Abstract

本发明涉及传感器技术领域，尤其涉及一种锤式传感器。锤式传感器，包括壳体，其中，所述壳体内设置有油压测量装置和油温测量装置。此锤式传感器由于同时设置有油压测量装置和油温测量装置，此锤式传感器可以用于同时测量温度和压力值，并且结构简单，具有较高的测量精度。上述壳体由弹性钢制成，能够通过壳体外壁将压力传递给油压测量装置。因此可以将油压测量装置和油温测量装置设置在壳体内部，可有效的避免因测量装置暴露在外部容易损坏的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及传感器技术领域，尤其涉及一种锤式传感器。
背景技术
在石油开采过程中，需要对抽出来的油的参数进行测量，测量装置一般采用锤式传感器，目前的使用的锤式传感器安装在压裂车或者固井压裂架上测抽上来的油压。
在抽油过程中不仅需要对油压进行测量，同时也需要得到精确的温度信息，但是现有的传感器仅能对油压进行测量，无法实现同时测量油压和油温，因此在需要测量油温的情况下，需要再额外的增加一个油温传感器，无形中会增加生产成本。
因此，我们需要一种新型的锤式传感器，在不改变传感器外形、接口的情况下，能够实现同时测量油压和油温。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种锤式传感器，能够同时对油压和油温进行测量。
为达此目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种锤式传感器，包括壳体，其中，所述壳体内设置有油压测量装置和油温测量装置。
作为上述锤式传感器的一种优选方案，所述油压测量装置包括电阻丝应变片，所述油温测量装置包括热敏电阻。
作为上述锤式传感器的一种优选方案，所述电阻丝应变片以粘贴的方式设置在壳体的底部，热敏电阻设置在壳体底部临近电阻丝应变片的位置。
作为上述锤式传感器的一种优选方案，所述壳体由弹性钢制成。
作为上述锤式传感器的一种优选方案，所述壳体的内部，且壳体底部对应电阻丝应变片的位置设置有凹槽结构。
作为上述锤式传感器的一种优选方案，还包括电路板，所述电路板上设置有压力测量电路和温度测量电路。
作为上述锤式传感器的一种优选方案，所述压力测量电路包括电源模块、桥电路、运放电路、调整电路、场效应电路和光感电路；
电源模块通过光感电路向电阻丝应变片输入恒定电压，并通过过桥电路做温度补偿，然后通过运放电路转进行电流输出；
其中场效应电路可以利用电压变化来放大电流，通过调整电路可以调整压力测量电路的测量范围。
作为上述锤式传感器的一种优选方案，所述调整电路包括调零电路和调满程电路，所述调零电路用来改变最小电流，调满程电路在电流不是最小值时改变电流值。
作为上述锤式传感器的一种优选方案，所述温度测量电路包括两线制变送器、调整电路和线性补偿电路，用于测量温度在0-80℃范围内，并相应的输出电流值位于4-20mA范围内。
作为上述锤式传感器的一种优选方案，所述电路板和壳体之间还设置有泡沫隔垫。
本发明的有益效果为：本申请提供了一种锤式传感器，其包括油压测量装置和油温测量装置，此锤式传感器可以用于同时测量温度和压力值，并且结构简单，具有较高的测量精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示，本实施方式提供了一种锤式传感器，包括壳体1，该壳体1内设置有油压测量装置和油温测量装置。由此，此锤式传感器可以同时对油温和油压进行测量。
具体的，油压测量装置包括电阻丝应变片2。油温测量装置包括热敏电阻3，优选的，该热敏电阻3为Pt1000。
电阻丝应变片2以粘贴的方式设置在壳体1的底部，热敏电阻3设置在壳体1底部临近电阻丝应变片2的位置。作为优选的，热敏电阻3也采用粘贴的方式设置在壳体1底部。
在锤式传感器使用过程中，电阻丝应变片2受压变形，从而是电阻丝应变片2的阻值发生变化，通过测量转化电路最终转化成电流的变化，进而实现油压的测量。当壳体1的温度发生变化时，热敏电阻3的阻值也随着发生变化，通过温度测量电路的转化，最终形成电流的变化，实现对油温的测量。
上述壳体1由弹性钢制成，由此可以便于压力传递给电阻丝应变片。
电阻丝应变片2和热敏电阻3设置在壳体1的内部，且壳体1底部对应电阻丝应变片2的位置设置有凹槽结构4。将电阻丝应变片2和热敏电阻3设置在壳体1的内部，两者可以受到壳体1的保护防止被损坏。同时在对应电阻丝应变片2的位置设置凹槽结构4，可以减小电阻丝应变片2，以及热敏电阻3与待测物之间的距离，可以有效的提高测量精度。
还包括电路板5，所述电路板5上设置有压力测量电路51和温度测量电路52。
作为优选的，电路板5和壳体1之间还设置有泡沫隔垫6。可以对电路板5起到保护的作用。
同时锤式传感器还包括端盖7和连接器8，便于对锤式传感器内部结构的保护，以及与外部元件之间的连接。
压力测量电路包括电源模块511、桥电路512、运放电路513、调整电路、场效应电路515和光感电路516。
电源模块511通过光感电路516向电阻丝应变片2输入恒定电压，并通过过桥电路512做温度补偿，然后通过运放电路513转进行电流输出；
其中场效应电路515可以利用电压变化来放大电流，通过调整电路可以调整压力测量电路的测量范围。
作为优选的，调整电路包括调零电路514和调满程电路517，调零电路514用来改变最小电流，调满程电路517在电流不是最小值时改变电流值。
本实施方式还对上述压力测量电路进行了进一步的解释：
当压力测量电路只接电源模块511，VCC到GND之间实际输出电压5.84V，实际输出电流为2.28mA。电源模块511和运放电路513连接后，LM108AH的4、7脚接上5.84V电压，2、3脚接地时，实际输出电流I达到2.54mA。
上述场效电路515利用电压变化来放大电流I。LM108AH的4、7脚接上5.84V电压，2、3脚接地时，6脚接两个场效应管，通过场效应电路515进行电压放大后，此时实际输出电流I为2.87mA。
上述桥电路512由3个电阻和一个可调电阻组成，通过调整阻值的大小达到改变LM108AH2、3脚两端电压的目的(此时R9＝52欧姆)。
调整电路具体的包括调零电路514和调满程517电路。通过调整R1的阻值改变LM108AH的2脚的电压，达到改变最小电流I的目的。当桥电路512中的阻值都为10K时，调整的最小电流I为4.5mA，只能通过调整桥电路512中的可调电阻来达到4mA，电流I最小为3.33mA。
调整R9的阻值，改变电路的最大电流I。电路中的电流I为最小电流I时，调整R9不会改变电流I。当电路中的电流I不为最小电流I时，调整R9可以明显达到改变电流I的效果。
温度测量电路52包括两线制变送器521、温度调整电路和线性补偿电路523，其用于温度在0-80℃范围内，输出电流值4-20mA。其中，温度调整电路包括温度调零电路522和温度调满程电路523。进了提高温度测量电路52的测量精度，其还还包括滤波电路524。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本发明的原理，而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释，本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具体实施方式，这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种锤式传感器，包括壳体(1)，其特征在于，所述壳体(1)内设置有油压测量装置和油温测量装置；
所述油压测量装置包括电阻丝应变片(2)，所述油温测量装置包括热敏电阻(3)；
还包括电路板(5)，所述电路板(5)上设置有压力测量电路(51)和温度测量电路(52)；
所述压力测量电路(51)包括电源模块(511)、桥电路(512)、运放电路(513)、调整电路、场效应电路(515)和光感电路(516)；
电源模块(511)通过光感电路(516)向电阻丝应变片(2)输入恒定电压，并通过桥电路(512)做温度补偿，然后通过运放电路(513)进行电流输出；
其中场效应电路(515)可以利用电压变化来放大电流，通过调整电路可以调整压力测量电路(51)的测量范围。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锤式传感器，其特征在于，所述电阻丝应变片(2)以粘贴的方式设置在壳体(1)的底部，热敏电阻(3)设置在壳体(1)底部临近电阻丝应变片(2)的位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的锤式传感器，其特征在于，所述壳体(1)由弹性钢制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的锤式传感器，其特征在于，所述电阻丝应变片(2)和热敏电阻(3)设置在壳体(1)的内部，且壳体(1)底部对应电阻丝应变片(2)的位置设置有凹槽结构(4)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锤式传感器，其特征在于，所述调整电路包括调零电路(514)和调满程电路(517)，所述调零电路(514)用来改变最小电流，调满程电路(517)在电流不是最小值时改变电流值。
6.根据权利要求1所述的锤式传感器，其特征在于，所述温度测量电路(52)包括两线制变送器(521)、调整电路和线性补偿电路(523)，用于测量温度在0-80℃范围内，并相应的输出电流值位于4-20mA范围内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的锤式传感器，其特征在于，所述电路板(5)和壳体(1)之间还设置有泡沫隔垫(6)。
