Abstract

一种PVC发泡铝塑建筑模板,由上铝合金板表层、下铝合金板表层和中间发泡芯层构成,所述中间发泡芯层的组分和重量份数为:SG-5型PVC树脂25~30、20~50目PVC废料粉60、1000目轻质碳酸钙10~15、AC发泡剂0.2~0.3、NC发泡剂0.4~0.5、发泡调节剂4~5、复合热稳定剂2.5~3.0、石蜡0.4~0.5、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.2~0.3、聚乙烯蜡0.5~0.6、CPE-135A4~5。本发明以热塑性塑料--聚氯乙烯或废旧聚氯乙烯塑料为基材,以轻质碳酸钙作为填料,加入各种助剂和改性剂,经双锥挤出机及发泡模具挤压成型,具表面光滑、强度大、韧性好、抗冲击性强、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑模板,尤其是一种PVC发泡铝塑建筑模板。
背景技术
塑料建筑模板是继木模板、竹胶板、钢模板之后的第四代混凝土浇筑用模板,是节能环保型产品,塑料模板技术也成为住建部大力推广的建筑业10项新技术(2010版)之一。在近几年,我国塑料模板发展十分迅速,硬质PVC低发泡模板是我国塑料模板市场上的主流产品,但是由于PVC低发泡模板强度较传统竹、木胶合板要差,推广应用受到较大地限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种表面光滑、强度大、韧性好、抗冲击性强、使用寿命长的PVC发泡铝塑建筑模板。
本发明的PVC发泡铝塑建筑模板,由上铝合金板表层、下铝合金板表层和中间发泡芯层构成,所述中间发泡芯层的组分和重量份数为:SG-5型PVC树脂25~30、20~50目PVC废料粉60、1000目轻质碳酸钙10~15、AC发泡剂0.2~0.3、NC发泡剂0.4~0.5、发泡调节剂4~5、复合热稳定剂2.5~3.0、石蜡0.4~0.5、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.2~0.3、聚乙烯蜡0.5~0.6、CPE-135A4~5。
本发明的PVC发泡铝塑建筑模板,以热塑性塑料--聚氯乙烯或废旧聚氯乙烯塑料为基材,以轻质碳酸钙作为填料,加入各种助剂和改性剂,经双锥挤出机及发泡模具挤压成型,具体工艺流程如图1所示,双锥挤出机,温度设置如下:
本发明的PVC发泡铝塑建筑模板,克服了现有PVC发泡建筑模板强度低、韧性差的问题,提供了一种全新的复合方式—铝塑复合,上下表面复合铝合金板大幅提高模板的强度、韧性,同时,也增强了模板的抗冲击性,增加其重复使用次数。

,由上表可知,相比普通的PVC低发泡建筑模板,PVC发泡铝塑建筑模板的综合性能均有大幅的提升。PVC发泡铝塑建筑模板的耐候性能大幅提升,提高了模板的重复使用次数,拓宽了模板的应用范围。模板加工性能好,可钉、刨、锯、切。模板物理力学性能优异,具有轻质、高强、高韧、高硬度等特点,较传统的竹、木胶合板具有显著的优势。模板使用寿命长,可反复使用50次以上,报废后的模板还可以100%回收利用。模板环保无污染,支模效果好,脱模后的混凝土表面光滑平整,可以做清水墙面。模板耐水性好,吸水率低,遇水后不存在膨胀、变形等问题;模板阻燃性好,可达到B1级阻燃。

具体实施方式
一种PVC发泡铝塑建筑模板,由上铝合金板表层、下铝合金板表层和中间发泡芯层构成,中间发泡芯层厚度为14mm,密度为0.60~0.65g/cm3,上铝合金板表层和下铝合金板表层厚度为0.5mm,覆盖在中间发泡芯层上下表面。
所述中间发泡芯层的组分和重量份数为:SG-5型PVC树脂25、50目PVC废料粉60、1000目轻质碳酸钙13、AC发泡剂0.3、NC发泡剂0.4、发泡调节剂(ACR-401)5、复合热稳定剂2.8、石蜡0.5、氧化聚乙烯蜡OA-60.2、聚乙烯蜡(PE蜡)0.6、CPE-135A4。

1.一种PVC发泡铝塑建筑模板,其特征在于:它由上铝合金板表层、下铝合金板表层和中间发泡芯层构成,所述中间发泡芯层的组分和重量份数为:SG-5型PVC树脂25~30、20~50目PVC废料粉60、1000目轻质碳酸钙10~15、AC发泡剂0.2~0.3、NC发泡剂0.4~0.5、发泡调节剂4~5、复合热稳定剂2.5~3.0、石蜡0.4~0.5、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.2~0.3、聚乙烯蜡0.5~0.6、CPE-135A4~5,中间发泡芯层厚度为14mm,密度为0.60~0.65g/cm3,上铝合金板表层和下铝合金板表层厚度为0.5mm,覆盖在中间发泡芯层上下表面。
