Abstract

本发明公开了一种不受非周期性噪声信号影响的变电站电压幅值瞬时值测量方法。本发明方法首先测量变电站母线电压各采样时刻的电压瞬时值,计算各采样时刻的变电站母线电压的平稳系数,计算各采样时刻的变电站母线电压的滑动系数,计算各采样时刻的变电站母线电压频率瞬时值,然后计算各采样时刻的变电站母线电压幅值的瞬时值。本发明方法的测量精度不受非周期性噪声信号影响,数据窗短,运算量小,算法运算速度快,能实时准确测量各采样时刻的变电站母线电压幅值的瞬时值,为复杂大电网实时调峰调频和无功装置合理投切提供科学依据。

Description

变电站电压幅值瞬时值测量方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电力系统安全稳定控制技术领域,具体地说是涉及一种不受非周期性噪声信号影响的变电站电压幅值瞬时值测量方法。
背景技术
实现电网各变电站母线电压幅值精确测量,可为电网调峰调频和无功补偿装置合理投切提供科学依据。目前电力行业主要利用傅里叶算法计算变电站母线电压幅值,该方法前提假设变电站母线电压幅值在一个20ms周期内保持稳定不变,利用一个周期数据量提取变电站母线电压幅值。由于傅里叶算法自身局限性,所需数据窗为一个周波,所需数据窗长,运算量大,运算速度慢,测量结果也只能反应一个周波电压幅值,无法实时测量变电站母线电压幅值。由于傅里叶算法无法滤除非周期性噪声信号影响,使得测量精度受非周期性噪声信号影响严重,无法满足复杂大电网实时调峰调频和无功装置合理投切的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服已有技术存在的不足,提供一种不受非周期性噪声信号影响的变电站电压幅值瞬时值测量方法,该方法的测量精度不受非周期性噪声信号影响,数据窗短,运算量小,算法运算速度快,能实时准确测量各采样时刻的变电站母线电压幅值的瞬时值,为复杂大电网实时调峰调频和无功装置合理投切提供科学依据。
本发明解决其技术问题的所采用的技术方案是:
不受非周期性噪声信号影响的变电站电压幅值瞬时值测量方法,其包括如下依序步骤:
(1)测量变电站母线电压各采样时刻的电压瞬时值;
(2)计算t采样时刻的变电站母线电压的平稳系数其中,u(t)为t采样时刻的变电站母线电压采样值;u(t-kΔt)为t-kΔt采样时刻的变电站母线电压采样值;u(t+kΔt)为t+kΔt采样时刻的变电站母线电压采样值;Δt为采样间隔时间;k为数据窗长度,且为正整数;
(3)计算t采样时刻的变电站母线电压的滑动系数其中,u(t)为t采样时刻的变电站母线电压采样值;u(t-kΔt)为t-kΔt采样时刻的变电站母线电压采样值;u(t+kΔt)为t+kΔt采样时刻的变电站母线电压采样值;Δt为采样间隔时间;k为数据窗长度,且为正整数;
(4)计算t采样时刻的变电站母线电压频率f:

1.变电站电压幅值瞬时值测量方法,其特征在于,包括如下依序步骤:
(1)测量变电站母线电压各采样时刻的电压瞬时值;
(2)计算t采样时刻的变电站母线电压的平稳系数其中,u(t)为t采样时刻的变电站母线电压采样值;u(t-kΔt)为t-kΔt采样时刻的变电站母线电压采样值;u(t+kΔt)为t+kΔt采样时刻的变电站母线电压采样值;Δt为采样间隔时间;k为数据窗长度,且为正整数;
(3)计算t采样时刻的变电站母线电压的滑动系数(4)计算t采样时刻的变电站母线电压频率f:
