Abstract
本发明属于动物饲料领域,特别公开了一种改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂。该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂由以下重量份数的活性成分制成:昆布粉50-150份、核黄素0.002-0.006份、辣椒粕50-150份、叶黄素0.0005-0.005份、青蒿粉50-150份、海藻粉50-150份、橘皮粉50-150份。该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂组方合理、制备简单、可显著提高蛋禽产蛋率并延长产蛋高峰期、蛋鸡食用后能明显改善蛋黄颜色、增加蛋重、降低蛋黄中的胆固醇含量、提高蛋鸡免疫力、增深蛋壳颜色并降低破蛋率和料蛋比的饲料添加剂;蛋鸡食用该饲料添加剂后不会在体内和鸡蛋中造成毒素残留,提高了鸡蛋的商品价值和市场竞争力,同时也为养殖户增加了经济效益。

(一)技术领域
本发明属于动物饲料技术领域,特别涉及一种改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂。
(二)背景技术
鸡蛋是人们日常餐桌上的常见食品,在不断追求高生活质量的情况下,其品质越来越受到人们的重视,蛋黄颜色较深、低胆固醇、高多不饱和脂肪酸含量的鸡蛋受到人们的青睐。生活中,人们选购鸡蛋时偏爱蛋黄颜色更黄更深的鸡蛋,而蛋黄的颜色是由叶黄素、玉米黄素和胡萝卜素等类胡萝卜素在卵形成期间沉积到蛋黄中形成的,鸡自身没有合成这些色素的能力,只能通过外界食物摄入。在现代化的集约化养殖模式中,蛋鸡采食中能改善并提高蛋黄色度的天然食物的量大为减少,导致蛋鸡生产出的鸡蛋蛋黄颜色均偏淡,不但降低了鸡蛋的营养价值,也影响了鸡蛋的商品价值和市场竞争力。为生产出蛋黄颜色更深的鸡蛋,一些养殖户采用在饲料中添加蛋黄增色剂的措施,但是蛋黄增色剂多为化学合成色素,许多合成色素具有慢性毒性和致癌作用,危害人们的健康,不符合绿色食品的生产要求。
红辣椒粉是有效的天然着色剂,具有抗氧化、增强机体免疫力和抑制癌症等功能。饲粮中添加红辣椒粉能够改善产蛋性能、蛋黄颜色等级及降低血液和鸡蛋中胆固醇含量等作用,然而单纯的使用红辣椒粉不仅增加饲粮成本,对饲粮改善蛋黄颜色的效果也具有一定的局限性,因此,亟需根据多种原料和添加物的选择和有效添加量,通过合理而科学的添加、调配,研究一种改善蛋黄颜色并提升蛋品质的饲料添加剂,在节约饲粮成本的基础上,进一步满足市场需求,提升鸡蛋的市场竞争力并提高其商业价值,促进人体健康。
(三)发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种组方合理、制备简单、可显著提高蛋禽产蛋率并延长产蛋高峰期、蛋鸡食用后能明显改善蛋黄颜色、增加蛋重、降低蛋黄中的胆固醇含量、提高蛋鸡免疫力、增深蛋壳颜色并降低破蛋率和料蛋比的饲料添加剂;蛋鸡食用该饲料添加剂后不会在体内和鸡蛋中造成毒素残留,提高了鸡蛋的商品价值和市场竞争力,同时也为养殖户增加了经济效益,解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其活性成分由以下重量份数的原料组成:
昆布粉50-150份、核黄素0.002-0.006份、辣椒粕50-150份、叶黄素0.0005-0.005份、青蒿粉50-150份、海藻粉50-150份、橘皮粉50-150份。
该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其优选的各活性成分的重量配比为:
昆布粉100份、核黄素0.004份、辣椒粕100份、叶黄素0.001份、青蒿粉100份、海藻粉100份、橘皮粉100份。
制备方法:a、取上述重量份数的昆布、青蒿、海藻和橘皮,分别烘干、混合粉碎后过400-600目筛,备用;
b、向步骤a过筛处理的昆布粉、青蒿粉、海藻粉和橘皮粉中加入上述重量份数的辣椒粕,然后边搅拌边加入上述重量份数的核黄素和叶黄素,混合均匀即制得该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂。
用法用量:按2%的添加量添加到蛋鸡每日每次的饲料中,搅拌均匀后食用。
本发明所采用的各活性成分的药用性能如下所示:
昆布:性味:咸,寒。功能主治:软坚,行水。治瘰疬,瘿瘤,噎膈,水肿,睾丸肿痛,带下。化学成分含藻胶素(algin)、甘露醇(mannitol)、半乳聚糖(galactan)、海带氨酸(laminine)、海带聚糖(laminarin)、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、脯氨酸、维生素B1、C、P和磺、钾等。昆布粉中含有钙、铁、锰、铜、镁、钾、硅等对健康都非常重要的矿物质类,可溶解于水,在体内容易被吸收的离子化状态。
核黄素:维生素B2,主要作用是维持皮肤、口腔和眼的健康,如果缺乏,常发生口角溃疡、舌炎、唇炎等病。食物中以猪肝、鸡肝、鹌鹑蛋、菠菜和小米中居多,谷类含量不多。每日需要量1-2毫克。作用:辅酶组成成分,参与糖、蛋白质、脂肪的代谢,维持正常的视觉功能和促进生长。A.促进发育和细胞再生;B.促进皮肤、指甲、毛发的正常生长;C.帮助消除口腔、唇、舌的炎症;D.增进视力,减轻眼睛疲劳。缺乏:口部症状-唇炎、舌炎、口腔黏膜溃疡;皮肤症状-丘疹或湿疹性阴囊炎、阴唇炎、阴道炎、脂溢性皮炎;眼部症状-畏光,睑缘炎、角膜毛细血管增生等。
辣椒粕:即辣椒提取后的残留物,辣椒加工辣椒油过程中的副产品,CP、EE、糖类、VB1、VB2等多种矿物质含量较为丰富,蛋白含量14%-23%,是玉米蛋白的2-3倍,富含多种EAA。作用:具有抗菌、防病、驱虫、健胃、抗应激、提高意识、促生长、增加蛋壳硬度、颜色、提高产蛋率,并可使畜禽(肉鸡、猪、鸭等)的肉色鲜嫩,改善肉的质量。
叶黄素:叶黄素是一种重要的抗氧化剂,为类胡萝卜素家族(一组植物中发现的天然的脂溶性色素)的一员,又名“植物黄体素”,在自然界中与玉米黄素共同存在。叶黄素的作用如下:A、抗氧化,有助于预防机体衰老引发的心血管硬化、冠心病和肿瘤疾病。B、视网膜的主要色素成分:叶黄素与玉米黄素构成了蔬菜、水果、花卉等植物色素的主要组分,也是人眼视网膜黄斑区域的主要色素。人类的眼睛含有高量的叶黄素,这种元素是人体无法制造的,必须靠摄入叶黄素来补充,若缺乏这种元素,眼睛就会失明。C、保护视力:叶黄素作为抗氧化剂和光保护作用,可促进视网膜细胞中视紫质(Rhodopsin)的再生成,可预防重度近视及视网膜剥离,并可增进视力、保护视力。D、保护眼睛不受光线损害,延缓眼睛的老化及防止病变:太阳光中的紫外线及蓝光进入眼睛会产生大量自由基,导致白内障,黄斑区退化,甚至癌症。
青蒿:性味:苦微辛,寒。入肝、胆经。功能主治:清热,解暑,除蒸。治温病,暑热,骨蒸劳热,疟疾,痢疾,黄疸,疥疮,瘙痒。
海藻:性味:苦咸,寒。入肺、脾、肾经。功能主治:软坚,消痰,利水,泄热。治瘰疬,瘿瘤,积聚,水肿,脚气,睾丸肿痛。
橘皮:性味:辛苦,温。入脾、肺经。功能主治:理气,调中,燥湿,化痰。治胸腹胀满,不思饮食,呕吐哕逆,咳嗽痰多。亦解鱼、蟹毒。
本发明改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,制备简单,昆布粉又称为钙源(CALGEN),其中含有钙、铁、锰、铜、镁、钾、硅等对健康都非常重要的矿物质类,可溶解于水,在体内以容易被吸收的离子化状态存在,蛋鸡食用后容易吸收;同时丰富的钙源有利于增强鸡蛋蛋壳强度,降低破蛋率,节约成本。通过添加辣椒粕,蛋鸡食用后不但能改善蛋黄颜色,使蛋黄呈橘红色、提高产蛋率,而且也使蛋壳颜色和强度加深增强、不易破损;由于辣椒粕是辣椒提取后的副产物,在充分利用资源的同时也降低了饲料添加剂成本。辣椒粕与叶黄素搭配添加,其两者所含的类胡萝卜素成分在改善蛋黄颜色的效用上具有叠加增效的作用,较单独添加效果更好,更利于在卵形成期间沉积到蛋黄中并改善蛋黄颜色,而且两者搭配的使用量较单独添加更节约,成本也更低。辣椒粕富含维生素等多种矿物质还有蛋白质,而核黄素作为辅酶组成成分,参与糖、蛋白质和脂肪的代谢,维持正常的视觉功能和促进生长,两者搭配添加,相互促进、互相补充,保证蛋鸡蛋白质等营养成分充分而均衡的吸收,提升肉质并提高鸡蛋品质。辣椒粕、橘皮粉搭配添加能刺激蛋鸡唾液和胃液的分泌,改善蛋鸡的肠胃功能,增加蛋鸡消化道酶活性,促进蛋鸡的消化,促进蛋鸡的新陈代谢,提高蛋鸡的生产性能。青蒿、昆布、海藻清热解毒、行水、燥湿,避免蛋鸡炎症的发生,降低发病率,提升蛋鸡免疫力,进一步提高鸡蛋品质和产蛋量,同时有利于延长产蛋高峰期。海藻粉、橘皮粉、核黄素搭配使用,能抑制蛋鸡体内胆固醇的生物合成和促进胆固醇的排泄,进而有效降低蛋黄中胆固醇的含量,有利于食用者的健康。辣椒粕和橘皮粉共同的促消化吸收作用更是促进了蛋鸡对该饲料添加剂中昆布粉中的矿物质、核黄素及叶黄素的充分吸收和转化。将部分中药成分和其他组分混合搭配,科学组方,各原料优势互补,利用其相互间的协同或抵抗作用,使蛋鸡食用后能生产出高蛋黄色度、高蛋壳强度、低胆固醇的高品质的鸡蛋,而且产蛋率高、产蛋高峰期长、饲料利用率高,从而达到提高鸡蛋的商品价值和市场竞争力的效果,增加了养殖户的经济效益;此外,本发明改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂的各原料均是纯天然、绿色组分,蛋鸡食用后不会造成蛋鸡体内及鸡蛋中的毒素残留,有利于人们的健康。
(四)具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于此,实施例中的制备方法均为常规制备方法,不再详述。
实施例1:
该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其活性成分由以下重量的原料制成:昆布粉100g、核黄素0.004g、辣椒粕100g、叶黄素0.001g、青蒿粉100g、海藻粉100g、柑橘皮粉100g。
该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂的制备方法,采用如下步骤:取上述重量份数的昆布、青蒿、海藻和橘皮,分别烘干、混合粉碎后过400-600目筛,备用;
b、向步骤a过筛处理的昆布粉、青蒿粉、海藻粉和橘皮粉中加入上述重量份数的辣椒粕,然后边搅拌边加入上述重量份数的核黄素和叶黄素,混合均匀即制得该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂。
用法用量:按2%的添加量添加到蛋鸡每日每次的饲料中,搅拌均匀后食用。

实施例2:
该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其活性成分由以下重量的原料制成:昆布粉50g、核黄素0.002g、辣椒粕50g、叶黄素0.0005g、青蒿粉50g、海藻粉50g、橘皮粉50g。

实施例3:
该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其活性成分由以下重量的原料制成:昆布粉150g、核黄素0.006g、辣椒粕150g、叶黄素0.005g、青蒿粉150g、海藻粉150g、橘皮粉150g。

实施例4:
该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其活性成分由以下重量的原料制成:昆布粉80g、核黄素0.003g、辣椒粕80g、叶黄素0.0008g、青蒿粉80g、海藻粉80g、橘皮粉80g。

实施例5:
该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其活性成分由以下重量的原料制成:昆布粉120g、核黄素0.005g、辣椒粕120g、叶黄素0.003g、青蒿粉120g、海藻粉120g、橘皮粉120g。
制备方法与用法用量同实施例1。
实施例6:
该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其活性成分由以下重量的原料制成:昆布粉70g、核黄素0.004g、辣椒粕80g、叶黄素0.002g、青蒿粉80g、海藻粉100g、橘皮粉90g。
制备方法与用法用量同实施例1。
试验观察:
为了验证本发明改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂的疗效,发明人在蛋鸡养殖场采用本发明改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂进行了蛋鸡饲喂试验,具体如下:
饲用方法及效果:
试验选用28周龄体况良好、产蛋率接近健康的蛋鸡420只,随机分成1个对照组和6个试验组处理,每个实验组5个重复,每个重复12只鸡。
对照组饲喂市售普通蛋鸡饲料;试验组分别饲喂添加本发明实施例1-6的改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂的日粮进行饲喂,试验组共6个。各试验饲料能量、蛋白水平相同;各试验在相同饲养环境条件下进行。
试验期为60天,常规饲养。产蛋期每日10:30收蛋,准确记录产蛋数和蛋重。每周末定时结料、称重,并统计各组的实际耗料量。根据饲养试验记录,整理统计各试验组日产蛋量、日平均蛋重、日采食量、料蛋比、破蛋率和产蛋率。试验期第60天,每个组取30枚蛋,分别称取蛋重后,测定蛋品质,蛋品质测定后,每个组随机取3个蛋黄,搅拌、混匀后为一个样品,测定蛋黄胆固醇含量。试验期第60天,根据对照组和试验组产蛋期每天产蛋数量,分析出各自产蛋高峰期并计算产蛋高峰期时长。
试验结果:
试验组平均产蛋率比对照组(产蛋率为75%)高5%;
试验组平均破蛋率比对照组(破蛋率为4%)低62.5%
试验组平均蛋重比对照组(平均蛋重为47.12g)增加了3.0%;
试验组蛋鸡的平均料蛋比比对照组(料蛋比为2.65)降低了5.7%;
试验组平均蛋黄颜色等级比对照组(蛋黄颜色等级为7.31)提高了20.04%;
试验组平均血清胆固醇比对照组(血清胆固醇为3.5mmol/L)降低了22.6%;
试验组平均血清甘油三酯比对照组(血清甘油三酯为11.2mmol/L)降低了21.04%;
试验组平均蛋黄胆固醇含量比对照组(蛋黄胆固醇含量为1269.21mg/100g)降低了13.99%;
试验组平均产蛋高峰期比对照组延长了1周。
由试验结果可见,本发明实施例的改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂加入到蛋鸡日粮饲料中具有改善蛋黄颜色、提高平均蛋重、降低破蛋率、延长产蛋高峰期、提高饲料利用率以及提升蛋品质的有效功能。
综上,本发明通过多种成分添加物的有效剂量添加、配制,合理组方并添加到蛋鸡日粮饲料中进行饲养试验,对试验结束后相应指标进行统计、分析,在蛋鸡日粮饲料中添加该改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,对蛋鸡蛋黄颜色的改善及蛋品质的提升具有显著效用,同时提高了产蛋率并延长了产蛋高峰期,增加蛋重,降低破蛋率和料蛋比,增加消化道酶的活性,提高饲料利用率。

1.一种改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其特征是:其活性成分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
昆布粉50-150份、核黄素0.002-0.006份、辣椒粕50-150份、叶黄素0.0005-0.005份、青蒿粉50-150份、海藻粉50-150份、橘皮粉50-150份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂,其特征是:其活性成分由以下重量份数的原料制成:
昆布粉100份、核黄素0.004份、辣椒粕100份、叶黄素0.001份、青蒿粉100份、海藻粉100份、橘皮粉100份。
3.一种制备如权利要求1所述的改善蛋黄颜色及蛋品质的饲料添加剂的方法,其特征是:采用如下步骤制备:
a、取上述重量份数的昆布、青蒿、海藻和橘皮,分别烘干、混合粉碎后过400-600目筛,备用;
