多重染色的矿物颜料及应用是阳离子有机染料和矿物。最好是水辉石的反应产物。该矿物具有很细的平均粒度和很高的阳离子交换能力。这种颜料具有优良的色彩强度,不会渗化在水或油中,而且很容易分散在水溶液和有机介质中。多重染色的矿物颜料及应用,其特征在于该颜料是一种阳离子有机染料和一种矿物的反应产物,上述矿物具有很细的平均粒度,新奇的形态和很高的阳离子交换能力,其范围是每100克干矿物有225-300毫克当量,同时,载荷密度用X光衍射法测定得其间距大于25-27埃D(001)。
Description
本发明多重染色的矿物颜料及应用属于化工领域。矿物颜料的起源我们都知道人类最早用来给纺织品着色的是矿物颜料(或称矿物染料)。在中国已发现的最早利用天然色彩的例子可追溯到旧石器时代晚期。如:山顶洞文化遗址中发现的用赤铁矿粉涂成红色的石珠、鱼骨、兽牙等装饰品。再如在仰韶文化彩陶图腾纹样上利用天然色彩涂染。
人类最早用于着色的颜料是红色的赤铁矿(Fe2O3)和黑色的磁铁矿(Fe3O4)等矿物质。这些五颜六色的石块很容易从自然界取得,不需经过复杂的处理就可使用。
矿物染的最早记载出现于商周时期,战国时期的古书《尚书·禹贡》上就有关于“黑土、白土、赤土、青土、黄土”的记载,说明那时的人们已对具有不同天然色彩的矿物和土壤有所认识。我国古代主要矿物的颜料有:红色的赤铁矿和朱砂(HgS)、黄色的石黄(雄黄和雌黄)、绿色的空青、蓝色的石青、白色的胡粉和蜃灰、黑色的炭黑。
“草木染”。新石器时代的人们在应用矿物颜料的同时,也开始使用天然的植物染料。人们发现,漫山遍野花果的根、茎、叶、皮都可以用温水浸渍来提取染液。
我国古代使用的主要植物染料有:红色类的茜草、红花、苏枋;黄色类的荩草、栀子、姜金和槐米;蓝色类的鼠李;黑色类的皂斗和乌桕等等,它们经由媒染、拼色和套染等技术,可变化出无穷的色彩。下面着重介绍一下红花和靛蓝这两种染料的制作过程。
