Abstract
本发明涉及吹塑成型的热塑树脂容器的底座构
形。已经发现,在预制件吹塑成型时使相邻腿和脚之
间的肋有更大的范围,由于肋有较大宽度,从而成比
例地加厚了预制件材料厚度,这样,在底座结构的高
应力区提供了较大强度,其结果减少了应力裂纹损
坏。
Description
本发明一般涉及吹塑成型的热塑树脂容器的新的、实用的改进,具体涉及这种容器底座构形。
多少年来,已在生产一些容器,主要是瓶子,它们底座构形以半球形为主,但它带有凸起,形成多个止于脚的腿,在这些腿之间的底座构形部分为肋的形式,这种底座构形的一个严重问题是产生应力裂纹及断裂,应力裂纹是当施加的压力超过临界值时在底座产生的。通过使施加的压力低于临界值,可以消除应力裂纹的产生,从而也可消除断裂的产生,根据本发明,底座构形的改进是通过使肋条横截面加至最大,这样就施加上低的应力。
本发明特别涉及热塑性树脂吹塑容器,用于封装碳酸饮料。这种底座构形的基本要求是:能耐受内部压力,能耐受降落冲击,具有竖立的稳定性,具有可吹塑性,并且重量轻。
在有内压情况下,内部负荷的主要部分由肋条承载,为了把最大的应力水平保持在极限内,肋条的断面必须加至最大,并且避免肋条和脚结合处出现尖锐的突然过渡,同时脚的形状和尺寸应该是可吹塑的。考虑到总的底表面积,可以实现如下各项;可吹塑的脚的形状及尺寸,所要求的竖立稳定性以及所要求的底座及脚的最低点之间高度差。作为对比于过去用的六个腿六个脚,已经作到了脚的数目最多限于五个。通过限制所用脚的数目,底座构形的肋条面积可大大增加。而且,还可看到,通过增加肋条宽度,其厚度也自然地增加了。
更具体说,根据本发明,提供了一种底座构形,它包括不同于习惯的六个而是最多为五个的腿和脚,并保持了习惯底座构形的腿和脚的基本相同的形状。这样,每腿所占的总的角范围为72°。其中每一腿的腿部占角范围为40°,而每一肋占有32°的角范围,作为对比,以前的构形中每一肋所占角范围为20°。
关于本发明的上述的目的及后面将谈到的其他的目的,本发明的性质等,通过参照附图,权利要求书的如下详述,将会更清楚地得到理解。
图1是一个瓶子的立视图,它具有本发明的底座构形。
图2是图1的瓶底座构形的放大底平面视图,但其中使用了腿。
图3是图1的瓶底座构形的一个底平面视图,其中仅有五个腿。
图4是沿图3的4-4线的一个放大局部垂直剖视图,示出通过其中一个腿和一个直径上相对的肋的底座构形。
图5是沿图3的5-5线的一个局部放大垂直剖视图,示出其中一个肋的具体构形。
现参照详细的附图,可以看到,图1中是一个惯用型瓶子,其总体以序号10表示,瓶10由热塑树脂(例如PET)制成,且由一个预制品吹塑而成,该预制品包含有一个注射成型的颈口部分12。瓶10有一肩部14,圆柱形本体16,以及一个底座构形18,这种底座构形是本发明讨论的主题。
首先参见示于图2的现有技术中的底座构形,可以看到,图2的底座以20表示,为圆形轮廓,带有六个凸起腿22,它们均终止于最低脚24。在每一对腿22之间有一肋26,一般说来,在这种肋或它与相应腿22连接处会出现应力裂纹。
已经发现,腿22及其脚24的一种正确合适的设计是,要求每腿有40°左右的角范围。很明显,如果有六个腿22,则要一腿22及其肋26所占的总的角范围为60°,这导致每一肋26占有20°的角范围。
根据本发明,已经发现,如果肋的构成具有大的角范围,则肋会维持一个正比于其角范围的较大厚度,正如图3所清楚示出的,本发明已确定使底座的肋加宽。
另外,已确定,腿22及其脚24的剐慰陕愕鬃剐蔚奶乇鹨螅虼烁荼痉⒚鳎蓖?2及脚24在底座20,18中保持基本相同时,腿的数目至少减少一个,为了提供必要的肋强度,使用了最多为五个的腿,使用更少数目的腿,例如四个也是可行的。然而,已发现使用五个腿可产生很好的稳定性,而用四个脚常常不稳定,特别是当瓶于放于冰箱架上时就会生这样的问题。
对比于常用的六个腿,使用五个腿22产生了意外的好效果。特别参见图3,可以看到,每腿22之间的间隔有一个总的角范围A,当用五个腿时,A为72°。再有,腿部本身的角范围B仅为40°左右,这样,留给肋26一个32°大小的角范围。
参见图5可以知道,当肋26的宽度RW越大,则其厚度Rt越大。另外,可以看到,肋26的材料厚度Rt大于与其配合的腿22的厚度Lt。肋26的这一厚度的增加使底座较大应力区有较大的强度。而且,由图5所见,在每一肋26和邻近腿22之间的圆角区28,有一增加的厚度。其效果在于,这种改进的底座(如图3~5所示,以号18所代表的)具有较大的应力裂纹抗力。
我们同时指出,每一腿和相邻肋之间的交线,已如图示是直线和径向的,它也可以是稍弯曲的。
还应指出,从底座构形中心E到一个脚24的远角D的径向距离,大约为中心E到底座构形外圆轮廓C之间距离的0.8倍。
参见图4,可以看到,肋26的纵向剖面为弧形,而在图5中,它们已总体示为扁平形,它们也可以有弧形的横向剖面,以便形成一个半球形的一部分,如果腿22和脚24无特殊要求,上述半球形就是底座18的自然构形。
尽管这里对仅仅一个最佳实施例的底座构形加以了详示和详述,但一些小的变化可能提出,然而它们不超出本发明权利要求书所限定的本发明实质及范围。
Claims (12)
1、一种内部带压容器的底座构形,其特征在于,该底座构形的轮廓基本呈圆形,最多由五个径向延伸的腿构成,每一腿终止于一个脚,从底座的圆形轮廓径向向内凹进,并且,所述腿被径向延伸的肋分隔开,该底座构形的改进在于,所说腿和脚大致与具六个腿脚底座的肋和腿有相同的轮廓,以及,所述肋的宽度大于具六个腿、脚底座的肋的宽度。
2、根据权利要求1的底座构形,其特征在于,每一肋的壁厚正比于肋的宽度。
3、根据权利要求1的底座构形,其特征在于,每一肋的壁厚正比于肋的宽度,肋越宽则壁越厚。
4、根据权利要求1的底座构形,其特征在于,每一肋所占的角范围为30°左右或更大。
5、根据权利要求1的底座构形,其特征在于,肋的构形为,大致形成为半球形的一部分。
6、根据权利要求1的底座构形,其特征在于,所述腿的数目为五个,并且,每一腿部所占的角范围大于或等于40°。
7、根据权利要求1的底座构形,其特征在于,所说腿的数目为五个,每个腿腿部所占角范围为40°左右,每一肋所占角范围为32°左右。
8、根据权利要求1的底座构形,其特征在于,每一脚具有径向的远角,该远角与底座中心的距离为底座构形直径的80%左右。
9、一种内部带压容器的底座构形,其特征在于,该构形的轮廓基本呈圆形,由五个径向腿构成,每一腿终止于一个脚,从底座的圆形轮廓径向向内凹进,并且,所述腿被径向延伸的肋分隔开,所述底座构形的改进在于,每一肋所占的角范围为30°左右。
10、根据权利要求9的底座构形,其特征在于,所述每一腿腿部占的角范围约为40°,提供给每一肋的角范围为32°左右。
11、根据权利要求9的底座构形,其特征在于,所述肋的构形为,大致形成一个半球形的一部分。
12、根据权利要求9的底座构形,其特征在于,每一脚具有径向的远角,它与底座中心之间的距离约为底座构形直径的80%。
