Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于从有开口的容器中分配像香水这种液体的分配用封闭器(dispensing closure)。
背景技术
文件US 7,681,750描述了用于盛装自由流动产品的容器的封闭器。此容器包括固定的下部部分,该固定的下部部分可以被紧固到环绕着容器开口的容器颈部,以密封颈部;盖,其包括形成用于自由流动产品的通道的突出连接件;可移位的上部部分,其可以在外部静止位置与内部驱动位置之间沿着和逆着容器的方向在下部部分上同轴地移位;破坏阀或盘形形状的隔膜阀,其具有由至少柔韧弹性材料构成的基部,且其上边缘密封上部部分的底侧;在隔膜阀的基部中的穿孔,穿孔在上部部分的静止位置中是封闭的;以及直径大于连接件的内部横截面的基部。连接件的外端部持续支撑隔膜阀的基部,且隔膜阀以这样一种方式在上部部分的静止位置的方向上持续预拉紧上部部分,即使得当轴向压力沿着容器的方向施加在上部部分上时,隔膜阀向外弯曲,从而开启基部中的穿孔。
然而,如果为了允许流体喷出分配器而使过多的压力施加于容器,则空气可能通过流体通道进入容器,且任何流体可能轻易地渗出,这是因为流体通道内部的压力将不同于流体通道外部的压力即大气压力。
为了避免此类泄漏,可以设置盖,也正如前述文件所公开的。
文件US 2007/0284397也公布了在布置于阀上的板中具有多个喷嘴的分配用封闭器。多个喷嘴允许喷出雾状物或类似物。再次地,设置盖以防止泄漏。
许多其它阀装置是已知的。例如,文件EP 1953432给出一种作为压力释放阀的伞型阀(umbrella-type valve)。通常,伞阀(umbrella valve)是弹性体阀部件,其具有隔膜形状的密封盘或伞形状。这些弹性体部件通常用作在防回流装置或单向阀或类似物中的密封元件。当安装在座中时,凸形隔膜抵着阀座拉平,并吸收一定量的座不规则性并产生一定的密封力。一旦压头产生足够将凸形隔膜从座提升的力,伞阀便将允许向上流动,并因而其将允许以预定的压力单向地流动并即刻防止在相反方向上的回流。
这种伞阀具有体型大的缺陷。例如,在5毫巴压力(0.5千帕)下,阀典型地具有至少8厘米的直径。
发明内容
本发明解决现有技术的问题,并提供如下文所限定的紧密型分配用封闭器。本分配用封闭器即使没有盖也可确保液密性,并且小到足以被使用在例如有着标准瓶颈直径的香水瓶子中。
本发明提供了一种分配用封闭器,其用于盛装流体的容器,并能够被紧密安装于所述容器的颈部中以确保所述容器的液密性,所述分配用封闭器包括:
插塞主体,其被布置为插入所述容器的颈部中,并具有中央流体通道和具有周边空气通道;
双阀隔膜,其由柔韧弹性材料构成,并被布置于在所述插塞主体的上部部分中设置的凹进部中,以覆盖所述流体通道和所述空气通道;以及
塞盖,其用于将所述双阀隔膜密封在所述插塞主体内,所述塞盖具有被环形地布置并与所述插塞主体的空气通道轴向地对齐的一个或多个狭槽,并且具有与所述插塞主体的所述流体通道轴向对齐的中央孔口;

具体实施方式
现在将参考图示来描述根据本发明的分配用封闭器的优选实施方案。
图1和2示出其上安装有根据本发明的分配用封闭器2的流体容器3。容器与安装的封闭器的组合以总编号1来指代。
容器3可以盛装自由流动的产品,例如洗剂、奶油、香水或类似物,并典型地设置有具有出口开口的颈部。容器可以由固体材料构成,例如玻璃或者陶瓷,或者塑料也可,借此塑料容器的壁可以是坚硬或柔韧的。容器3的颈部可以设置有螺纹,以允许用本领域中众所周知的方式将顶喷(spray top)安装到颈部。
分配用封闭器2基本上对应于这样一种插塞,该插塞可以安装于容器3的颈部中以便以液密方式密封容器3。
图3更详细地示出分配用封闭器,也称为插塞2。插塞2由三部分组成:塞盖21、双阀隔膜22和插塞主体23。管或杆24可以安装于插塞主体中,以允许液体从容器3中输送至插塞以从插塞中喷出。插塞主体23具有用于接纳双阀隔膜22的顶部段,并且塞盖21被安装于双阀隔膜22的顶部上以密封插塞。
图4示出塞盖21的俯视图及插塞的横截面图。
如可以看出的,塞盖21是盘形形状的,并设置有中央开口21d和环绕着中央开口的一个或多个通气狭槽21c。内部环状密封件21a被设置在通气狭槽21c与中央开口21d之间,以防止当管或插管被插入位于塞盖下方的阀中时液体的泄漏,如下文将更详细说明的。

主体23d具有外部细长的圆柱形部分,以紧贴地安装于容器3的颈部中。环状密封件23a可以设置于主体23d的外周边上,以防止容器和插塞之间的泄漏,还参见图5中的区段D。主体23d还具有与外部细长的圆柱形部分间隔开的内部细长的圆柱形部分,其自身具有空心的浸管座23c以接纳浸管24。可以设置一个或多个环,在所示实例中有3个环,以防止空气从容器内部进入浸管。
顶部段23e在其顶表面上还被设置有焊接环23f,以安装在被适当布置于塞盖21的下表面上的狭槽中,如所示,从而比如通过激光焊接或类似方法来确保这些元件之间的紧密封组装,同样见图5中的区段C。顶部段23e还设置有由侧壁23g界定的中央凹进部23h,中央凹进部23h与被合适地布置于塞盖21的下表面上的另一个狭槽对齐,以确保这些元件之间的气密性组装。凹进部23h被配置成接纳双阀隔膜22,并设置有与隔膜22的通气狭槽21c适当地轴向对齐的通气狭槽。主体23d的内部细长部分延伸进入该凹进部中,并具有构成隔膜偏转室的上空心段23b。上空心段23b是这样一种空间,该空间在浸管24被插入时被用到,以防止隔膜和管之间的任何碰撞。该空心段23b的侧壁构成肩部,该肩部用于接纳与之对齐的隔膜22的阀密封件22c。

现在将参考图5来描述根据本发明的双阀隔膜的操作。
双阀隔膜22具有两个同心阀,包括一个带有自关闭的狭缝型阀22a的常闭孔口和一个常闭伞型阀。当液体从容器中被分配时,吸力通过抽吸或通过施加于容器的压力而穿过狭缝型孔口22a来施加。狭缝型孔口22a打开,使得液体能够沿着图5中所示的箭头“线路B”的方向流出容器及插塞。因此,低气压(depression)将在容器内部产生,且液体将穿过打开的孔口流出浸管24及插塞。该低气压,比如在喷洒香水的时候,将是大约5-10毫巴。由于该低气压,伞型阀将因此打开,从而允许空气沿图5中所示的箭头“路线A”的方向流动穿过通气狭槽21c和插塞主体23的相应的狭槽流入容器3中。于是,当一定量的液体被分配时,在容器的内部产生低气压。喷洒的体积应该被空气替代以获得容器内外的压力平衡,其通过因为已产生的低气压而使伞型阀打开从而使空气流入来实现。
于是,当阀关闭时,液体经由如图5所示的抑制A和抑制B被保留在储存器中。这防止了当瓶子没有连接到插管系统时或者当瓶子没有盖子时任何液体的洒出。
现已描述了本发明的优选实施方案,对于本领域技术人员将明显的是,结合其构思的其它实施方案也可以使用。因此,感觉本发明不应受限于已公开的实施方案,而应该仅受限于所附权利要求书的范围。
Claims (12)
1.一种分配用封闭器(1),其用于盛装流体的容器(3),其中所述分配用封闭器紧密安装于所述容器的容器颈部中以确保所述容器的液密性,其中所述分配用封闭器包括:
细长的插塞主体(23),其被布置为插入所述容器颈部中,并具有中央流体通道和具有周边空气通道;
双阀隔膜(22),其由柔韧弹性材料构成,并被布置于在所述细长的插塞主体(23)的上部部分中设置的凹进部中,以覆盖所述中央流体通道和所述周边空气通道;以及

5.如权利要求1所述的分配用封闭器(1),其中所述双阀隔膜(22)的所述第一阀段被布置成当所述细长的插塞主体(23)的所述中央流体通道中产生压力时打开。
6.如权利要求1所述的分配用封闭器(1),其中所述双阀隔膜(22)的所述第一阀段被布置成当所述塞盖(21)的所述中央开口(21d)中产生低气压时打开。
7.如权利要求1至3和5至6中任一项所述的分配用封闭器(1),其中所述双阀隔膜(22)的所述第二阀段被布置成当所述细长的插塞主体(23)的所述中央流体通道中产生低气压时打开。
8.如权利要求1至3和5至6中任一项所述的分配用封闭器(1),其中所述细长的插塞主体具有与所述中央流体通道轴向对齐的内部圆柱形细长部分,以接纳所述管或插管。
9.如权利要求1至3和5至6中任一项所述的分配用封闭器(1),其中所述细长的插塞主体(23)具有有着细长的环形主体(23d)和盘形形状的顶部段(23e)的插塞形状,所述细长的环形主体(23d)用于在被组装到所述容器时安装于所述容器颈部中,所述盘形形状的顶部段(23e)被形成为位于所述容器颈部的顶部上以便密封所述容器颈部。
10.如权利要求9所述的分配用封闭器(1),其中所述顶部段(23e)在其上表面上具有焊接环(23f),并且所述塞盖(21)具有布置于其下表面中的狭槽以接纳所述焊接环。
11.一种如前述权利要求中任一项所述的分配用封闭器(1)和用于盛装流体的容器的组合。
