Abstract

本发明公开了一种罐盖，包括盖板和侧壁；盖板的内壁设有向下凸出延伸的支承部，支承部上沿水平方向设有圆形定位孔。本发明能够把奶粉勺固定在罐盖内壁上，避免其掉落至底罐中，有效防止勺柄污染底罐中的奶粉。

技术领域
    本发明属于硬包装技术领域，具体涉及一种罐盖。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的日益提高，奶粉罐等已经普遍性用到人们日常生活中。但是众所周知，人民用奶粉勺取完奶粉后，一般是将勺子放回奶粉罐中，其缺点是勺子柄部的脏污会污染奶粉；另外，当奶粉罐稍微晃动后，勺子的局部甚至整体会埋没于奶粉中，给再次使用勺子造成麻烦。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种能够把奶粉勺固定在罐盖内壁上，从而防止勺柄接触到奶粉的罐盖。
实现本发明的技术方案是：一种罐盖，包括盖板和侧壁；盖板的内壁设有向下凸出延伸的支承部，支承部上沿水平方向设有圆形定位孔。
上述方案中，支承部上设有承接凸台，承接凸台的顶端低于圆形定位孔的圆心。
上述方案中，圆形定位孔内周壁的形状是圆锥台形。
本发明中，盖板的内壁设有向下凸出延伸的支承部，支承部上沿水平方向设有圆形定位孔，使用时，可把外接奶粉勺的勺头底端插入圆形定位孔中，利用卡接或过盈配合方式把勺头固定在圆形定位孔中，从而把奶粉勺固定在罐盖内壁上，避免勺柄与罐体内的物料接触，从而保证卫生，避免污染。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白，以下结合附图及实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
（实施例1）
图1是本发明的一种立体结构示意图，显示了本发明的一种具体实施方式。
本实施例是一种罐盖，包括盖板31和侧壁32；盖板的内壁设有向下凸出延伸的支承部4，支承部上沿水平方向设有圆形定位孔41。支承部上设有承接凸台42，承接凸台的顶端低于圆形定位孔的圆心。
本实施例中，盖板的内壁设有向下凸出延伸的支承部4，支承部上沿水平方向设有圆形定位孔，使用时，可把外接奶粉勺的勺头底端插入圆形定位孔中，利用卡接或过盈配合方式把勺头固定在圆形定位孔中，从而把奶粉勺固定在罐盖内壁上，避免勺柄与罐体内的物料接触，从而保证卫生，避免污染。
（实施例2）
本实施例与实施例1基本相同，不同之处在于：圆形定位孔内周壁的形状是圆锥台形。本实施例在与勺头外周壁也是圆锥台形的奶粉勺配合使用时，可直接利用过盈配合方式把奶粉勺卡紧固定在圆形定位孔中。

图2至图3显示了上述实施例1的一种具体应用方式，其中图2是图1所示罐盖的一种应用示意图；图3是图2中奶粉勺的一种立体结构示意图。
本实施例是一种罐盖组件，见图2至图3所示，包括奶粉勺2和罐盖3；奶粉勺包括勺头21和勺柄22；罐盖包括盖板31和侧壁32；盖板的内壁设有向下凸出延伸的支承部4，支承部上沿水平方向设有圆形定位孔41；勺头底端插入该圆形定位孔中。
本实施例中，勺头外周壁上设有承接凸台挡台211和防脱齿212，防脱齿和承接凸台挡台之间形成一卡槽23，在外力作用下，勺头插入定位孔后把支承部卡接在该卡槽中。
支承部上设有位于勺柄下方的用于对勺柄进行承接凸台的承接凸台42，勺柄在重力作用下压接在承接凸台上。由于该承接凸台的存在，使得勺柄不会转动至伸入罐体中的位置。
本实施例通过改进罐盖和奶粉勺的结构形状，使得奶粉勺可将自身固定在罐盖内壁上，避免勺柄与罐体内的物料接触，从而保证卫生，避免污染；当需要使用奶粉勺时，把奶粉勺从定位孔中取下即可，较为方便快捷。
显然，本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例，而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说，在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而这些属于本发明的实质精神所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种罐盖组件，包括奶粉勺(2)和罐盖(3)，罐盖包括盖板(31)和侧壁(32)；其特征在于：盖板的内壁设有向下凸出延伸的板状的支承部(4)，支承部上沿水平方向设有圆形定位孔(41)；勺头外周壁上设有承接凸台挡台(211)和防脱齿(212)，防脱齿和承接凸台挡台之间形成一卡槽(23)，在外力作用下，勺头插入定位孔后把支承部卡接在该卡槽中。
