体的内环境,调节雌激素分泌,促进卵巢组织的生长发育和再生修复,提高蛋鸡的生产性能,对高日龄产蛋禽类及疾病治愈后的禽类有显著效果,可挽回再次孵化、育雏所带来的时间和经济的损失。又如中国专利申请2013100196188公开了一种促进蛋鸡体型和卵巢发育的复合预混料,复合预混料的组分及重量份为:复合维生素0.2-0.6,复合微量元素1.5-3.0,复方中草药1-3,油脂粉8-10,氯化胆碱1-2,蛋氨酸4-5,赖氨酸2-4,苏氨酸3-5,磷酸氢钙18-22,石粉20-30,食盐5-6,益生素2-4,植酸酶0.1-0.4,豆粕粉5-34.2 ;所述益生素的有益活菌总数≥ 2×108CFU/g,所述植酸酶酶活为5000U/g ;复合维生素每千克含有以下重量的成分:维生素A42000000IU,维生素D310000000IU,维生素E33600000IU,维生素K34800mg,维生素B15500mg,维生素B216000mg,泛酸钙43000mg,烟酸86000mg,维生素B1218000mg,生物素5500mg,叶酸1900mg,抗氧化剂500mg,所述抗氧化剂中有效成分乙氧基喹啉的重量百分含量为10% ;复合微量元素每千克含有以下重量的成分:硫酸铜4.4g,15% 甘氨酸铜6.7 克,硫酸锌26.8g,15% 甘氨酸锌53 克,硫酸锰62.8g,10% 甘氨酸锰150 克,硫酸亚铁39.7g,20%甘氨酸铁50 克,亚硒酸钠3g ;复方中草药每千克含有以下重量的成分:淫羊藿60 克,麦芽24 克,补骨脂36 克,益母草60 克,艾叶36 克,黄芪36 克,党参24 克,女贞子60 克,五味子36 克。能促进蛋鸡生长和生殖系统发育,改善蛋鸡体型,增强抗病抗应激能力,为产蛋期生产性能的提高打下了良好的基础。

C、蛋鸡产蛋期后期:供给中药提取物饮水,中药提取物加水稀释至质量百分比2-4%;同时,饲料日粮中加入中药提取物3-5%,提高骨粉或贝壳粉的含量至4.8-5.2%,加入亚硒酸钠0.001-0.002%,维生素D的含量增至0.01-0.05%。

整个产蛋期内,蛋壳变软的低于0.022%,蛋壳色泽变浅的低于0.031%。

对比试验,蓝盈禽业养殖8000只,作为对照组,以传统喂养方法养殖,其产蛋的各个时期数据为:
19周龄见蛋,25周龄产蛋率达50%;29周龄进入产蛋高峰期(产蛋率大于90%),31周龄最高产蛋率可达95%以上。31周的产胆量可持续21周。54周龄后,产蛋率低于80%,58周后进入产蛋末期产蛋率仍可达50%至70%。产蛋末期持续2-3周。整个产蛋期中,尤其是后期会发现鸡蛋有蛋壳颜色变浅和蛋壳变软现象的现象,整个产蛋期内,蛋壳变软的低于0.3%,蛋壳色泽变浅的低于0.4%。列表比较
通过上述对比,可以发现,见蛋后使用本发明的中药提取物进行喂食的方法,可以加快进入高产期的时间,延长高产期持续时间,同时蛋壳变软、颜色变浅的现象大幅下降。
产蛋量对照试验:
选取进入产蛋期26周的蛋鸡各200羽,随机分为两组,一组喂食日常日粮,作为对照组。另一组喂食本发明实施例3中的中药提取物(中药提取物加水稀释至质量百分比1-2%),作为实验组。
两组自由采食,自由饮水,光照条件相同,饲养条件一致,每日下午14-15时收集鸡蛋,每日记录采食量,产蛋数和蛋重。
综上对比,可以发现,本发明的喂食方法,尤其在产蛋高峰期,饲料用量少,产蛋率高,蛋重平均均重高,有利于养殖户增产增收。
卵巢增重数据比较
选用产蛋期后期的40只蛋鸡,随机分为两组,每组20只(对照组与实验组),进入产蛋期后期后,对照组喂食传统蛋鸡的日粮饲料。实验组喂食本发明中药提取物(中药提取物加水稀释至质量百分比2-4%;同时,饲料日粮中加入中药提取物3-5%,提高骨粉或贝壳粉的含量至4.8-5.2%,加入亚硒酸钠0.002%,维生素D的含量增至0.04%。),剖检,称重卵巢重量(第一次选择实验组喂食本发明中药提取物前进行剖检,第二次选择喂食了3天后剖检,第三次选择喂食了8天后剖检,第四次选择喂食了14天后剖检,每次每组各剖检5只,计平均值)。
通过上述对比,在产蛋末期喂食本发明(产蛋末期,卵巢已经开始衰退),可以有效刺激卵巢功能,减低卵巢衰退时间。即可以延长产蛋期,刺激产蛋量,维持卵巢功能,即可减低蛋壳变软,蛋壳颜色变浅的发生几率。
本发明中、实施例中、实验组、对照组中产蛋高峰期使用的相应饲料如下:(为统一实验标准) 玉米59.2%,麦麸2%,豆粕22.5%,菜粕9.5%,磷酸氢钙1.3%,石粉1.2%,食盐0.3%,油3%,添加剂1%。
