Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种屏蔽线的编织屏蔽层与用于接地连接的加蔽线之间的连接方法,该屏蔽线用于与诸如在电动车辆等中使用的电机的电气元件相连接。
背景技术
设置有作为最外层的编织屏蔽层的屏蔽线用于防止电磁波从导体泄露到外部,或用于消除来自外部的电磁波对导体的影响,所述编织屏蔽层通过编织每个都由多个导电单线构成的多个导线束而形成。
通常,在这些屏蔽线中,编织屏蔽层电连接到地面以实现屏蔽效果。为了该目的,如图3所示,接地线,即,加蔽线3与编织屏蔽层1a相互电连接。在图3的实例中,通过焊接使它们连接(参考标记5表示焊接部(专利文献1,专利文献2))。

相比之下,根据专利文献1,通过将编织屏蔽层拉出并且通过将接地端子直接压接到编织屏蔽层的端部上,不需要焊接。然而,根据该技术,增大了未被屏蔽保护的部分。结果,存在屏蔽性能降低的问题。

在该实施例中,通过编织多个导线束而形成设置为屏蔽线1的最外层的编织屏蔽层1a,每个导线束都由多个(在该实施例中是八十个)比稍后描述的加蔽线的单线细的导电单线(在该实施例中,外径是0.24毫米,由金属镀敷纤维制成)构成的。
