本发明公开了一种抗菌加气砖,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:硅酸盐水泥15-25、脱硫石膏18-22、煤灰渣4-6,淀粉1-2,铝粉0.1-0.2、羧甲基纤维素钠1-2、苯丙乳液3-5,四氧化三铁0.1-0.2、硬脂酸1-2、淤泥4-8、锰渣12-15、三乙醇胺1-2、乙二醇1-3,木质素磺酸钙1-2,助剂3-6;本发明抗菌性能优异,同时抗裂性能相对较高,满足常规加气砖性能要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及加气砖领域,确切地说是一种抗菌加气砖。
背景技术
加气砖,指的是通过高温蒸压设备工艺生产的加气混凝土砌块,现有加气砖品种单一,性能差,无法满足日益增加的市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种抗菌加气砖。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种抗菌加气砖,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
硅酸盐水泥15-25、脱硫石膏18-22、煤灰渣4-6,淀粉1-2,铝粉0.1-0.2、羧甲基纤维素钠1-2、苯丙乳液3-5,四氧化三铁0.1-0.2、硬脂酸1-2、淤泥4-8、锰渣12-15、三乙醇胺1-2、乙二醇1-3,木质素磺酸钙1-2,助剂3-6;
所述的助剂由下述重量份的原料制得:膨润土10-15,煤灰渣6-8、钢渣5-8、凹凸棒土15-18、醋酸钠1-2、氧化铜1-2、明胶 0.2-0.4,氯化石蜡 2.8-3.3、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚 0.2-0.4、硅烷偶联剂KH550 2-4;
所述的助剂的制备方法为:
取煤灰渣、钢渣混匀后,破碎,所得粉料于720-800℃下于煅烧2-4小时,再取出冷却,与凹凸棒土、明胶以及适量水混匀后,研磨30-50分钟,取出加12-18%的氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8-8.5,再加入膨润土,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,喷雾干燥,所得粉末与其它剩余原料混合,混合均匀即得。
所述的一种抗菌加气砖,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)将除水泥、铝粉、羧甲基纤维素钠以外的其它原料混匀,加入适量水,在30-35℃下搅拌均匀后,再加入水泥、铝粉、羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀,得混合水泥浆料;
(2)将混合水泥浆料浇筑入模成型,后在35-42℃下预养3-4小时,脱模,切割,蒸压养护后,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明抗菌性能优异,同时抗裂性能相对较高,,满足常规加气砖性能要求。
具体实施方式
一种抗菌加气砖,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:
硅酸盐水泥25、脱硫石膏22、煤灰渣4,淀粉1,铝粉0.2、羧甲基纤维素钠2、苯丙乳液3,四氧化三铁0.2、硬脂酸1、淤泥8、锰渣15、三乙醇胺1、乙二醇3,木质素磺酸钙2,助剂6;
所述的助剂由下述重量kg的原料制得:膨润土15,煤灰渣8、钢渣5、凹凸棒土18、醋酸钠2、氧化铜1、明胶 0.4,氯化石蜡 3.3、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚 0.4、硅烷偶联剂KH550 3;
所述的助剂的制备方法为:
取煤灰渣、钢渣混匀后,破碎,所得粉料于800℃下于煅烧4小时,再取出冷却,与凹凸棒土、明胶以及适量水混匀后,研磨40分钟,取出加12%的氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8,再加入膨润土,研磨浆料至500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,喷雾干燥,所得粉末与其它剩余原料混合,混合均匀即得。
所述的一种抗菌加气砖,
制备方法为:
(1)将除水泥、铝粉、羧甲基纤维素钠以外的其它原料混匀,加入适量水,在35℃下搅拌均匀后,再加入水泥、铝粉、羧甲基纤维素钠,搅拌均匀,得混合水泥浆料;
(2)将混合水泥浆料浇筑入模成型,后在38℃下预养4小时,脱模,切割,蒸压养护后,即得。
本实施例所得加气砖的平均容重为660kg/m3,保温性能好,平均值抗压强度为8.2MPa。

1.一种抗菌加气砖,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
硅酸盐水泥15-25、脱硫石膏18-22、煤灰渣4-6,淀粉1-2,铝粉0.1-0.2、羧甲基纤维素钠1-2、苯丙乳液3-5,四氧化三铁0.1-0.2、硬脂酸1-2、淤泥4-8、锰渣12-15、三乙醇胺1-2、乙二醇1-3,木质素磺酸钙1-2,助剂3-6;
所述的助剂由下述重量份的原料制得:膨润土10-15,煤灰渣6-8、钢渣5-8、凹凸棒土15-18、醋酸钠1-2、氧化铜1-2、明胶 0.2-0.4,氯化石蜡 2.8-3.3、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚 0.2-0.4、硅烷偶联剂KH550 2-4;
所述的助剂的制备方法为:
