技术领域
本发明涉及加气砖领域,确切地说是一种防冻加气砖。
背景技术
加气砖,指的是通过高温蒸压设备工艺生产的加气混凝土砌块,现有加气砖品种单一,性能差,无法满足日益增加的市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防冻加气砖。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种防冻加气砖,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
粉煤灰25-30、石膏8-9、氯化钠0.5-0.7,锌粉0.08-0.15、硅酸钠1-2,碳酸钠2-3,钠基膨润土4-6、水泥15-20,氯化镁0.4-0.8、河砂2-4、芒硝0.5-1、三聚磷酸钠1-3、泥炭土3-6、正硅酸钠1-2,蛭石粉3-5、助剂7-9;
所述的助剂由下述重量份的原料制得:铁矿尾渣5-8、黄土6-8、钢渣5-8、凹凸棒土15-18、明胶0.2-0.4,甘油三醋酸酯2.5-4、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.4、硅烷偶联剂KH792 1-2、醋酸钠1-2、纳米二氧化硅1-2;
所述的助剂的制备方法为:
取黄土、铁矿尾渣、钢渣混匀后,破碎,所得粉料于920-960℃下于闪烧窑闪烧2-4秒,再取出冷却,与凹凸棒土、明胶、甘油三醋酸酯以及适量水混匀后,三辊研磨机研磨30-50分钟,取出加8-15%的氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8-8.5,再加入纳米二氧化硅,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,喷雾干燥,所得粉末与其它剩余原料混合,混合均匀即得。
所述的一种防冻加气砖,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)将除水泥、锌粉、河砂以外的其它原料混匀,加入适量水,在30-35℃下搅拌均匀后,再加入水泥、锌粉、河砂,搅拌8-20分钟,得混合水泥浆料;
(2)将混合水泥浆料浇筑入模成型,后在40-50℃下预养3-4小时,脱模,切割,蒸压养护后,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供的防冻加气砖具有防冻效果均匀、防冻度高的优点,硬度高,低容重,尤其适于低温施工。
具体实施方式
一种防冻加气砖,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:
粉煤灰27、石膏9、氯化钠0.7,锌粉0.15、硅酸钠1,碳酸钠2,钠基膨润土5、水泥15,氯化镁0.5、河砂3、芒硝0.6、三聚磷酸钠2、泥炭土5、正硅酸钠1,蛭石粉5、助剂9;
所述的助剂由下述重量kg的原料制得:铁矿尾渣8、黄土8、钢渣5、凹凸棒土15、明胶0.4,甘油三醋酸酯2.5、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚0.4、硅烷偶联剂KH792 2、醋酸钠2、纳米二氧化硅2;
所述的助剂的制备方法为:
取黄土、铁矿尾渣、钢渣混匀后,破碎,所得粉料于940℃下于闪烧窑闪烧3秒,再取出冷却,与凹凸棒土、明胶、甘油三醋酸酯以及适量水混匀后,三辊研磨机研磨50分钟,取出加15%的氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8.5,再加入纳米二氧化硅,研磨浆料至500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,喷雾干燥,所得粉末与其它剩余原料混合,混合均匀即得。
所述的一种防冻加气砖,
制备方法为:
(1)将除水泥、锌粉、河砂以外的其它原料混匀,加入适量水,在35℃下搅拌均匀后,再加入水泥、锌粉、河砂,搅拌10分钟,得混合水泥浆料;
(2)将混合水泥浆料浇筑入模成型,后在50℃下预养4小时,脱模,切割,蒸压养护后,即得。
本实施例所得加气砖的平均容重为630kg/m3,保温性能好,在砌块内部具有大量的气孔和微孔,因而有良好的保温隔热性能,平均值抗压强度为7.9MPa。

1.一种防冻加气砖,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
粉煤灰25-30、石膏8-9、氯化钠0.5-0.7,锌粉0.08-0.15、硅酸钠1-2,碳酸钠2-3,钠基膨润土4-6、水泥15-20,氯化镁0.4-0.8、河砂2-4、芒硝0.5-1、三聚磷酸钠1-3、泥炭土3-6、正硅酸钠1-2,蛭石粉3-5、助剂7-9;
所述的助剂由下述重量份的原料制得:铁矿尾渣5-8、黄土6-8、钢渣5-8、凹凸棒土15-18、明胶0.2-0.4,甘油三醋酸酯2.5-4、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.4、硅烷偶联剂KH792 1-2、醋酸钠1-2、纳米二氧化硅1-2;
所述的助剂的制备方法为:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防冻加气砖,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
