Abstract

技术领域
本发明的技术领域适用于物质的包装。
背景技术
现在有诸多用来存储和分配物质的包装袋。但是,大多数包装袋在分配物质之前需用双手撕开开口。使用前需撕开包装袋开口很不方便,尤其是在使用者只有一只手可供使用的情况下。用一只手挤压包装袋的话,包装袋内的物质会无法控制地喷涌而出。
比赛进行当中,对于要从包装喝取液体的运动员来说,要进行撕的动作很不方便。对于运动员来说,最好在不使包装袋的内容物无法控制地流出的情况下用一只手操作包装袋。
美国专利US 4,759,472A描述了一种具有易破裂密封件的容器,其用于在无需撕开的情况下分配饮料分配器中的浓缩饮料。但是,由于具有未密封的出口,从而使得出口在使用之前易被污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有简化的打开机构的装置,该打开机构使得用一只手即可打开该装置、而同时装置的内容物能被可控制地排出。
用于分配物质的装置包括具有壁的腔室,所述壁具有至少一个强密封件和至少一个弱密封件的组合,其中弱密封件跨接出口的壁。出口将物质引导至所述至少一个弱密封件。该出口由至少一个壁限定,该至少一个壁由从至少一个弱密封件向内延伸的至少一个强密封件形成。该出口的排出端具有最外侧的弱密封件,从而提供密封的出口以防出口的外部污染。当向腔室施加外压时,该装置分配物质。
当出口具有多个弱密封件时,这些弱密封件之间形成至少一个缓冲室。
当物质冲破最外侧的弱密封件而从该装置排出时,缓冲室提供了物质的受控的流动。内侧的弱密封件的强度大于外侧的弱密封件的强度。
所述至少一个弱密封件的强度可以随着弱密封件宽度的变化而变化。所述至少一个弱密封件防止物质从腔室排出。
具有多个锥形构型的壁的出口使得物质的推力能逐渐地被引向弱密封件。所述出口可具有锥筒形和/或圆筒形轮廓。
在该出口的一个优选实施例中,最外侧的弱密封件比相邻的内侧的弱密封件短。在该出口的另一实施例中,最外侧的弱密封件比相邻的内侧的密封件长。在该出口的又一实施例中,最外侧的弱密封件和相邻的内侧的密封件具有大致相等的长度。
具有至少一个弱密封件或多个弱密封件的出口可适用于枕袋式包装、条状包装、三边封袋(three-sided seal pouch)、四边封袋、夹边袋(side gusseted pouch)、中封袋、自立袋(例如Stabilo BagTM)、可重复密封的自立袋(例如:Doypack),其中所述多个弱密封件形成至少一个缓冲室。

具体实施方式
下面将参照附图描述本发明的优选实施例。以下每个优选实施例都描述了一个示例。
参照图1和图2,用于分配物质的装置(100)包括腔室(400),该腔室具有至少一个强密封件(102)和至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103)。该至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103)跨接出口(200)的壁,以将物质保持在腔室(400)内。最外侧的弱密封件(101a)可沿装置(100)的周边设置。沿装置(100)的周边设置最外侧的弱密封件(101a)能防止被存储的物质在密封时被外部污染物污染。另外,最外侧的弱密封件(101a)由于在出口(201)的排出端密封出口(200),从而能防止出口(200)的外部污染。这改善了卫生状况,尤其是在物质用于供动物消耗时。
沿装置(100)的周边设置的至少一个强密封件(102)有助于限定装置(100)的轮廓形状。当对腔室(400)施加外压时,该至少一个强密封件(102)防止腔室(400)内的物质从装置(100)随意地喷涌而出。出口(200)由至少一个壁(105)限定,该至少一个壁由从至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)向内延伸的至少一个强密封件(102)形成。该至少一个壁(105)将物质引向至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)。
当对腔室(400)施加外压时,腔室(400)内存储的物质最终向至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)施加推力,由此使得至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)破裂,从而将物质从腔室(400)排出。
参照图2,出口(200)可具有多个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a),该多个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)形成至少一个缓冲室(300)。当最内侧的弱密封件(103a)破裂时,该至少一个缓冲室(300)抑制所容纳物质的初始的突然排出,由此在物质冲破最外侧的弱密封件(101a)而从装置(100)排出时,提供所容纳物质的受控的流动。
为更进一步提供物质的受控排出,内侧的弱密封件(103)的强度大于相邻的外侧的弱密封件(101)的强度。所述至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)的强度设置成使得,其中下一个外侧的弱密封件(101)的强度比相邻的内侧的弱密封件(103)的强度小。因此,在这些弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)中,最内侧的弱密封件(103a)的强度最大,最外侧的弱密封件(101a)的强度最小。所述至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)的强度可随着该至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)的宽度的变化而变化。在存储中时,所述至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)防止了物质在不使用时从腔室(400)排出。所述至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)的密封力为0.6至3.0牛顿。
任何密封方法都可用来形成装置(100)的强密封件和弱密封件,例如,可采用超声波和/或热密封形成装置(100)的密封件。
图3和图4描绘了装置(100)的一个优选实施例,其中出口(200)的至少一个壁(105)具有锥形的构型。出口(200)的锥形壁(105)使物质的推力在排出时能被逐渐地引向所述至少一个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)。
在一个优选实施例中,出口(200)在壁(105)之间可具有范围在4mm至13mm的排出口宽度和范围在30°至105°的孔径角(aperture angle)。当排出期间物质填充出口时,出口(200)可具有锥筒形和/或圆筒形轮廓。
在装置(100)的多个实施例中,出口(200)的最外侧的弱密封件(101a)的相对长度可相对于相邻的弱密封件(101,103,103a)的长度而变化。一种构型中,最外侧的弱密封件(101a)的长度可以比相邻的弱密封件(101,103,103a)的长度短。
另一构型中,最外侧的弱密封件(101a)的长度可以比相邻的弱密封件(101,103,103a)的长度长。在又一构型中,最外侧的弱密封件(101a)的长度可以与最内侧的弱密封件(101,103,103a)的长度基本相等。
用于生产容器的材料优选是柔性的。柔性材料使得腔室(400)能发生任意的膨胀和压缩。装置(100)的形状并不限于附图所示的形状。出口(200)和弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)可适用于任何类型的柔性包装,例如,枕袋式包装、条状包装、三边封袋、四边封袋、夹边袋、中封袋、自立袋(例如Stabilo BagTM)、可重复密封的自立袋(例如Doypack),但不限于所述应用。
装置(100)内的物质可为液体、凝胶状物、粉末、颗粒,但不限于这些示例。
由于可在细节方面对本发明作出多种变型、修改和改变,因此,上述说明书所描述的或者在附图中所示的全部内容应理解为示例性的而非限制性的。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于分配物质的装置(100),包括具有腔室壁的腔室(400),所述腔室壁具有至少一个强密封件(102)和至少三个弱密封件(101a,101,103)的组合,其特征在于,所述至少三个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)跨接出口(200)的壁(105);
所述出口(200)将所述物质引导至所述至少三个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a);
所述出口(200)由至少一个壁(105)限定,该至少一个壁由从所述至少三个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)向内延伸的所述至少一个强密封件(102)形成;
在所述出口(200)的排出端具有最外侧的弱密封件(101a);
当对所述腔室(400)施加外压时,所述装置(100)分配所述物质;
所述最外侧的弱密封件(101a)提供了密封的出口,以防止所述出口(200)的外部污染;
所述至少三个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)的密封力为0.6至3.0牛顿;和
所述至少三个弱密封件形成至少两个缓冲室(300),内侧的弱密封件(103,103a)的强度大于外侧的弱密封件(101,101a)的强度,其中,所述出口(200)具有4mm至13mm的排出口宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置(100),其中,在所述物质冲破所述最外侧的弱密封件(101a)而从所述装置(100)排出时,所述缓冲室(300)提供了所述物质的受控的流动。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(100),其中,所述至少三个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)的强度可随着所述弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)的宽度的变化而变化。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(100),其中,所述至少三个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)防止所述物质从所述腔室(400)排出。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(100),其中,所述出口(200)具有多个锥形构型的壁(105)。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(100),其中,所述出口(200)具有锥筒形轮廓、圆筒形轮廓或其组合。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(100),其中,所述出口(200)具有范围在30°至105°的孔径角。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(100),其中,所述最外侧的弱密封件(101a)比相邻的内侧的弱密封件(103,103a)短。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(100),其中,所述最外侧的弱密封件(101a)比相邻的内侧的弱密封件(103,103a)长。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(100),其中,所述最外侧的弱密封件(101a)与相邻的内侧的弱密封件(103,103a)的长度基本相等。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(100),其中,具有至少三个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)的所述出口(200)可适用于枕袋式包装、条状包装、三边封袋、四边封袋、夹边袋、中封袋和自立袋。
12.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置(100),其中,具有至少三个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)的所述出口(200)可适用于枕袋式包装、条状包装、三边封袋、四边封袋、夹边袋、中封袋和自立袋,其中所述至少三个弱密封件(101a,101,103,103a)形成至少一个缓冲室(300)。
