技术领域
本发明涉及适于车辆座椅的座椅纵向调节机构。
背景技术
通常从现有技术已知的是,将车辆座椅的靠背设计成能够通过座椅纵向调节机构在行进方向上调节。通常而言,这种座椅纵向调节机构包括导轨系统,所述导轨系统在车辆地板上水平地延伸或以一定的角度以上升或下降的方式向前延伸并且包括安装到座椅的上部导轨和安装到车身的下部导轨,其中所述上部导轨和下部导轨通过球形体或滚动体可位移地安装到彼此上。锁定单元确保将车辆座椅锁定在所希望的使用位置。在上部导轨和车辆座椅的垂直椅座表面之间,这种车辆座椅还具有椅座表面倾斜度调节器,其允许调节椅座表面的倾斜度。

发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种座椅纵向调节机构,其不需要在车辆地板上水平延伸的导轨系统或以一定的角度上升或下降的方式向前延伸的导轨系统。
所述目的通过适于车辆座椅的座椅纵向调节机构来实现,其中所述座椅纵向调节机构包括第一摇杆,所述第一摇杆可旋转地围绕垂直于车辆行进方向的横向方向安装。第一摇杆的前端部优选以旋转铰链的方式作用于车辆座椅的椅座表面的下方,而第一摇杆的后端部优选以旋转铰链的方式作用于车辆座椅的安装到车身的副结构上。车辆座椅通过第一摇杆长度上的变化和/或第一摇杆取向角度上的变化来进行调节。可以设想到对于摇杆而言包括用于改变长度的主轴驱动器或活塞-气缸驱动器。本发明的另一主题是具有根据本发明的座椅纵向调节机构的车辆座椅。

图1A和图1B示出适于机动车辆的车辆座椅1的示意性透视图。具体地,在此涉及适于机动车辆车辆后部的车辆座椅1。车辆座椅1包括椅座部分2和靠背3。椅座部分2限定适于车辆乘员的椅座表面,并包括前部部分20和主体部分21。主体部分21以旋转铰链的方式安装在第一摇杆31上。前部部分20的下侧具有带槽的导向件23,第二摇杆24的第一端部以旋转铰链的方式围绕横向轴线安装在带槽的导向件23内,所述横向轴线沿着垂直于行进方向100的横向方向101延伸,其中所述第一端部以在行进方向100上纵向位移的方式安装在带槽的导向件23内。第二摇杆24的第二端部以旋转铰链的方式连接到紧固到车辆地板的固定器25。此外,主轴26的第一端部可旋转地连接到第二摇杆24。
车辆座椅1的主体部分21经由第一摇杆31紧固到车辆座椅的安装到车身的副结构40上。第一摇杆31的第一端部可旋转地连接到主体部分21,而第一摇杆31的第二端部可旋转地紧固到副结构40上。第一摇杆31优选包括用于调节第一摇杆31长度(例如经由汽缸-活塞导向件或主轴驱动器)的纵向调节单元。因此,第一摇杆31是适于车辆座椅1的座椅纵向调节机构的一部分,因为第一摇杆31长度上的变化使得椅座部分2在行进方向100上移动。此外,第一摇杆31相对于副结构40的角度优选经由驱动器37可变,因此椅座部分2的高度可经由第一摇杆31角度上的变化来改变。因此第一摇杆31也优选形成适于车辆座椅1的高度调节机构的一部分。
第二摇杆24相对于副结构40的位置能够经由另外的驱动器32而改变。前部部分20的倾斜度能够以这种方式改变。此外,由此改变椅座部分2的椅座表面的倾斜度。因此,驱动器32和主轴26是适于车辆座椅1的椅座表面倾斜度调节机构的一部分。
车辆座椅1还具有靠背倾斜度调节机构。靠背倾斜度调节机构包括第四摇杆50,所述第四摇杆的第一端部以旋转铰链的方式连接到靠背3以及所述第四摇杆的第二端部以旋转铰链的方式连接到安装到车辆的保持夹具51。第四摇杆50的第一端部经由调节单元52(具体为摆动机构或闩锁棘爪调节器)以旋转铰链的方式围绕旋转轴线54连接到靠背3。在此调节单元52允许靠背3和第四摇杆50之间的角度变化,其结果是靠背3的倾斜度变化。第四摇杆50的第二端部优选紧固在保持夹具51的带槽导向件53内。调节单元52优选具有驱动器,因此使得马达辅助调节靠背倾斜度成为可能。
车辆座椅1的靠背3优选包括靠背主体部分33和靠背上部部分34,其中靠背主体部分33和靠背上部部分34经由共同的第二枢转轴线35以旋转铰链的方式连接到彼此。第二枢转轴线35平行于横向方向101延伸。靠背主体部分33和靠背上部部分34具体通过另外调节单元36以如此的方式在第二枢转轴线35的区域内联接到彼此,以至于另外调节单元36的调节使得靠背主体部分33和靠背上部部分34之间的围绕第二枢转轴线35的角度变化。另外调节单元36具体包括马达驱动的摆动机构或闩锁棘爪调节器。另外调节单元36具体是靠背曲率调节的一部分。头枕4连接到车辆座椅1的上端部,特别连接到靠背上部部分34的上端部。优选地,为此目的,头枕4的两个保持杆5紧固在靠背3的导向衬套6内。头枕4具体以高度可调节的方式设置在导向衬套6内,因此导向衬套6具体为头枕高度调节器的一部分。
图2A至图2E示出根据本发明的车辆座椅1的侧视图,其中车辆座椅1布置在不同的位置。图2A示出车辆座椅1的起始位置。在图2B中,靠背3通过靠背倾斜度调节机构变换到相对于起始位置向前枢转的位置。在图2C中,靠背3通过靠背倾斜度调节机构变换到相对于起始位置向回枢转的位置。在图2D中,椅座部分2通过座椅纵向调节机构变换到相对于起始位置向前移动的位置,其结果是此时靠背主体部分33的倾斜角度相对于起始位置改变。靠背主体部分33处于更平坦的取向下。靠背上部部分34保持在起始位置,因此通过使得椅座部分2向前移动,靠背的曲率或靠背3的轮廓也发生变化。在图2E中,靠背上部部分34通过靠背的曲率调节处于相对于起始位置的向回枢转的位置,并且因此恢复从起始位置已知的靠背曲率或靠背3的轮廓。此外,通过靠背上部部分34的角度位置的变化,头枕4的取向也相应地改变。
图3示出紧固到车辆底座7的保持夹具51的示意性详细视图。在该幅附图中能够清楚地看到带槽导向件53,所述带槽导向件其在一侧上开放并且第四摇杆的第二端部50在所述带槽导向件中延伸。

Claims (5)

1.车辆座椅(1),其包括:

所述座椅纵向调节机构包括第一摇杆(31),所述第一摇杆可旋转地围绕垂直于车辆行进方向(100)的横向方向(101)安装;
所述椅座表面倾斜度调节机构包括第二摇杆(24),所述第二摇杆围绕垂直于车辆行进方向(100)的横向方向(101)可旋转地安装;
所述第二摇杆(24)的前端部以纵向位移的方式在椅座表面的前部部分(20)下方的导向槽内引导;以及
所述靠背倾斜度调节机构包括第四摇杆(50),所述第四摇杆的第一端部以旋转铰链的方式连接到靠背(3)以及所述第四摇杆的第二端部以旋转铰链的方式连接到安装到车辆的保持夹具(51),其中第四摇杆(50)的第二端部紧固在保持夹具(51)的带槽导向件(53)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆座椅(1),其特征在于,第一摇杆(31)的前端部以旋转铰链的方式作用于座椅部分(2)的椅座表面上,而所述第一摇杆(31)的后端部以旋转铰链的方式作用于车辆座椅(1)的安装到车身的副结构上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆座椅(1),所述车辆座椅以如此的方式设计,以至于车辆座椅(1)通过第一摇杆(31)长度上的变化和/或第一摇杆(31)取向角度上的变化来进行调节。
