Abstract

背景技术
运动员和其他人常用水瓶来容纳和配给液体,例如水和运动饮料。水瓶通常包括瓶体、瓶盖和阀,所述阀能相对于瓶盖在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动。在打开位置,可以从水瓶配给液体,而在关闭位置,禁止从水瓶配给液体。

发明内容
一种配给液体容器包括适于容纳液体的壳体(例如主体和盖)以及安装至壳体并能沿轴线在打开位置和关闭位置移动的提升阀。提升阀包括基座部分和弹性体部分,基座部分包括相对刚性的材料,弹性体部分包括具有的拉伸弹性模量小于刚性材料弹性模量80%(例如,小于50%,25%,10%,以及最优选小于1%)的弹性体材料。基座部分优选包括管状结构,所述管状结构具有外表面和内表面,所述外表面至少部分地由弹性体材料覆盖,所述内表面至少部分地露出(例如,至少50%露出,以及最优至少75%露出)。优选地,基座部分具有的长度是提升阀长度的至少50%(至少70%,85%,以及最优地大约95%)。

具体实施例
图1示出了一种配给液体容器10,配给液体容器10包括壳体12和提升阀14。由主体15和螺纹连接到主体15的盖16形成所示出的壳体12。盖16包括由阀座引导器20包围的用来容纳所述提升阀14的中心开口,如本领域所通常熟知的。阀座引导器20包括一系列的四个细长开口22,细长开口22配合提升阀14上的特征,以引导提升阀14相对于盖16的线性移动。盖进一步包括上部圆周脊部23,上部圆周脊部配合提升阀上的特征,如下面的更详细描述。

内部38与基座部分28的上端的内表面34的相对小的部分接合并将其覆盖。结果是露出基座部分28的内表面34的长度的大约85%。这表示提升阀14的整个长度的大约80%。内部38包括环形部分42,环形部分42接合并固定到(一起共同模制的)基座部分28的内表面34。内部38进一步包括由环形部分42支撑的自关闭阀44,并且基本上阻断穿过基座部分28的内部通道36。自关闭阀44包括狭缝46,其限定了四个翼片48,当足够的压力施加在阀44上时,翼片48打开。自关闭阀还包括具有锥形壁71的圆柱形部分,以使得阀以稳定的渐进的方式关闭。

Claims (20)

基座部分,其包括相对刚性的材料;以及
弹性体部分,其包括拉伸弹性模量小于刚性的材料的弹性模量的80%的弹性体材料。
2.如权利要求1所述的配给液体容器,其中基座部分包括具有外表面和内表面的管状结构,外表面至少部分地由弹性体材料覆盖,内表面至少部分地露出。
3.如权利要求1所述的配给液体容器,其中弹性体材料具有的拉伸弹性模量小于刚性的材料的弹性模量的25%。
4.如权利要求1所述的配给液体容器,其中弹性体部分包括开口,开口露出基座部分的沿平行于轴线方向能被接触的表面。
