Abstract
本发明涉及一种治疗妇科炎症的药物，其是由以下组分及重量配比制成：红花25-35份，鱼腥草15-20份，苦参15-20份，冰片10-15份，白花蛇舌草20-30份，其制备工艺流程为：将原材料组合物按照上述比例范围选择，混合后加水煎煮两次，合并滤液并浓缩，加乙醇搅匀，静置后取上清液，再次浓缩，加淀粉、冰片，烘干制粒，装胶囊而成。本发明适用于慢性妇科炎症和妇科肿瘤。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药制剂，尤其是一种治疗妇科炎症的药物。
背景技术
妇科疾病在日常生活中是个常见疾病也是个顽固疾病，尤其在已婚妇女中病发率高，常见的症状有月经不调、痛经、附件炎、盆腔炎、宫颈炎、子宫内膜炎、阴道分泌物异常有异味等，有的甚至引起不孕不育。中药由于治标又治本且刺激小、毒副作用小等优点，广受患者欢迎，现有的治疗方式分为洗液、栓剂、口服药等。但洗液、栓剂等虽可直接作用于患处，但治标不治本，复发率较高，所以还应配以口服药来治疗，但有的中药的组分药材由于种类较多或较稀少而不宜采集。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种采取现代科学提取方法提取的、配方简单、效果显著的治疗妇科炎症的药物。本发明的方案是如此实现的：
一种治疗妇科炎症的药物，包括红花、鱼腥草、苦参、冰片、白花蛇舌草，各组分的配比为：红花25-35份，鱼腥草15-20份，苦参15-20份，冰片10-15份，白花蛇舌草20-30份。
作为优选，所述红花30份，鱼腥草15份，苦参20份，冰片10份，白花蛇舌草25份。
作为优选，其制备方法为：
A. 按配比称取各组分，加水煎煮1.5～2小时，过滤，保存滤液，再次加
水煎煮1～1.2小时，过滤，合并滤液；
B. 将合并滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.08～1.10的清膏，加乙醇至含醇量达
68～72％，搅匀，静置24～30小时，取上清液，过滤；
C. 回收乙醇至无醇味，继续浓缩至相对密度为1.09～1.12的清膏；
D. 将清膏内加入适量淀粉，喷雾制粒，灭菌，装胶囊，即制得。
步骤B和步骤C中的相对密度都是指在80℃时所达到的值。
红花：活血通经，去瘀止痛。 治经闭，癥瘕，难产，死胎，产后恶露不行、瘀血作痛，痈肿，跌扑损伤。
鱼腥草：清热解毒，利尿消肿。治淋病，白带，痈肿，痔疮，脱肛，湿疹，秃疮，疥癣。
冰片：通诸窍，散郁火，去翳明目，消肿止痛。
苦参：清热燥湿，杀虫，利尿，用于热痢，便血，黄疸尿闭，赤白带下，阴肿阴痒，湿疹，湿疮，皮肤瘙痒，疥癣麻风，外治滴虫性阴道炎。
白花蛇草的作用在于抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤。
本发明制成的药物具有抗菌消炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤的作用。本发明可以制成口服胶囊、中成药片或口服液，效果一样。本发明广泛适用于妇科慢性炎症。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点和效果，一是效果显著，对妇科疾病来说，目前使用的消炎药中，西药的副作用很大，中成药的疗效不是很明显，而本发明经诸暨市人民医院批准制成医院制剂5万瓶，临床应用抗炎症总有效率为95％，抗肿瘤有效率为90％。二是使用方便，目前妇科使用的洗剂、塞剂，使用极不方便，疗效也不理想，而本发明制成胶囊，携带和服用都很方便。
具体实施方式
实施例1：取红花30份，鱼腥草15份，苦参20份，冰片10份，白花蛇舌草25份，制备方法为：
A.按配比称取除冰片外各组分，加水煎煮1.5小时，过滤，保存滤液，再次加水
煎煮1小时，过滤，合并滤液；
B.将合并滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.08的清膏，加乙醇至含醇量达70％，
搅匀，静置24小时，取上清液，过滤；
C.回收乙醇至无醇味，继续浓缩至相对密度为1.10的清膏；
D.将清膏内加入适量淀粉和冰片，喷雾制粒，灭菌，装胶囊，即制得。
步骤B和步骤C中的相对密度都是指在80℃时所达到的值。胶囊每粒0.33克，每天3次，每次3粒。
实施例2：取红花35份，鱼腥草18份，苦参15份，冰片12份，白花蛇舌草20份，制备方法为：
A. 按配比称取除冰片外其他各组分，加水煎煮2小时，过滤，保存滤液，
再次加水煎1小时，过滤，合并滤液；
B. 将合并滤液浓缩至相对密度为1.10的清膏，加乙醇至含醇量达70％，
搅匀，静置24小时，取上清液，过滤；
C.回收乙醇至无醇味，继续浓缩至相对密度为1.09的清膏；
D.将清膏内加入冰片和适量淀粉，喷雾制粒，灭菌，装胶囊，即制得。
步骤B和步骤C中的相对密度都是指在80℃时所达到的值。胶囊每粒0.33克，每天3次，每次3粒。
利用实施例1的配方，经诸暨市人民医院批准制成医院制剂3万瓶，临
床应用抗炎症总有效率为95％，抗肿瘤有效率为90％。
本发明适用于慢性妇科炎症和妇科肿瘤。

1.一种治疗妇科炎症的药物，其特征在于包括红花、鱼腥草、苦参、冰
片、白花蛇舌草，各组分的配比为：红花25-35份，鱼腥草15-20份，苦参15-20份，冰片10-15份，白花蛇舌草20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗妇科炎症的药物，其特征在于所述红花30份，鱼腥草15份，苦参20份，冰片10份，白花蛇舌草25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗妇科炎症的药物，其特征在于其制备方法为：
