Abstract
一种可挠的热缩管浸以热固化树脂用作定子线圈通风管的绝缘套管。该热缩套管最好由聚酯纤维编织而成。它滑套在定子通风管全长上,浸以热固化绝缘树脂然后进行热处理,该材料经加热收缩而使套管紧依定子线圈通风管的形状紧贴在通风管外围上。调整该树脂量而能保持套管的局部可挠性,以便在使用中通风管和该绝缘套一起弯折而不受损。
Description
本发明涉及透平发电机绝缘系统的领域,更详细讲,涉及到用于定子线圈通风管的一种改进的电气绝缘器,以及绝缘这类管路的一种方法。
透平发电机通常靠旋转装在定子内的一个磁铁来产生电力,该定子装有铜线线圈,当磁铁旋转时即在该铜的定子线圈内产生电流,这种定子线圈通常是由许多散置有中空通风管的铜线构成,这些管子中载有氢气用以冷却该定子线圈的线芯。这类风管的尺寸基本上为0.27×0.27厘米( 1/2 × 1/2 英寸),长度6.1到9.1米(20到30英尺)范围内的管子。(其它的定子线圈应用较小的水冷却绞线,本发明中也能应用,但不是现在所能实现的)。
多年来,对定子线圈中通风管与包围着它们的铜绞线的电气绝缘,不外乎用两种方法之一来实现。第一种方法是用于将该通风管缠以绝缘带,第二种方法是用一个玻璃编织机直接将玻璃丝编织在该管子上,这种方法基本上就是一个电缆编织机的改形。这种手工缠带和玻璃编织技术通常要用树脂,然后是通过高温炉(近似于600~700℃)烘烤过。烘烤过的树脂通过堵塞在带子下面或玻璃编织中的任何气隙而起到绝缘作用,这种气隙是会造成系统中产生电气短路。
但是,这种种方法具有严重缺陷。缠带子是很烦重的劳动而且费时间。另一方面,编织玻璃是极昂贵的,因为无论是编织机的投资和维护该编织机都需化费,维护费高是因为玻璃编织工艺中产生大量的玻璃粉末,这种粉末造成机器轴承和其它部分非常大的磨损。同时,玻璃编织比手工缠带快些,但也同样费时间。
手工缠带的另一问题是在应用以后,这些材料的不可挠性和脆性,树脂的烘烤使绝缘和任何随后的弯折发生断裂。同时,通风管本身是刚性的,与该铜线相反,它们能弯折成适当的形状,最好是能将通风管在施加绝缘之后弄弯成有助于定子线圈的结构。
因此,就需要有一种方法和设备以便经济和有效地将定子线圈的通风管电气地绝缘起来,而且保持以后的可挠性。
因此,本发明的一个目的便是对定子线圈的通风管提供出能够方便地且经济地安装的绝缘系统。另外和进一步的目的以及优点将体现在以下所述中。
本发明针对一种便于安装和应用的定子线圈通风管绝缘系统,借此以避免大的劳力投资,且因此而不必需要大的设备和过多的维护。为此,用一种加热可缩的编织纤维材料做成管状而合适地套在定子线圈通风管上,该管状物外面浸过薄层树脂,然后进行加热,该编织物的管受热而收缩形成与通风管紧密贴合,同时,固化该树脂。在热处理后的该绝缘通风管保留了可挠性,它足能适应定子线圈而弯成所需的形状。
由于定子线圈通风管的长度通常为6.1到9.1米(20到30英尺),先前打算利用绝缘套管一般是不成功的,这是因为几乎不可能在通风管上滑套那么长的套管,除非该套管挠性很大而且相当大于该通风管圆周才成,但是这层绝缘最后还必须紧贴在管上,在浸漆和固化后,还必须弄弯形成端圈渐伸线形而不开裂。
本发明则利用了某种纤维材料在开始接受热处理时即行收缩的优点,本发明需要将这类纤维在其不收缩条件下编织成适当的管形。在材料的选择上,也考虑到它能被树脂浸渍以改善其绝缘性质。本发明合最佳实施例即利用诸如涤纶5c(Dacron 5c)类的聚酯纤维材料。各种受热即能收缩的纤维都可使用,其范围很广,这里用聚酯来作为一例以资讨论。
所用的管状物即滑套在定子线圈的各通风管上,该管状物可制成长度相当于通风管的长度,或可制成连续长度在装配在通风管上后再切割多余部分。由于该种纤维的热缩性质,故该管状物的内圆周应选得比定子线圈通风管的外圆周大到足够程度,以便容易地将它套到长达9.1米(30英尺)或以上的定子线圈即风管上。
在将还没收缩的该物开始套在定子线圈通风管上之后,即可浸以一种合适的树脂,这种树脂一般应具有低粘度,並在使该编织物收缩所需要的温度相匹配的温度下固化。此后,该管状物即与所浸的某种树脂一起接受热处理。处理一根聚酯材料的管。例果对涤纶(DacronTM)在接近150℃条件下,导致28%的收缩。该管状物的圆周根据所用的纤维的收缩性质来选择,以便在热处理之后,该绝缘层紧敷在定子线圈通风管上。同时,该树脂通过固化温度而被敷上,所以对该热缩步骤不需要新的设备即能完成。通风管结构与应用本发明无关。以树脂浸渍该管状物可以用各种不同的标准方法,但是所用的树脂量应当使该管状物在敷上树脂后保持最低的局部可挠性。这个局部可挠性能允许绝缘后的通风管连续地弯折成符合定子线圈的形式。
本发明所提供的方法和制品避免了先有技术的各种缺陷。聚酯材料的可挠性允许该绝缘管甚至在浸漆和固化后弯折,而该绝缘则仍保持紧贴在定子线圈通风管子上。进一步说,本发明结合了节省劳力和利用玻璃编织技术的优点,同时避免了它们的高投资和高维护费用的缺点。不用机器即能把绝缘物敷到通风管上。
在展望本发明初步应用于定子线圈通风管的电气绝缘的同时,还可明显地看到,本发明的发明构思可以应用到其它情况,例如,对有两个或多个电气引线欲被连接起来之处,本发明的技术就容易应用。在一根引线上套装上热缩性材料做的套管,在该引线与另一或另外多个引线连接起来之后,将该套管推过连接线处,然后进行如上所述的加热收缩。该合成后的绝缘将保持其可挠性,並能承受该电力系统所产生的温度。另一方面,先有技术中的绝缘套管典型地用一种热塑性材料构成,在相对低的温度下有被损坏的可能。
因此,提出了应用加热可收缩的编织绝缘材料构成的一个绝缘系统。本发明的实施例和应用已如上述。显然,对工作于本领域的人们,可以做出种种修改,但都脱离不出本发明的构思。因此,本发明除了下述权利要求的构思外,不受限制。
Claims (17)
1、一种将定子线圈通风管绝缘的方法,其特征为:
编织一种加热可缩的纤维成为一个管状物,它的内圆周尺寸大于该通风管的外圆周;
将所述管状物套装在所述通风管上;以及
将所述管状物加热,造成它围绕着所述通风管收缩。
2、如权利要求1所述的方法,其中该管状物在所述的套装之后和加热处理之前,浸渍以加热固化的绝缘树脂。
3、如权利要求1所述的方法,其中该管状物是在加热处理之后紧贴在该通风管周围的。
4、如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述的加热可缩的纤维是聚酯。
5、如权利要求2所述的方法,其中所述的绝缘材料在加热处理后,至少保持局部可挠性。
6、如权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述的通风管和绝缘材料在加热处理后被弯成定子线圈所需的合适形式。
7、一个用于定子线圈通风管的绝缘器,其特征为:
一个加热可收缩的管状物是由加热可缩的纤维做成的,所述管状物的内圆周大于所述定子线圈通风管的外圆周,所述管状物在套装在所述通风管周围上后,通过加热收缩能够紧贴在所述通风管上。
8、如权利要求7所述的绝缘器,其中该加热可缩材料是聚酯。
9、如权利要求7所述的绝缘器,其中该加热可缩材料做的管由于加热收缩而能与所述定子通风管形成紧密贴合。
10、如权利要求7所述的绝缘器,其中的加热可缩物是用一种加热固化的绝缘树脂进行浸渍。
11、如权利要求10所述的绝缘器,其中该绝缘器在加热收缩后能至少保持局部可挠性。
12、一台发电机,它的一个定子线圈具有多个绝缘的通风管,其特征为,至少所述通风管之一被一个绝缘套管所围绕,该套管由加热可缩的纤维做成的加热可缩管状物构成,所述的套管经过热处理而收缩到紧贴在该通风管的周围。
13、如权利要求12的发电机,其中所述的加热可缩材料是聚酯。
14、如权利要求12的发电机,其中所述的加热可缩物是紧贴在所述定子线圈通风管的周围。
15、如权利要求12的发电机,其中的加热可缩物被浸以加热固化的绝缘树脂,该树脂在加热收缩过程中固化。
16、如权利要求12的发电机,其中热处理的绝缘物至少具有局部可挠性。
17、一个电气绝缘器,其特征为:
一个加热可缩的绝缘材料做的管用树脂浸渍过,合适地装在一个打算绝缘的电气元件周围,它能在装好后进行加热而收缩以至形成紧贴在所述元件的周围。
