Abstract
本发明涉及一种特殊介质上的激光成像方法,依次包括如下步骤:步骤1,向激光平板打印机内安装一只碳粉定影剂处理盒,在所述特殊介质的成像表面上用所述激光平板打印机全覆盖地打印出碳粉定影剂层;步骤2,更换所述碳粉定影剂处理盒为碳粉显影剂处理盒,用所述激光平板打印机在所述碳粉定影剂层上进行图像打印。具有能在玻璃、陶瓷、塑料及内衬板的服装等刚性特殊介质上成像牢固的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子照相成像方法,具体地说,涉及一种在特殊介质上的激光成像方法。
背景技术
激光打印机通常是指利用电子照相原理将碳粉打印在纸张这种介质上的设备,激光打印机的主要结构有机体内设置的介质传送系统,它使介质从纸盒被输送到成像区,成像区的关键部分是处理盒,处理盒是以相对激光打印机可拆卸的方式安装在激光打印机内的。以下仅对处理盒及与处理盒配合进行成像工作相关的部分加以说明。在介质传送系统中设置有转印辊、定影辊及压力辊。而处理盒在其盒体内形成有一个粉仓,粉仓储存有成像用的碳粉,盒体内还安装有显影辊、感光鼓等零部件,当感光鼓受激光打印机驱动转动时,在感光鼓周向表面形成的静电潜影区域将接受显影辊转送过来的碳粉,并在转印辊的作用下将由碳粉形成的图像转印在介质上,然后经过定影辊和压力辊的作用,使图像牢固地形成在介质上。
传统激光打印机的介质是纸张,它的介质传送系统是按纸张具有柔性的特点进行设计的,而近来产生了在玻璃、金属、陶瓷及塑料等具有刚性的特殊介质上进行打印图案、文字的需求,以及在服装上打印图像的需求,服装进行打印前得内衬一块刚性板,这使得激光平板打印机应运而生,公布号为CN102608888A的中国发明专利申请中公开的激光成像设备即包括了激光平板打印机,如其第一实施例,激光平板打印机没有对传统的处理盒进行改进,只是将介质传送系统针对刚性板状件的特点进行了改进,并且是采用先打印再转印的方式,但此方式比较麻烦,需要找热转印设备;如果直接打印,碳粉显影剂颗粒在正常的打印中是无法与介质的表面牢固结合的。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供在上述特殊介质上的激光成像方法
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的特殊介质上的激光成像方法,依次包括如下步骤:
步骤1,向激光平板打印机内安装一只碳粉定影剂处理盒,在特殊介质的成像表面上用激光平板打印机全覆盖地打印出碳粉定影剂层;
步骤2,更换碳粉定影剂处理盒为碳粉显影剂处理盒,用激光平板打印机在碳粉定影剂层上进行图像打印。
本发明提供的另一特殊介质上的激光成像方法依次包括如下步骤:
步骤1,向激光平板打印机内安装一只碳粉定影剂处理盒和一只碳粉显影剂处理盒,碳粉定影剂处理盒位于特殊介质的通道的上游,碳粉显影剂处理盒位于特殊介质的通道的下游;
步骤2,先在特殊介质的成像表面上由碳粉定影剂处理盒全覆盖地打印出碳粉定影剂层;
步骤3,而后在碳粉定影剂层上由碳粉显影剂处理盒进行图像打印。
由以上方案可见,由于本发明是先在特殊介质的成像表面全覆盖地打印出一个碳粉定影剂层,而碳粉定影剂颗粒在此过程中被加热加压软化并与材料表面发生反应,达到与介质表面牢固结合,同时,软化的碳粉颗粒释放出新的可与碳粉显影剂牢固结合的成分,给后续步骤的碳粉显影剂在碳粉定影剂层上的牢固结合创造了条件。

以下结合各实施例及其附图对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式
本发明依据不同结构的激光平板打印机可以有不同的实施方式。
第一实施例
本例采用内装一只处理盒的激光平板打印机进行成像。参见图1,为简单起见,图1仅示出了激光平板打印机与本发明密切相关的结构,处理盒1内装有碳粉定影剂15,碳粉定影剂15可以按不同的特殊介质的材料特性,选用玻璃化温度不同的树脂制作出来的碳粉定影剂,其中的调色剂可选用无色或适当颜色的。当在激光平板打印机的驱动下,感光鼓11、转印辊12、热压辊13、14按图1示方向转动时,特殊介质3可在介质通道内按图1示的方向,即从右侧向左侧行进。本例是在上述激光平板打印机中对特殊介质3进行成像的,具体方法是,首先把装有碳粉定影剂15的处理盒1装入激光平板打印机,本例的特殊介质3是服装,将该服装的待打印区域放在一块板的上面,服装的其他部分折叠到板的下部并固定,放入激光平板打印机的介质通道入口,对待打印区域进行全覆盖打印,即使得待打印区域整个覆盖上一层碳粉定影剂;然后,将装有碳粉定影剂15的处理盒1取下,安装另一只装有碳粉显影剂的处理盒装入激光平板打印机,进行图像打印,即可在碳粉定影剂层上形成所需要的图像。
第二实施例
本例采用的激光平板打印机如图2所示,与前例不同的是该激光平板打印机可以内置两只处理盒1、2,从特殊介质3的行进方向上看,装有碳粉定影剂15的处理盒1位于介质通道的上游,即图2的右侧,装有碳粉显影剂25的处理盒2位于介质通道的下游,即图2的左侧。激光平板打印机工作时,感光鼓11、21,转印辊12、22,热压辊13、14、23、24同步转动如图2示,特殊介质3则自右向左在介质通道内行进,先在特殊介质的成像表面上由碳粉定影剂处理盒全覆盖地打印出碳粉定影剂层,而后在碳粉定影剂层上由碳粉显影剂处理盒进行图像打印。
参见图3,采用本发明方法成像的特殊介质3成像后,在特殊介质3的成像表面31上依次有碳粉定影剂层32和图像层33。碳粉定影剂层32是形成在整个打印区域上的,而图像层33则是根据图像的具体形态分布在打印区域中的。
Claims (2)
1.特殊介质上的激光成像方法,依次包括如下步骤:
步骤1,向激光平板打印机内安装一只碳粉定影剂处理盒,在所述特殊介质的成像表面上用所述激光平板打印机全覆盖地打印出碳粉定影剂层;
步骤2,更换所述碳粉定影剂处理盒为碳粉显影剂处理盒,用所述激光平板打印机在所述碳粉定影剂层上进行图像打印。
2.特殊介质上的激光成像方法,依次包括如下步骤:
步骤1,向激光平板打印机内安装一只碳粉定影剂处理盒和一只碳粉显影剂处理盒,所述碳粉定影剂处理盒位于所述特殊介质的通道的上游,所述碳粉显影剂处理盒位于所述特殊介质的通道的下游;
步骤2,先在所述特殊介质的成像表面上由所述碳粉定影剂处理盒全覆盖地打印出碳粉定影剂层;
步骤3,而后在所述碳粉定影剂层上由所述碳粉显影剂处理盒进行图像打印。
