本发明公开了一种防癌降压面条,由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦70-80、大米45-55、粟米30-40、仙人掌冻干粉10-12、油菜花粉10-12、牛骨髓20-30、桂花8-10、车前草1-2、串铃草2-3、板蓝根1-2、银杏叶4-5、红爪姜3-4、葛根20-24、葡萄籽油5-6、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;本发明的面条,采用小麦、大米、粟米作为主原料。小米具有益脾胃、养肾气、除烦热、利小便等作用。牛骨髓可以润肺、补肾、填髓。桂花具有散寒破结、化痰止咳、养颜美容、舒缓喉咙等作用。葛根具有提高肝细胞的再生能力、加强肝脏解毒功能、促进新陈代谢、解热生津、降血压、降血脂、防癌抗癌、美肤养颜等功效。葡萄籽油具有抗氧化、淡化色斑、调节内分泌、延缓衰老、防癌等作用。

本发明涉及一种面条及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种防癌降压面条及其制备方法。
背景技术
面食品是人们日常生活中不可缺少的食品,随着经济的发展,社会的进步,人们对饮食的要求越来越高,已经不满足于饱腹,更多的是保健,因此,各种各样的保健面制品产生了。现有的保健面制品有的功能单一,有的保健功能不明显。特别是现在高血压患者越来越多,市场上也相继出现了很多专供高血压患者食用的面制品,但是大多营养都不够全面,且口感不是很好,这使得一些高血压患者很难坚持长期食用,导致血压很不稳定,降低了高血压患者的生活质量。目前,癌症患者比往年增加了很多,需要我们从日常饮食等方面来防治癌症的发生,食疗养生防癌是一种很佳的选择。

本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种防癌降压面条及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明面条由下列重量份的原料制成::小麦70-80、大米45-55、粟米30-40、仙人掌冻干粉10-12、油菜花粉10-12、牛骨髓20-30、桂花8-10、车前草1-2、串铃草2-3、板蓝根1-2、银杏叶4-5、红爪姜3-4、葛根20-24、葡萄籽油5-6、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:藕粉40-50、珍珠粉15-20、黑木耳12-16、香菇10-12、白果10-15、山楂叶2-3、灵芝3-4、丁葵草1-2、绞股蓝2-3、牡丹皮2-3、千针万线草3-4、玉蝴蝶4-5、米糠油1-2、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将小麦、大米、粟米加入适量水浸泡6-8小时,取出沥干,放入炒锅中加入桂花一起翻炒至熟,研磨成粉,备用;
(2)将牛骨髓与车前草、串铃草、板蓝根、银杏叶、红爪姜加入适量水中文火煎煮1-2小时,取出牛骨髓烘干,研磨成粉,备用;
(3)将仙人掌冻干粉、油菜花粉加入烧热的葡萄籽油中,文火炒至葡萄籽油被完全吸收,得炒熟粉;
(4)将葛根洗净去皮放入磨浆机中研磨成浆,加入步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的牛骨髓粉、以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。

称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成::小麦75、大米50、粟米35、仙人掌冻干粉11、油菜花粉11、牛骨髓25、桂花9、车前草1、串铃草2、板蓝根1、银杏叶5、红爪姜3、葛根22、葡萄籽油5、面条添加剂1、水适量;
所述面条添加剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:藕粉45、珍珠粉18、黑木耳14、香菇11、白果13、山楂叶2、灵芝3、丁葵草1、绞股蓝2、牡丹皮2、千针万线草3、玉蝴蝶4、米糠油1、水适量;将山楂叶、灵芝、丁葵草、绞股蓝、牡丹皮、千针万线草、玉蝴蝶加入适量水中,文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得滤液;将白果去皮去心,放入滤液中加热煮至熟烂,打成浆液;将黑木耳、香菇烘干,研成粉末;将上述浆液、粉末与珍珠粉以及其它剩余成分成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌26分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
面条的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将小麦、大米、粟米加入适量水浸泡7小时,取出沥干,放入炒锅中加入桂花一起翻炒至熟,研磨成粉,备用;
(2)将牛骨髓与车前草、串铃草、板蓝根、银杏叶、红爪姜加入适量水中文火煎煮2小时,取出牛骨髓烘干,研磨成粉,备用;
(3)将仙人掌冻干粉、油菜花粉加入烧热的葡萄籽油中,文火炒至葡萄籽油被完全吸收,得炒熟粉;
(4)将葛根洗净去皮放入磨浆机中研磨成浆,加入步骤1的杂粮粉、步骤2的牛骨髓粉、以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。

1.一种防癌降压面条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦70-80、大米45-55、粟米30-40、仙人掌冻干粉10-12、油菜花粉10-12、牛骨髓20-30、桂花8-10、车前草1-2、串铃草2-3、板蓝根1-2、银杏叶4-5、红爪姜3-4、葛根20-24、葡萄籽油5-6、面条添加剂1-2、水适量;
