发明背景
砖石基底和类似物用涂料典型地要求具有良好伸长率特征的树脂粘合剂。常常使用具有由羧酸官能单体衍生的树脂粘合剂的水性涂料组合物。氧化锌广泛用作涂料添加剂,特别地用于外部涂层应用的涂料添加剂。在这类水性涂料组合物中使用氧化锌的问题是氧化锌产生锌离子,锌离子常常与羧酸基形成络合物。这倾向于降低涂层的弹性。本发明提供这一问题的解决方法。
发明概述

该聚合物可以是平均粒度范围为约100-约700纳米(nm),或约200-约500nm的颗粒形式,这使用利用光散射技术的Brookhaven BI-90 Particle Sizer或者Nicomp 380来测量。可使用多峰粒度分布。
该聚合物可以以范围为约10-约70wt%,或约20-约40wt%的浓度存在于涂料组合物内。在施加到基底上并干燥或固化之后,最终的涂层可含有约20-约70wt%的聚合物,或约20-约40wt%。

可在小粒度的预成形的乳液聚合物(例如,种子聚合)存在下,或者无种子下引发聚合。种子聚合可产生比无种子聚合更加均匀粒度的胶乳聚合物的含水分散体。
可使用链转移剂,控制分子量,且包括在聚合混合物中使用的硫醇,多硫醇,醇和卤素化合物,以便调节聚合物粘合剂的分子量。一般地,可使用基于聚合物粘合剂的重量,0%-约3wt%的C4-C20烷基硫醇,巯基丙酸或巯基丙酸酯。
聚合方法可包括间歇法,连续法,阶段法,或牵涉任何其他方法的工艺。阶段法的每一个阶段可引入热或氧化还原引发聚合。可使用单体,水和乳化剂,制备在给定阶段内聚合的含有所有或一部分单体的单体乳液。可独立地制备引发剂在水中的溶液。在该工艺的任何阶段的乳液聚合期间,单体乳液和引发剂溶液可共同喂料到聚合容器内。反应容器本身也可最初含有种子乳液和进一步可另外含有聚合引发剂的起始原料。可通过除去聚合反应生成的热量或者通过加热反应容器,控制反应容器中内容物的温度。可将数种单体乳液同时共同喂料到反应容器内。当共同喂料多种单体的乳液时,它们可具有不同的单体组成。在乳液聚合工艺期间,可改变单体乳液共同喂料时的顺序和速度。在完成第一单体乳液的添加之后,可在某一温度下保持聚合反应混合物一段时间,和/或在聚合随后的单体乳液之前,用聚合抑制剂处理。类似地,在完成最终的单体乳液的添加之后,可在每一温度下保持聚合反应混合物一段时间,和/或在冷却到环境温度之前,用聚合抑制剂处理。
可通过本领域技术人员已知的方法,结合该聚合物与其他商业聚合物或聚合物分散体。该聚合物可用于形成与其他聚合物,例如聚氨酯或硅酮的杂化物(hybrids)。这可通过在聚合物存在下,通过乳液或悬浮聚合,共混该聚合物与其他预成形的聚合物,或者在其他聚合物存在下合成该聚合物,从而聚合额外的单体来进行。
可在聚合反应之中或者随后,添加可用于制备聚合物和/或在其随后使用中有用的助剂。这些可包括辅助的表面活性剂;消泡剂,例如基于单体混合物的重量,以约0.001-约0.1wt%的水平使用的SURFYNOL 104E和Nopco NXZ;流平剂,例如基于单体混合物的重量,以约0.001-约0.1wt%的水平使用的Sag.RTM.Silicone Antifoam 47;抗氧化剂,例如基于单体混合物的重量,以约0.1-约5wt%的水平使用的MAROXOL 20和IRGANOX 1010;增塑剂,例如FLEXOL.RTM增塑剂;和防护剂,例如以约30-约45份/百万份(ppm)的水平使用的KATHON.RTM.,或者以约300-约500ppm的水平使用的PROXEL.RTM.GXL。
涂料组合物可包括水,氧化锌,前述聚合物(或树脂粘合剂),和任选地,一种或更多种偶联剂,例如有机硅烷偶联剂,过渡金属偶联剂,膦酸酯偶联剂,铝偶联剂,含氨基的Werner偶联剂,或其中的两种或更多种的混合物。这些偶联剂可具有双重功能。每一金属或硅原子可具有连接到其上的一个或更多个基团,所述基团可或者与无机或金属氧化物表面和/或涂层/粘合剂中的组分反应或者增容它们。本文所使用的术语“增容”是指该基团化学连接,例如通过极性、润湿或溶剂化力,但没有键合到涂料组合物的组分上。金属或硅原子可具有连接到其上的一个或更多个可水解基团(所述可水解基团可使得偶联剂能与无机表面反应),和一个或更多个官能团(所述官能团可使得偶联剂能与涂层或树脂粘合剂反应)。可水解基团的实例可包括单羟基和/或1,2-或1,3二元醇的环状C2-C3残基。可使用的合适的增容或官能基团的实例可包括环氧基,环氧丙氧基,巯基,氰基,烯丙基,烷基,氨酯基,氨基甲酸酯基,卤素,异氰酸酯基,脲基,咪唑啉基,乙烯基,丙烯酸酯基,甲基丙烯酸酯基,氨基和/或多氨基。
该聚合物可在涂料,粘合剂,薄膜和类似物中用作多孔和无孔基底,例如砖石以及纸张,非织造材料,纺织品,木材,金属,塑料(例如,聚丙烯,聚酯,聚氨酯),家庭包裹物和其他建筑材料,玻璃纤维,聚合物制品,屋顶和类似物用粘合剂。可通过任何常规方法,其中包括刷涂,辊涂,浸涂,流涂,喷涂和类似方法,施加涂料组合物。
可使用本领域技术人员公知的其他添加剂,辅助制备本发明的涂料。或者,一种或更多种这些添加剂可加入到合成该聚合物所使用的反应混合物中。这些添加剂可包括稳定剂,消泡剂,抗氧化剂(例如,Irganox 1010),UV吸收剂,碳二亚胺,活化剂,固化剂,稳定剂,例如碳二亚胺,着色剂,颜料,中和剂,流变学改性剂(增稠剂),非反应性和反应性增塑剂,聚结剂,例如二(丙二醇)甲醚(DPM),蜡,爽滑剂和脱模剂,抗微生物剂,表面活性剂,例如PluronicTM F68-LF和IGEPALTM CO630,和硅酮表面活性剂,金属,凝结剂,盐,阻燃添加剂(例如,氧化锑),分散剂,增量剂,表面活性剂,润湿剂,增塑剂,蜡,抗臭氧剂和类似物。可在加工本发明的聚合物之前和/或之中,视需要添加它们到最终的产品内,这是本领域技术人员众所周知的。它们可以以通常已知的用量使用。也可视需要添加剂添加剂,以便制造制品或者处理其他产品(例如,通过浸渍,饱和,喷雾,涂布或类似方法)。
在施加到基底上并干燥或固化之后的涂料组合物可包括弹性体组合物。这一弹性体组合物可用于提供保护和/或装饰涂层,薄膜,填缝料,密封剂和类似物,其中涂层的挠性和防集尘性可以是有利的。
光敏添加剂可以是含能吸收一部分太阳光光谱,例如通过紫外光活化的群组(grouping)的组合物。光敏组合物可包括加入到该聚合物中或者加入到弹性体组合物中的添加剂形式的光敏化合物,或者它可以是光敏低聚物或光敏聚合物,或者它可以是例如通过共聚,化学掺入到乳液聚合物内的光敏群组。光敏化合物可包括基于该聚合物的重量,以约0.01-约2wt%或约5wt%,或约0.01wt%或约0.05wt%-约0.5wt%,或约1wt%或约2wt%,或约0.05wt%或约1wt%的水平使用的二苯甲酮衍生物,其中一个或两个苯环可被取代,例如二苯甲酮,4-甲基二苯甲酮,4-羟基二苯甲酮,4-氨基二苯甲酮,4-氯二苯甲酮,4-烃羧基(hydrocarboxyl)二苯甲酮,4,4′-二甲基二苯甲酮,4,4′-二氯二苯甲酮,4-羧甲基二苯甲酮,3-硝基二苯甲酮,取代的苯基酮类,例如取代的苯基苯乙酮,和类似物。更优选二苯甲酮或4-取代的(对-)二苯甲酮。二苯甲酮本身是最优选的。可作为共聚的烯属不饱和单体形式,存在能化学掺入的光敏群组,它的使用水平可以是约0.5-约5wt%,基于该聚合物的重量,例如在美国专利Nos.3,429,852;3,574,617;和4,148,987中公开的。另外,可使用烯丙基苯甲酰基苯甲酸酯和掺入侧挂的二苯甲酮基的可共聚的单体。
涂料除了含有氧化锌以外,还可含有任何其他所需的颜料或染料。颜料的平均粒度范围可以是约0.05-约5微米,或约0.2-约1.5微米。颜料可包括任何天然或合成,无机或有机,不溶的颗粒,当它在涂料中分散时,提供颜色和不透明度,和任选地,还提供硬度,耐久性和类似性能。颜料和染料之间的差别是,颜料不可溶且分散在涂料内,而染料视需要可溶于涂料组合物内。颜料可包括下述中的一种或更多种:镉颜料,例如镉黄,镉红,镉绿,铬橙;碳颜料,例如炭黑(其中包括葡萄黑和灯黑),象牙墨(骨黑);铬颜料,例如铬黄和镉绿;钴颜料,例如钴紫,钴蓝,钴天蓝,钴亚硝酸钾(钴黄);铜颜料,例如Han紫,埃及蓝,巴黎绿,铜绿和青绿;氧化铁颜料,例如血红,残渣(caput mortuum),氧化铁红,赭红,威尼斯红和普鲁士蓝;粘土颜料(铁的氧化物),例如赭黄,生赭石,烧赭石,生褐和烧赭;铅颜料,例如铅白,赛敏白(cermintz white),拿浦黄和红铅;汞颜料,例如朱砂;钛颜料,例如钛黄,钛米色,钛白和钛黑;群青颜料,例如群青和群青绿遮色剂(shade);锌颜料,例如锌白和锌铁尖晶石;有机颜料,例如茜素(合成),深茜红(合成),雌黄,胭脂虫红,茜素玫瑰红,靛青,印度黄,紫色(Tyrian purple),喹吖啶酮,品红,酞菁绿,酞菁蓝,颜料红170;或者其中的两种或更多种的混合物。颜料或染料可占涂料组合物的约0wt%-约15wt%,或约0.01wt%-约15wt%。
涂料组合物可含有一种或更多种增量剂颜料。这些可称为填料颜料或消光颜料。增量剂颜料的平均粒度范围可以是约0.05-约100微米,或约1-约50微米。一种或更多种增量剂颜料可包括任何天然或合成,无机或有机,不溶的颗粒,当分散在涂料组合物内时,可提供由该涂料组合物形成的涂层消光性,和任选地硬度,耐久性和类似性能。可使用增量剂颜料,改性涂料组合物的粘度,提高涂料组合物的沉降稳定性,和/或增加由该涂料组合物形成的涂层的薄膜强度。可使用增量剂颜料,提高涂层的机械,热和/或阻挡性能。可使用增量剂颜料,降低涂料组合物的成本。可使用的增量剂颜料的实例可包括碳酸钙,粘土,云母,长石,硅酸铝,硅酸镁,氧化硅,硫酸钡和类似物,或者其中的两种或更多种的混合物。该涂料组合物可含有0-约70wt%的一种或更多种增量剂颜料,或约20-约50wt%。
可通过在高速分散设备,例如Cowles分散器或Sigma研磨机中混合该聚合物与常规的组分,制备本发明的涂料,以及填缝料和密封剂。可施加该涂料到宽泛的各种建筑结构材料,例如砖石,木材,混凝土,金属,玻璃,陶瓷,塑料,石膏,灰泥和屋顶基底,例如沥青涂层,屋顶毡,合成聚合物膜,和发泡聚氨酯绝缘体上;或者施加到事先刷漆、打底、底涂、用过(worn)或风化的基底上。
可通过本领域公知的各种技术,例如空气辅助或者无空气的喷涂,静电喷涂,刷涂,辊涂,抹涂,填缝枪,用泥铲涂,和类似技术,施加本发明的涂料(即,薄膜,填缝料,密封剂和类似物)。
可将该涂料组合物施加到其中担心外观、裂缝桥连(bridging)和耐久性的任何基底,尤其建筑材料和砖石上。涂料组合物可施加到其上的砖石包括砖,各种砖石,混凝土,混凝土或砂浆(mortar)和聚集体的共混物,石头,瓷砖和灰泥(stucco)。本文使用术语“砖石”是指任何基本上无机的基底,尤其建筑组合物,且包括,但不限于,结构材料,例如普通的砖,铺地砖,面砖,排水瓦,空心块,渣煤块,釉面砖或瓦,赤土陶器(terra cotta),导管,屋顶瓦,陶瓷瓦,烟道衬里,砂浆,水泥,例如卜特兰水泥,石膏产品(任选地煅烧)(例如,模塑,建筑石膏和灰泥),大理石,石灰石,镁氧水泥,和绝缘产品,例如电和热绝缘体(硅藻土砖)。该涂料组合物也可作为屋顶涂层和在其中重要的是抗UV光暴露和保护避免湿气/水的其他外部应用中施加,即使基底可具有表面裂纹或在不同基底内部或之间的裂纹。
在下述实施例1-8中例举了本发明聚合物的制备。为了比较的目的,还公开了对比例C-1至C-10中披露的聚合物。在下述实施例中,除非另有说明,所有份数和百分数以重量计。
实施例1
如下所述制备种子聚合物。通过混合329g水,2.33g在水中30%月桂基硫酸钠,0.7g碳酸氢钠,16.33g的Dextrol OC-60(由Ashland Aqualon供应的十三烷基乙氧化磷酸酯),245g丙烯酸2-乙基己酯,434g甲基丙烯酸甲酯,和21g甲基丙烯酸,制造单体预混物。通过在35g水中溶解0.7g过硫酸铵,制造引发剂A。通过在84g水中溶解1.05g过硫酸铵,制造引发剂B。将770g水,0.24g碳酸氢铵,和62.22g的Dowfax 2A1(获自Dow的阴离子表面活性剂,鉴定为烷基二苯基醚二磺酸盐)引入到3升的反应容器中,并在氮气覆盖下加热到80℃。然后添加引发剂A到该反应容器中,接着在约3小时的时间段内将单体预混物按比例加入到反应器容器中。在预混物按比例配合开始之后45分钟,在约3小时的时间段内,将引发剂B按照比例引入到该反应容器中。在完成引发剂B的喂料之后,反应容器的温度在80℃下维持90分钟。然后冷却反应容器到57℃,将3.29g的17%氢过氧化叔丁基的水溶液和36.1g的2.77%异抗坏血酸溶液隔开约5分钟加入到该反应容器中。在30分钟之后,冷却该反应容器到室温,并过滤通过100-微米的布料。用氢氧化铵调节所得乳液的pH到8.5-9.0。以防腐剂形式添加19.33g的3%Proxel GXL溶液(获自Arch Chemicals的抑微生物溶液,被鉴定为含有1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮)。
实施例2
使用含有重量比为2/73.4/16.6/5//3的IA/2-EHA/苯乙烯/AN//苯乙烯的单体组合物,制造乳液聚合物。使用下述工序。制备单体预混物。该单体预混物含有20g衣康酸(IA),270g水,1g碳酸铵,10g的Rhodapex EST-30(十三烷基醚硫酸钠盐),734g丙烯酸2-乙基己酯(2-EHA),106g苯乙烯,和50g丙烯腈(AN)。通过在50g水中溶解1.5g过硫酸铵,制造引发剂A。通过在80g水中溶解2.5g过硫酸铵,制造引发剂B。将270g水,1g碳酸铵,和17g实施例1的种子聚合物引入到3升反应容器中,并在氮气覆盖下加热到78℃。然后添加引发剂A到该反应容器中,接着在约4小时的时间段内按照比例引入单体预混物到反应容器中,在预混物按比例配合开始之后45分钟,在约4小时30分钟的时间段内,将引发剂B按照比例引入到该反应容器中。在完成预混物按照比例引入之后,将30g苯乙烯与38g水按照比例引入到反应容器中,接着30g水冲刷。在完成引发剂B的喂料之后,经30分钟升高反应容器的温度至82℃。然后冷却反应容器到57℃。将20g水,5g70%氢过氧化叔丁基和0.67g30%月桂基硫酸钠的混合物加入到该反应容器中。在约5分钟之后,将3g的Bruggolite FF-6(BruggemanChemical的产品,被鉴定为可用作乳液聚合方法用催化剂的亚磺酸衍生物)在40g水中的溶液经60分钟按照比例引入到该反应容器中。在30分钟之后,冷却反应容器到室温,并过滤通过100-微米的布料。用氢氧化铵调节产物的pH至约8.5。以防腐剂形式添加5.33g的Acticide MV(由Thor Group供应的杀生物剂)。
实施例3
使用实施例2中描述的工序,制造乳液聚合物,所不同的是单体组合物含有重量比为1/74.2/16.8/5/1//3的IA/2-EHA/苯乙烯/AN/AA//苯乙烯。AA是丙烯酸。
实施例4
使用实施例2中描述的工序,制造乳液聚合物,所不同的是单体组合物含有重量比为2/62.1/27.9/5//3的IA/2-EHA/苯乙烯/AN//苯乙烯。
实施例5
使用实施例2中描述的工序,制造乳液聚合物,所不同的是单体组合物含有重量比为1/62.9/28.1/5/1//3的IA/2-EHA/苯乙烯/AN/AA//苯乙烯。
实施例6
使用含有重量比为38.6/3.6/1/0.5//56的苯乙烯/BA/丙烯酰胺/AA//BA的单体组合物,制造乳液聚合物。使用下述工序。将0.32phm(重量份,每100重量份配方内的自由基可聚合的单体)衣康酸引入到5升反应容器中。通过混合380g水,55.6g的Polystep TSP-16S(由Stepan供应的三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧化硫酸钠盐),20g的Abex JKB(由Rhodia供应的阴离子表面活性剂),11.4g氢氧化铵,772g苯乙烯,71.6g丙烯酸正丁酯(BA),38.5g的52%丙烯酰胺溶液和10g丙烯酸,制造单体预混物。通过在20g水中混合6.2g过硫酸钾,制造引发剂A。通过在160g水中溶解7.2g过硫酸铵,制造引发剂B。将700g水,6.4g衣康酸,13.3g的Abex JKB,和20g的Makon TSP-16(由Stepan供应的表面活性剂,被鉴定为三苯乙烯基苯酚乙氧化物)引入到反应容器中,并在氮气覆盖下加热至82℃。然后添加引发剂A到该反应容器中,接着20g水冲刷,接着按照比例引入单体预混物到反应容器中。保持反应温度在87℃下。在预混物按照比例配合之后30分钟时,在约4小时30分钟的时间段内,将引发剂B按照比例引入到反应容器中。在预混物按照比例配合之后45分钟处,将1120g丙烯酸正丁酯和80g水加入到该氧化物中。总的氧化物按照比例引入的时间为约4小时。在完成引发剂B的喂料之后,反应容器的温度维持在84℃下30分钟。然后冷却反应容器到57℃。将2g的BruggoliteFF-6在29g水中的溶液加入到该反应容器中。在约5分钟之后,将9.2g水,4.3g的70%氢过氧化叔丁基和0.4g的30%月桂基硫酸铵的混合物加入到该反应容器中。在30分钟之后,反复上述氧化还原添加。然后冷却反应容器到室温,并将容器内容物过滤通过100-微米布料。用氢氧化铵调节产物的pH至约8.5。作为防腐剂,添加8g的Acticide MV。
实施例7
使用含有重量比为38.6/3.6/1/0.5//56的苯乙烯/BA/丙烯酰胺/AA//BA的单体组合物,制造乳液聚合物。将0.32phm衣康酸引入到该反应容器中。使用与实施例6中描述的相同工序,制造聚合物,所不同的是在35分钟处进行BA的第二次添加。
实施例8
使用下述单体组合物,重量比为0.332/38.6/3.0/1.4/0.37//56的IA/苯乙烯/BA/丙烯酰胺/AA//BA,制造乳液聚合物。采用在单体预混物内,但不在反应容器内的0.332phm衣康酸,制造聚合物。

将根据实施例2-8和对比例C-1至C-10制备的聚合物各自共混到表1所示的涂料组合物内。针对每一聚合物,使用相同的浓度。

通过最初制备配料,制备每一种涂料组合物。通过添加水,KTPP和Kadox 915到混合容器中,并采用Cowles混合刀片,在低速下混合20分钟,制备配料。然后按照该顺序添加Optiflo H370 VF,Carbosperse K7600N,26%氨水,Triton CF10,Drewplus L475和Acticide MBS。然后添加Ti-Pure R-706,Huber 35,Duramite和Mica 3。在高速下混合容器内容物20分钟,提供6Hegman配料。然后添加2-巯基吡啶钠。
将来自每一实施例的乳液聚合物,水和Drewplus L475加入到配漆罐中,将配料泵送到配漆罐中。添加Optiflo H370 VF。采用浆式刀片,混合配漆罐的内容物20分钟。添加Drewplus L475,接着氨水。混合配漆罐内容物5-10分钟。然后将由所需的涂料组合物组成的配漆罐的内容物倾倒在漆罐内。
每一种涂料组合物具有下述性能:
测试涂料组合物的拉伸强度和伸长率。使用25mil的薄膜施涂器,将每一涂料组合物施涂到聚乙烯片材上。干燥该薄膜,并使用试验方法ASTM D 638-08,测试拉伸强度和伸长率。将干燥过的薄膜样品浸泡在去离子水中,测量吸水率。通过施加每一涂料到基底上,干燥该涂层,施加脏溶液到该涂层上,干燥该脏溶液,洗涤该涂层,并测定洗涤之后的反射率%,从而测试涂层的防集尘性。表2和3中示出了结果。表2和3中也示出了生产每一聚合物所使用的单体组合物。表2中所示的聚合物是非-分级聚合物。表3所示的聚合物是分级聚合物(staged polymers)。术语“非-分级聚合物”是指下述事实:在开始聚合之后单体组成没有发生变化。术语“分级聚合物”是指下述事实:在聚合过程中,单体组成经历了变化。

Claims (21)
1.一种涂料组合物,它包括:
水;
1.5-5wt.%锌的氧化物或氢氧化物;和
含下述的聚合物:(a)基于聚合物的重量,0.5-3wt.%由衣康酸衍生的重复单元;(b)基于聚合物的重量,0-2wt%由丙烯酸衍生的重复单元;(c)基于聚合物的重量,94.5-99.5wt%由一种或更多种非离子的单-烯属不饱和单体衍生的重复单元;(d)基于聚合物的重量,0-5wt%由一种或更多种多-烯属不饱和单体衍生的重复单元;和(e)基于聚合物的重量,0-2wt%由一种或更多种除了衣康酸和丙烯酸以外的阴离子单-烯属不饱和单体衍生的重复单元。
2.权利要求1的组合物,其中该氧化物或氢氧化物为粒状固体的形式。
3.权利要求2的组合物,其中该氧化物包括氧化锌。
4.权利要求2的组合物,其中聚合物的玻璃化转变温度范围为-40至0℃。
5.权利要求1的组合物,其中一种或更多种非离子的单-烯属不饱和单体包括一种或更多种丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、不饱和腈、苯乙烯类单体、乙烯基酯、乙烯基醚、烯烃、卤化单体、烯丙基单体、有机硅烷、或其中的两种或更多种的混合物。
6.权利要求1的组合物,其中一种或更多种多-烯属不饱和单体包括甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、二甲基丙烯酸1,4-丁二醇酯、二丙烯酸1,6-己二醇酯、或其中的两种或更多种的混合物。
7.权利要求1-6任一项的组合物,其中该聚合物衍生自衣康酸,苯乙烯、丙烯腈和丙烯酸2-乙基己酯。
8.权利要求1-6任何一项的组合物,其中该聚合物衍生自衣康酸、丙烯酸、苯乙烯、丙烯腈和丙烯酸2-乙基己酯。
9.权利要求1-6任何一项的组合物,其中该聚合物衍生自衣康酸、丙烯酰胺、苯乙烯和丙烯酸正丁酯。
10.权利要求1-6任何一项的组合物,其中该聚合物衍生自衣康酸、丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、苯乙烯和丙烯酸正丁酯。
11.权利要求1-6任一项的组合物,其中该聚合物是平均粒度范围为100-700nm的粒状物形式。
12.权利要求1-6任一项的组合物,其中该聚合物以范围为10-70wt%的浓度存在于涂料组合物内。
13.权利要求1-6任一项的组合物,其中施加涂料组合物到基底上并干燥或固化,所得涂层含有20-70wt%的聚合物。
14.权利要求1-6任一项的组合物,其中组合物进一步包括一种或更多种稳定剂、消泡剂、抗氧化剂、UV吸收剂、碳二亚胺、活化剂、固化剂、染料、颜料、中和剂、流变学改性剂、增塑剂、聚结剂、蜡、爽滑剂和脱模剂、抗微生物剂、表面活性剂、金属、凝结剂、盐、阻燃添加剂、分散剂、润湿剂、抗臭氧剂、光敏添加剂、流平剂、防腐剂、偶联剂、或其中的两种或更多种的混合物。
15.一种方法,包括施加权利要求1-6任一项的组合物到基底上。
16.权利要求15的方法,其中使用空气辅助的喷涂、无空气的喷涂、静电喷涂、刷涂、辊涂、抹涂、填缝枪或用泥铲涂,将涂料组合物施加到基底上。
17.权利要求15的方法,其中基底包括砖石、木材、混凝土、金属、玻璃、陶瓷、塑料、石膏、灰泥、屋顶基底、合成聚合物膜或发泡绝缘体。
18.权利要求15的方法,其中基底包括事先刷漆、打底、底涂、用过或风化了的基底。
19.权利要求15的方法,其中基底包括砖、混凝土、混凝土或砂浆和聚集体的共混物、石头、瓷砖和/或灰泥。
20.权利要求15的方法,其中基底包括普通砖、铺地砖、面砖、排水瓦、空心块、渣煤块、釉面砖、釉面瓦、赤土陶器、导管、屋顶瓦、陶瓷瓦、烟道衬里、砂浆、水泥、石膏、大理石、石灰石和/或热绝缘体。
21.权利要求15的方法,其中基底包括电绝缘体。
