Abstract

本发明涉及一种颈椎康复用约束定位颈椎枕，用于病人在术后保持颈椎稳定位置，确保治疗效果，起着至关重要的作用，病人在睡眠时无意识变动体位，常规用枕无法约束头颈位移，而术后颈椎要求保持功能位，否则会影响康复效果，现有颈椎固定器虽然能确保颈椎稳定，但在病人睡眠时，很难兼顾病人睡眠舒适度，本发明在设计上采用天然材质在为填充物透气而且柔软适中，利用造型使人在仰卧、侧卧时均达到治疗所需支撑高度，约束定位颈椎枕背部支撑坡与T字型两侧，可完成瞬间体位转换，下颌托开放支撑并利用天然填充物，不仅使颈部得到有效支撑，而且提供使用者的舒适度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种睡眠枕，用于颈椎术后固定位置用枕。
背景技术
对于病人在术后颈椎保持功能位，对确保颈椎手术后治疗康复效果起着至关重要的作用，颈椎术后病人在睡眠过程中变动体位时，仰卧及侧卧所需枕头高度是不同的，常规用枕无法达到颈椎术后要求的功能位，现有颈椎固定器能确保颈椎稳定，但是不能兼顾体位变换时所需高度的要求,且舒适度差。
发明内容
约束定位颈椎枕。
本发明采用以下技术方案：
本实发明设计颈椎约束定位枕包括：束位枕（1）、胸部衬垫（2）、颈椎束位板、颌骨衬垫（4）、下颌托内衬垫（5）、下颌托（6）、螺丝（7）、螺母（8），颈椎约束定位枕其特征在于其束位枕增加背部支撑坡，束位枕的支撑坡位于束位枕的中下部，并与人体宽度相等，在颈椎束位板的一端弯转形成头部支撑，两侧向相反方向弯曲并有圆孔，颈椎约束架下颌托为U型，在U型下端加宽，颈椎约束架的胸部衬垫和下颌托内衬垫，胸部衬垫和下颌托内衬垫上增加一布片并缝制有尼龙搭片。
本发明具有如下优点：
本发明在设计上采用天然材质或现有睡眠用枕的填充物作为填充，透气而且柔软适中。
本发明颈椎约束定位枕背部支撑坡，有效的补偿人侧躺与仰躺的高度。
本发明颈椎约束定位枕背部支撑坡，其宽度与人体胸宽相等当人转向时，人的肩臂着床而头颈位置的颈椎约束定位枕的高度未变，以此确保颈椎和胸腰椎的稳定性。
本发明颈椎约束定位枕的导向槽能导引束架方向。

Claims (1)

1.约束定位颈椎枕，其特征在于包括：束位枕(1)、胸部衬垫(2)、颈椎束位板(3)、颌骨衬垫(4)、下颌托内衬垫(5)、下颌托(6)、螺丝(7)、螺母(8)；
束位枕(1)设置有背部支撑坡；
背部支撑坡位于束位枕的中下部，并与人体宽度相等；束位枕(1)的两端延伸超出背部支撑坡，束位枕(1)与背部支撑坡呈“T”型；
在颈椎束位板(3)的一端弯转形成头部支撑，两侧向相反方向弯曲并有圆孔；
下颌托(6)为U型，在U型下端两侧弯曲与颈椎束位板结合，上面有孔，颈椎束位板再延长加宽，形成胸部束架；
胸部衬垫(2)和下颌托内衬垫上增加一布片并缝制有尼龙搭片。
