1.一种炭熏止咳荞麦茶,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:苦荞麦170-180、白花山茶油5-7、银杏黄酮7-9、艾叶碎粉6-8、狼把草3-4、棒棒草3-5、罗汉果叶6-7、蜂王浆粉10-12、刺玫果8-10、竹茹3-5、蚕豆花4-5、椰子汁6-8、益智仁6-7、杨梅果渣12-14、豆瓣酱13-14、玉米须4-5、野菊花5-6、胡椒4-5、薄荷6-7、助剂12-13和水适量;
所述的助剂,由以下重量份原料制成:黑豆粉21-25、青皮5-8、葱末3-5、南瓜叶3-5、液体木糖醇4-6、苹果酸4-7、茯苓4-6、青钱柳叶2-4、番茄汁3-5、黄金梢叶3-5、马齿苋冻干粉10-12、虾壳3-5和水适量;
所述的食品添加剂的制备方法:
(1)青皮去皮后混合茯苓、烤干的虾壳及葱末研磨得到研磨细粉;
(2)将青钱柳叶捣碎过滤得到嫩叶汁;
(3)将南瓜叶、黄金梢叶加入1.5-2倍的水水提过滤得到汁液,将汁液混合苹果酸、番茄汁、液体木糖醇及步骤2中的嫩叶汁一起搅拌煎煮10-15得到浓缩汤汁;
(4)将步骤1的研磨细粉与黑豆粉、马齿苋冻干粉搅拌混合,再将步骤3中的浓缩汤汁混合到前述搅拌混合的粉末中调匀,调成糊状。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种炭熏咳荞麦茶的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)将银杏黄酮、狼把草、棒棒草、罗汉果叶、竹茹、玉米须用3-5倍的水浸提,得到提取液;
(2)将苦荞麦、益智仁及杨梅果渣、胡椒一起放置在砂锅内,同时向砂锅内倒入白花山茶油,用炭火熏炒,炒熟后,用过滤网过滤取出苦荞麦与益智仁,将苦荞麦与益智仁去壳磨成粉,再与艾叶碎粉、豆瓣酱、蜂王浆粉及助剂一起搅拌调匀成粉糊;
(3)将步骤2的粉糊与步骤1的提取液混合,然后再用分离机分离得分离液;
(4)将蚕豆花与野菊花用沸水冲泡,过滤得到过滤液;
(5)将刺玫果榨成汁与椰子汁混匀成果汁,
(6)将步骤3得到的分离液与步骤4的过滤液、步骤5的果汁搅拌混匀,再灌装。
