Description

技术领域
本发明涉及用于车辆的发光窗玻璃,特别是形成机动车辆的顶部的一部分的发光窗玻璃。
背景技术
已知的实践是,即将发光二极管模块(LED模块)结合在单片材或发光窗玻璃单元的边缘处,使得由LED发射的光经由玻璃片材的缘边进入,且由此被引导直至扩散元件,扩散元件从波导件提取光,且将其朝车辆的内部或外部扩散(参加例如国际申请WO 2010/049638、WO 2010/049639、WO 2011/092419以及WO 2011/092420,以及2011年7月29日提交且在本申请提交时尚未公布的法国申请n°1157011)。
经由缘边被照亮的这种窗玻璃单元的光输出大体不超过10%,这是因为由于充当波导件的玻璃和/或邻近光源的材料的光吸收而会产生光损失,材料诸如为封装材料(通常为填充炭黑的聚氨酯)、用于将窗玻璃结合到车辆的车体的胶边或该胶边下方的底漆。
当现有技术的被照亮的窗玻璃单元是机动车辆顶部时,LED模块几乎总是定位在“湿区”中,也就是说,通过胶边与车辆的内部空间分开,顶部通过该胶边不可移除地固定到车辆的车体上。这样定位在湿区中要求有效且具有小体积的密封系统。LED模块因此封装或容纳在非常复杂的防水壳体系统内,其例如在国际申请WO 2011/092419以及WO 2011/092420以及2011年7月29日提交的法国申请n°1157011中描述。
然而,这种安装系统致使对于容纳在壳体内的LED而言,LED模块的替换很难,对于封装的LED模块而言甚至是不可能的。
本发明的目的是通过使模块从车辆的内部可接近来解决上述问题,且尤其是解决替换封装LED困难或不可能的问题。通过本发明获得的LED模块在"干区"中的定位,
-使得通过高效的密封系统保护LED模块不受湿气的影响变得多余,
-从而使得可能消除邻近LED的特定吸收材料(封装件、胶边、底漆),以及
-使LED变得更靠近窗玻璃的中心和光提取器件,因此降低充当波导件的玻璃片材(下文中称为“第一片材”)的光吸收。
在其于2011年9月29日提交,且在提交本申请时尚未公布的法国申请n°1158720中,申请人建议使用波导件,使得其能够将LED朝车辆的内部移动到干区中。然而,使用该波导件使得需要不合需要地加长光所走的光程。
发明内容
本发明基于如下想法,即,将由LED照亮的波导件片材的缘边(下文中称为“光注入缘边”或简单地,“注入缘边”)朝窗玻璃的中心移动直至干区。换言之,在本发明中,将窗玻璃固定至车辆的车体的胶边至少在窗玻璃的边缘的一部分上,在相对于注入缘边处于周边的位置上。这意味着,在其中胶边相对于注入缘边处于周边的该部分中,窗玻璃的重量不由叠层结构支承,而是仅仅由未照亮的第二片材支承,第二片材由于第一片材的缩短以及由于其注入缘边朝窗玻璃中心的移动而“裸露”。
本发明的第一主题因此是用于车辆、尤其是机动车辆的装玻璃的顶部的发光窗玻璃,包括:
第一透明玻璃片材,其具有第一主面、第二主面以及缘边;
第二透明玻璃片材,其具有第一主面、第二主面以及缘边;
叠层隔离件,其与第一片材的第二主面且与第二片材的第一主面处于粘合性接触,

第一玻璃片材因此是由LED照亮的片材,LED的发射面以如下方式面对所述片材的缘边,即,使得将光线注入第一片材,第一片材因此充当波导件。显然,第一片材不必须在其全部周长上被照亮,且术语“注入缘边”仅指示LED模块抵靠其放置的第一片材的缘边的部分。
在本发明中,当窗玻璃安装在车辆上时,不是第一片材的全部缘边都必须在“干区”中,而是全部“注入缘边”,也就是说,LED模块抵靠其放置的第一片材的缘边的所有部分在干区中,与湿区通过胶边分开。
用于接收胶边的区域因此是在第二玻璃片材的第一面上的自由区域,其在相对于(多个)LED模块处于周边的位置。然而,形容词“自由”不意味着胶边将必须粘合到玻璃的裸露表面上。出于安全原因,事实上优选地在施加胶边前,利用覆层封装第二片材的自由边缘。当存在这种覆层时,用于接收胶边的区域则位于该覆层上。

用于接收胶边的区域可因此例如为
- 裸露的玻璃表面,或
- 利用恰当封装材料涂覆的玻璃表面,诸如填充炭黑的聚氨酯,或
- 利用聚合物薄膜涂覆的玻璃表面,或
- 利用叠层隔离件覆盖的玻璃表面,或
- 利用叠层隔离件覆盖且然后涂覆封装材料的玻璃表面。
在第二片材的边缘(换言之,用于接收胶边的区域)处覆盖第二片材的第一面的这些覆层一起有利地具有至多等于5mm,优选地小于4mm,特别地小于3mm,且特别优选地小于2mm的厚度。
不管是在玻璃的裸露表面,或者是在覆盖该表面的覆层上,用于接收胶边的区域必须足够宽以接收胶边,该胶边意图将窗玻璃以密封且不可移除的方式固定到车辆的车体上,且将“干区”限定在与外部环境连通的“湿区”中。该宽度显然依赖于窗玻璃的大小,且依赖于胶边的尺寸。其典型地在20mm和100mm之间,优选地在25mm和60mm之间,并且特别地在30mm和50mm之间。
虽然胶边在原则上不必须形成本发明的窗玻璃的一部分,但是可预想使窗玻璃在具有底漆和/或具有胶边的情况下交付。在本发明的一个实施例中,窗玻璃因此还包括底漆覆层和/或胶边,其在相对于LED模块处于周边的位置处施加至用于接收胶边的自由区域中。
窗玻璃的第二玻璃片材因此至少在边缘的容纳LED模块的部分中延伸超过第一片材。然而,其可在边缘的更广泛的区域内延伸超过第一片材。例如,当窗玻璃包括在两个相对边缘上的一个或多个LED模块时,第一片材的缘边可相对于第二片材的边缘在这两个相对边缘的整个长度上向后移。根据本发明,还可能预见使第一片材的缘边相对于第二片材的边缘在窗玻璃的整个周长上向后移。然而由于显而易见的机械强度原因,后面的实施例不对应于窗玻璃的优选实施例。
在上文的不同实施例中,第二片材的缘边与相对于第二片材向后移的第一片材的缘边之间的距离至少在边缘的容纳LED模块的部分中有利地至少等于40mm,优选地在50mm和100mm之间,特别地在55mm和80mm之间。
在边缘的没有LED模块的部分中,在第一片材的缘边与第二片材的缘边之间的距离有利地较小,通常小于30mm,优选地小于20mm,特别地小于10mm。在特别有利的实施例中,在两个缘边之间的该距离为零。
其中边缘是装单个玻璃的部分构成窗玻璃脆性区,因为第二片材不是回火片材。在事故和玻璃破碎的事件中,则存在出现大的切割区域的风险,这对乘客有潜在危险。
此外,特别是对于其中装玻璃的顶部完全由第二玻璃片材支承的实施例,在事故的情形下,顶部的中心部分可与车体分开,且然后可失去防止乘客弹出的功能。
为了防止在事故的情形下这种切割区域的形成以及顶部的分开,本发明的窗玻璃优选地包括封装元件,其具有覆层的形式,至少覆盖第二玻璃片材的缘边以及用于接收胶边的区域,也就是说,第二片材延伸超出第一片材和LED的区域。该覆层优选地具有最多等于5mm,更优选地小于4mm,且特别地小于3mm,甚至小于2mm的厚度。
在一个实施例中,该封装覆层在第二玻璃片材的第一主面上延伸超过用于接收胶边的自由区域,直至叠层隔离件,也就是说,在LED模块与第二片材的第一主面之间。其厚度然后大致等于叠层隔离件的厚度。
在另一实施例中,封装元件不与叠层隔离件端对端地放置,而是覆盖叠层隔离件,叠层隔离件覆盖第二片材的第一主面的全部或部分。
最后,在本发明的窗玻璃的又一实施例中,LED模块直接固定至第二片材的第一主面上,且封装元件简单地延伸直至LED模块,而不是在它们下方。
LED模块在干区中的定位消除了对密封的任何需求。因此,LED模块优选地不被封装元件封装,而是以如下方式自由安装在第一片材的缘边附近,即,使得LED的发射面面对该缘边(注入缘边)。
LED模块可有利地由可移除盖保护,容易移除且以允许在失效的情形下替换LED的方式重新定位。在窗玻璃已经安装在车辆上后,该盖可继而由装饰件覆盖,否则其由于位于由装饰件覆盖的区域的外部而可被看见。
由于不存在封装材料(其可引起阻塞在LED的发射面与注入缘边之间的空间的风险),所以不再需要借助于透明胶将这两个元件粘合在一起。
由于定位在湿区中而产生的约束的消失还使得能够使用顶部发射式LED,其具有高功率水平,具有多种颜色,且价格比侧部发射式LED的价格低。
用于玻璃片材、叠层隔离件以及封装件的材料对于本领域技术人员而言是熟悉的,且通常用在机动车辆窗玻璃的领域中。玻璃片材优选地是无机玻璃。如已知地,与外部接触的第二玻璃片材优选地是有色玻璃,例如由本申请人销售的Vénus®、TSA3+或TSA4+玻璃制成,而第一片材(波导件)有利地由非常清澈、不太吸光的玻璃构成,诸如也由本申请人销售的Planilux®玻璃。
叠层隔离件典型地是透明的热塑性聚合物,其对玻璃表现出良好的粘合性能,诸如聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、特定的热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)或乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)的共聚物。PVB是特别优选的。
本发明的另一主题是车辆,优选地机动车辆,其包括根据本发明的发光窗玻璃。该发光窗玻璃优选地形成车辆的顶部的一部分。

具体实施方式
图1中所示的实施例对应于具有最简单形式的本发明。在由借助于叠层隔离件粘合到彼此的第一玻璃片材1和第二玻璃片材2形成的叠层窗玻璃周围,配置有发光二极管模块(LED模块)8,其具有LED,LED的发射面31面对第一片材的缘边13。第一玻璃片材1的第一主表面11以及第二玻璃片材2的第二主表面22分别与车辆的内部和外部接触。叠层窗玻璃使用胶边10粘合到车辆的车体14。该胶边10与第二片材的第一主表面21在用于接收胶边的自由区域9中直接接触。该区域9和胶边10因此定位在相对于LED模块8处于周边的位置。后者因此在“干区”,通过胶边10与外部环境(“湿区”)隔离开。LED模块可通过装饰件和/或可移除盖(未示出)从车辆的乘客的视线移除。不需要将LED模块以防潮方式密封。
图2中所示的窗玻璃与图1中的不同,主要在于存在具有薄覆层形式的封装元件5,其覆盖第二玻璃片材2的缘边23以及用于接收胶边的自由区域9,且延伸直至叠层隔离件3。在封装元件与第二片材的第一主表面21接触的整个区域上,其具有与叠层隔离件3大致相同的厚度。LED模块和胶边10不与第二片材2的第一主面21的裸露表面接触,而是与封装元件5接触。封装元件主要用于在事故或玻璃破碎的情况下,防止在第二玻璃片材2上形成长的切割边缘。
在图3中所示的窗玻璃的第三实施例中,叠层隔离件3延伸直至第二片材的第一主表面21的边缘,且因此覆盖用于接收胶边的整个自由区域9。该区域还由封装元件5覆盖,封装元件5在该处比在图2中更厚。LED模块8支持封装元件。
图4a、4b和4c示出了从下方看去的根据本发明的窗玻璃的三个实施例,胶边施加到窗玻璃的底面。三个实施例本质上通过第一玻璃片材1的形状来区分。
在图4a中,第一玻璃片材1包括四个切口,四个LED模块8容纳在切口中,每个模块面对第一片材的缘边13。第二玻璃片材2是矩形的,且因此在四个切口处延伸超过第一片材1。胶边10位于相对于LED模块8的装置处于周边的位置处。当该叠层窗玻璃借助于胶边10粘合到车辆上时,其重量将主要通过包括第一和第二玻璃片材(1,2)的叠层结构支承。
在图4b中,第一玻璃片材1是矩形的,但比第二玻璃片材2更窄。后者因此在两个相对边缘处延伸超过第一玻璃片材。四个LED模块8安装在第二玻璃片材的面对第一玻璃片材的缘边13的底面(第一主面)上。在该实施例中,一旦粘合到车体上,窗玻璃的重量将主要由第二玻璃片材的非叠层边缘支承。
最后,在图4c中示出的第三实施例中,第二玻璃片材2在窗玻璃的整个周长上延伸超过第一玻璃片材。胶边10仅与第二玻璃片材的第一主面接触,且在结合到车体后,窗玻璃的重量将仅由第二玻璃片材支承。

Claims (11)

1. 一种用于车辆的发光窗玻璃,包括:
第一透明玻璃片材(1),其具有第一主面(11)、第二主面(12)以及缘边(13);
第二透明玻璃片材(2),其具有第一主面(21)、第二主面(22)以及缘边(23);
叠层隔离件(3),其与所述第一片材(1)的第二主面(12)且与所述第二片材(2)的第一主面(21)处于粘合性接触,
一个或多个发光二极管模块(LED模块)(8),其各包括固定到支承件上的多个发光二极管(LED)(4)以及关联的电子构件,所述模块定位成使得所述LED的发射面(31)面对所述第一玻璃片材的缘边(13),
光提取元件,优选地位于所述第一玻璃片材的主面中的一个上,
其特征在于,所述第二玻璃片材至少在所述窗玻璃的边缘的容纳所述LED模块的部分中延伸超过所述第一玻璃片材,以便在所述第二玻璃片材的第一主面(21)上或在覆盖该面的覆层上产生用于相对于所述LED模块(8)在周边处接收胶边的区域(9),其适于接收意图将所述窗玻璃固定至所述车辆(14)的车体上的胶边(10)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的窗玻璃,其特征在于,用于接收胶边的区域(9)具有在20mm和100mm之间,优选地在25mm与60mm之间,特别地在30mm与50mm之间的宽度。
3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的窗玻璃,其特征在于,其还包括在相对于所述LED模块处于周边的位置处施加到用于接收胶边的区域(9)上的胶边(10)。
4. 根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的窗玻璃,其特征在于,其还包括封装元件(5),所述封装元件(5)具有至少覆盖所述第二玻璃片材的缘边(23)和用于接收胶边的区域(9)的覆层的形式,所述覆层优选地具有至多等于5mm的厚度。
5. 根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的窗玻璃,其特征在于,所述封装元件(5)在所述第二玻璃片材的第一主面(21)上延伸超过用于接收胶边的区域(9),直至所述叠层隔离件(3)。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的窗玻璃,其特征在于,在超过用于接收胶边的区域的区域中,所述封装元件的厚度大致等于所述叠层隔离件(3)的厚度。
7. 根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的发光窗玻璃,其特征在于,所述LED模块不被所述封装元件封装。
8. 根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的发光窗玻璃,其特征在于,所述LED模块被可移除的盖保护。
9. 根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的发光窗玻璃,其特征在于,在所述边缘的容纳所述LED模块的部分中,在所述第一片材的缘边(13)与所述第二片材的缘边(23)之间的距离至少等于40mm,优选地在50mm和100mm之间。
10. 一种车辆,优选地机动车辆,包括如在前述权利要求中的任一项中所述的发光窗玻璃。
11. 根据前述权利要求所述的车辆,其特征在于,所述发光窗玻璃形成所述车辆的顶部的一部分。
