1)一种选自如下的杀真菌化合物IA:萎锈灵(carboxin)、吗菌灵(dodemorph)、螺茂胺(spiroxamin)、氨氟乐灵(procymidon)、valifenalat、硫、2-(4-氯苯基)-N-[4-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)异唑-5-基]-2-丙-2-炔氧基乙酰胺、2-{1-[2-(5-甲基-3-三氟甲基吡唑-1-基)乙酰基]哌啶-4-基}-噻唑-4-甲酸甲基-(1,2,3,4-四氢萘-1-基)酰胺、甲基代森锌(propineb)、福美锌(ziram)、对甲抑菌灵(tolylfluanid)、5-氯-1-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-2-甲基-1H-苯并咪唑、2-{1-[2-(5-甲基-3-三氟甲基吡唑-1-基)乙酰基]哌啶-4-基}-噻唑-4-甲酸甲基-(R)-1,2,3,4-四氢萘-1-基酰胺、麦锈灵(benodanil)、五氯酚(pentachlorphenol)、四氯苯酞(phthalid)和胍;或
2)一种选自枯草芽孢杆菌液化淀粉变种(Bacillus subtilis var.amyloliquefaciens)FZB24、脱乙酰壳多糖、寡雄腐霉(Pythiumoligandrum)DV74和虎杖(Reynoutria sachlinensis)的生物化合物IB;以及

此外,本发明涉及一种防治植物病原性有害真菌的方法,该方法包括使植物病原性有害真菌、其栖息地、繁殖地、其场所或者要保护以防真菌侵袭的植物、土壤或植物繁殖材料与有效量的如上所定义的混合物接触。
额外地,本发明还包括一种保护植物繁殖材料以防植物病原性有害真菌的方法,该方法包括使植物繁殖材料与本发明混合物以杀真菌有效量接触。

化合物IA和II及其杀真菌作用和它们的生产方法通常是已知的。例如,市售化合物尤其可以在The Pesticide Manual,第14版,British CropProtection Council(2006)中找到。
5-氯-1-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-2-甲基-1H-苯并咪唑及其杀真菌作用公开于WO2000029404中。2-(4-氯苯基)-N-[4-(3,4-二甲氧基苯基)异唑-5-基]-2-丙-2-炔氧基乙酰胺及其杀真菌作用由WO2004083193已知。2-{1-[2-(5-甲基-3-三氟甲基吡唑-1-基)乙酰基]哌啶-4-基}-噻唑-4-甲酸甲基-(1,2,3,4-四氢萘-1-基)酰胺和2-{1-[2-(5-甲基-3-三氟甲基吡唑-1-基)乙酰基]哌啶-4-基}-噻唑-4-甲酸甲基-(R)-1,2,3,4-四氢萘-1-基酰胺及其杀真菌作用公开于WO07/14290和WO08/13622中。
化合物IB可市购,枯草芽孢杆菌液化淀粉变种(Bacillus subtilis var.amyloliquefaciens)FZB24例如为(Novozyme Biologicals,Inc.,USA),脱乙酰壳多糖例如作为ARMOUR-ZEN(BotriZen Ltd.,NewZealand)市购,寡雄腐霉(Pythium oligandrum)DV74例如(Remeslo SSRO,Biopreparaty,Chez Republic)市购且虎杖(Reynoutria sachlinensis)例如作为Produkt(MarroneBioInnovations,USA)市购。
在真菌防治领域出现的一个典型问题在于需要降低活性成分的剂量率以降低或避免不利的环境或毒理效果,同时仍允许有效的真菌防治。
就本发明而言,术语植物病原性有害真菌在下文缩写为“有害真菌”。
遇到的另一问题是需要具有对宽范围的有害真菌有效的可用真菌防治剂。
仍然需要结合了击倒活性和长期防治,即快速作用与长效作用的真菌防治剂。
与杀真菌剂的使用相关的另一困难是重复和单独施用单独杀真菌化合物在许多情况下导致已经对所述活性化合物产生天然或适应的耐受性的有害真菌的快速选择。因此,需要有助于防止或克服耐受性的真菌防治剂。
本发明所面临的另一问题是需要改善植物的组合物,一种通常且在下文称为“植物健康”的方法。
术语植物健康包括与真菌防治无关的各种植物改善。例如,可以提到的有利性能是改善的作物特性,包括出苗、作物产量、蛋白质含量、油含量、淀粉含量、更发育的根系(改善的根生长)、改善的应力耐受性(例如对于干旱、热、盐、UV、水、寒冷)、降低的乙烯(降低的产生和/或接收的抑制)、分蘖增加、植物高度增加、更大的叶片、更少的死基叶、更强的分蘖、更绿的叶色、色素含量、光合活性、需要更少的供给(如肥料或水)、需要更少的种子、更多产的分蘖、更早的开花、早期谷粒成熟度、更少的植物节(倒伏)、增加的嫩枝生长、提高的植物活力、增加的植物群丛以及早期和更好的萌发;或本领域熟练技术人员熟知的任何其他优点。
因此,本发明的目的是提供解决了降低剂量率和/或提高活性谱和/或将击倒活性与长期防治相结合和/或耐受性管理和/或促进植物健康的问题的杀真菌混合物。
我们发现该目的部分或完全由包含开头所定义的活性化合物的复合混合物实现。
尤其发现开头所定义的混合物与单独的化合物可能达到的防治率相比对真菌显示出显著提高的作用和/或当施用于植物、植物部分、植物繁殖材料(优选种子)或其生长场所时适合改善植物健康。
已经发现本发明混合物的作用远超该混合物中存在的活性化合物单独的杀真菌和/或植物健康改善作用。
此外,我们发现同时,即联合或分开施用化合物I和化合物II或依次施用化合物I和化合物II与单独化合物可能达到的防治率相比允许对真菌的防治提高(协同增效杀真菌混合物)。
此外,我们发现同时,即联合或分开施用化合物I和化合物II或依次施用化合物I和化合物II与单独化合物可能达到的植物健康效果相比提供增强的植物健康效果(其中协同增效现象为植物健康协同增效现象的协同增效混合物)。
本发明混合物以协同增效有效量,例如以化合物I与组分II的重量比为500:1-1:500,优选100:1-1:100,更优选50:1-1:50,甚至更优选20:1-1:20,特别优选10:1-1:10,尤其是5:1-1:5包含活性物质。

可以加入杀菌剂来保存和稳定该配制剂。合适杀菌剂的实例是基于双氯酚(dichlorophene)和苄醇半缩甲醛的那些(ICI的或Thor Chemie的RS和Rohm&Haas的MK),以及异噻唑啉酮衍生物如烷基异噻唑啉酮类和苯并异噻唑啉酮类(Thor Chemie的MBS)。

颗粒如涂覆颗粒、浸渍颗粒和均质颗粒可以通过将活性物质与固体载体粘附而制备。固体载体的实例为矿土如硅胶、硅酸盐、滑石、高岭土、活性粘土(attaclay)、石灰石、石灰、白垩、红玄武土、黄土、粘土、白云石、硅藻土、硫酸钙、硫酸镁、氧化镁;磨碎的合成材料;肥料如硫酸铵、磷酸铵、硝酸铵、脲;以及植物来源的产品如谷粉、树皮粉、木粉和坚果壳粉,纤维素粉和其他固体载体。
配制剂类型的实例为悬浮液(SC,OD,FS)、可乳化浓缩物(EC)、乳液(EW,EO,ES)、糊、锭剂、可湿性粉末或粉剂(WP,SP,SS,WS,DP,DS)或可以为水溶性或可湿性的颗粒(GR,FG,GG,MG),以及用于处理植物繁殖材料如种子的凝胶配制剂(GF),本文在下面进一步详细例举:
1.用水稀释的组合物类型
i)水溶性浓缩物(SL,LS)
将10重量份本发明混合物的化合物溶于90重量份水或水溶性溶剂中。作为替换,加入润湿剂或其他助剂。活性物质在用水稀释时溶解。以此方式得到活性物质含量为10重量%的配制剂。
ii)分散性浓缩物(DC)
将20重量份本发明混合物的化合物溶于70重量份环己酮中并加入10重量份分散剂如聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。用水稀释得到分散体。活性物质含量为20重量%。
iii)可乳化浓缩物(EC)
将15重量份本发明混合物的化合物溶于75重量份二甲苯中并加入十二烷基苯磺酸钙和蓖麻油乙氧基化物(在每种情况下5重量份)。用水稀释得到乳液。该组合物的活性物质含量为15重量%。
iv)乳液(EW,EO,ES)
将25重量份本发明混合物的化合物溶于35重量份二甲苯中并加入十二烷基苯磺酸钙和蓖麻油乙氧基化物(在每种情况下5重量份)。借助乳化机(Ultraturrax)将该混合物引入30重量份水中并制成均相乳液。用水稀释得到乳液。该组合物的活性物质含量为25重量%。
v)悬浮液(SC,OD,FS)
在搅拌的球磨机中将20重量份本发明混合物的化合物粉碎并加入10重量份分散剂和润湿剂以及70重量份水或有机溶剂,得到细碎活性物质悬浮液。用水稀释得到稳定的活性物质悬浮液。该组合物的活性物质含量为20重量%。
vi)水分散性颗粒和水溶性颗粒(WG,SG)
将50重量份本发明混合物的化合物细碎研磨并加入50重量份分散剂和润湿剂,借助工业装置(例如挤出机、喷雾塔、流化床)将其制成水分散性或水溶性颗粒。用水稀释得到稳定的活性物质分散体或溶液。该组合物的活性物质含量为50重量%。
vii)水分散性粉末和水溶性粉末(WP,SP,SS,WS)

viii)凝胶(GF)
在搅拌球磨机中将20重量份本发明混合物的化合物在加入10重量份分散剂、1重量份胶凝剂润湿剂和70重量份水或有机溶剂下研磨而得到活性物质的精细悬浮液。用水稀释得到活性物质的稳定悬浮液,由此得到具有20%(重量)活性物质的组合物。
2.不经稀释施用的组合物类型
ix)可撒粉粉末(DP,DS)
将5重量份本发明混合物的化合物细碎研磨并与95重量份细碎高岭土充分混合。这得到活性物质含量为5重量%的可撒粉组合物。
x)颗粒(GR,FG,GG,MG)
将0.5重量份本发明混合物的化合物细碎研磨并结合99.5重量份载体。常见方法是挤出、喷雾干燥或流化床方法。这得到活性物质含量为0.5重量%的不经稀释施用的颗粒。
xi)ULV溶液(UL)
将10重量份本发明混合物的化合物溶于90重量份有机溶剂如二甲苯中。这得到活性物质含量为10重量%的不经稀释施用的组合物。
农业化学配制剂通常包含0.01-95重量%,优选0.1-90重量%,最优选0.5-90重量%的活性物质。本发明混合物的化合物以90-100%,优选95-100%的纯度(根据NMR光谱)使用。
本发明混合物的化合物可以直接或以其组合物形式(例如以可直接喷雾溶液、粉末、悬浮液、分散体、乳液、油分散体、糊、可撒粉产品、撒播用材料或颗粒形式)通过喷雾、雾化、撒粉、撒播、刷涂、浸渍或浇灌来使用。施用形式完全取决于意欲的目的;意欲在每种情况下确保本发明混合物中存在的化合物的最佳可能分布。
含水施用形式可通过加入水由乳液浓缩物、糊或可湿性粉末(可喷雾粉末、油分散体)制备。为制备乳液、糊或油分散体,可借助润湿剂、增粘剂、分散剂或乳化剂将该物质直接或溶于油或溶剂中后在水中均化。或者,可以制备由活性物质、润湿剂、增粘剂、分散剂或乳化剂以及合适的话溶剂或油构成的浓缩物且该类浓缩物适于用水稀释。
即用制剂中的活性物质浓度可以在较宽范围内变化。它们通常为0.0001-10重量%,优选0.001-1重量%的本发明混合物的化合物。
本发明混合物的化合物也可成功用于超低容量法(ULV),其中可以施用包含超过95重量%活性物质的组合物,或甚至施用不含添加剂的活性物质。
各种类型的油、润湿剂、辅助剂、除草剂、杀真菌剂、其它杀虫剂或杀菌剂都可加入活性化合物中,合适的话直到紧临使用前才加入(桶混合)。这些试剂可以与本发明混合物的化合物以1:100-100:1,优选1:10-10:1的重量比混合。
本发明的组合物还可以含有肥料如硝酸铵、脲、钾碱和过磷酸钙,植物毒素以及植物生长调节剂和安全剂。这些可以与上述组合物依次或结合使用,合适的话也仅在紧临使用前加入(桶混物)。例如可以在用肥料处理之前或之后用本发明组合物喷雾植物。
如上所定义的混合物中所含化合物可以同时,即联合或分开施用,或依次施用,其中选择各次施用之间的时间间隔以确保首先施用的活性物质在施用其他活性物质时仍以足够量存在于作用位置。施用顺序通常对本发明的实施并不重要。
根据本发明,化合物I和化合物II应理解为表示在作用位置(即要防治的有害真菌或其栖息地如侵染的植物,植物繁殖材料,尤其是种子,表面,材料或土壤以及要保护以防真菌侵袭的植物,植物繁殖材料,尤其是种子,土壤,表面,材料或空间)以有效量至少同时存在化合物I和化合物II。
这可以通过以同时,即联合(例如作为桶混物)或分开,或依次施用化合物I和化合物II而实现,其中选择各次施用之间的时间间隔以确保首先施用的活性物质在施用其他活性物质时仍以足够量存在于作用位置。施用的顺序对本发明的实施并不重要。
在本发明混合物中,化合物的重量比通常取决于本发明混合物的化合物性能。
本发明混合物的化合物可以单独使用或者已经部分或完全相互混合来制备本发明组合物。还可以将它们作为结合组合物如多组分成套包装来包装和进一步使用。
在本发明的一个实施方案中,成套包装可以包括一种或多种(包括所有)可以用于制备本发明农业化学组合物的组分。例如,成套包装可以包括化合物I和化合物II和/或助剂组分和/或其他农药化合物(例如杀虫剂或除草剂)和/或生长调节剂组分。一种或多种组分可能已经组合在一起或预配制。在其中两种以上组分提供在成套包装中的那些实施方案中,各组分可能已经组合在一起并直接包装在单独容器如罐、瓶、桶、袋、囊或箱中。在其他实施方案中,成套包装的两种或更多种组分可以分开包装,即不预配制。成套包装可以直接包括一个或多个分开的容器如罐、瓶、桶、袋、囊或箱,其中各容器包含农业化学组合物的单独组分。在两种形式中,成套包装的一种组分可以与其他组分分开或一起或者作为本发明结合组合物的一种组分用于制备本发明组合物。
用户通常将本发明组合物用于前剂量装置、小背包喷雾器、喷雾罐或喷雾飞机。这里将该农业化学组合物用水和/或缓冲剂配制至所需施用浓度,其中合适的话可以加入其他助剂,从而得到即用喷雾液或本发明农业化学组合物。每公顷农业利用区通常施用50-500升,优选100-400升即用喷雾液。
根据一个实施方案,用户可以自己在喷雾罐中混合配制成组合物(或配制剂)的本发明混合物的各化合物,例如成套包装的各部分或本发明混合物的各部分并且合适的话可以加入其他助剂(桶混合)。
在另一实施方案中,用户可以在喷雾罐中混合配制成组合物的本发明混合物的各化合物或部分预混的组分,例如包含化合物I和化合物II的组分,并且合适的话可以加入其他助剂和添加剂(桶混合)。
在另一实施方案中,可以联合(例如在桶混合后)或依次施用本发明组合物的各组分或部分预混的组分,例如包含化合物I和化合物II的组分。
如上所述,本发明包括一种用于有害真菌的方法,其中用杀真菌有效量的混合物处理真菌、其栖息地、繁殖地、其场所或要保护以防真菌侵袭的植物、土壤或植物繁殖材料(优选种子)。

“杀真菌有效量”通常是指对生长获得可观察到的效果所需的本发明混合物或包含该混合物的组合物的量,所述效果包括坏死、死亡、阻滞、预防和去除效果,破坏效果或减少目标生物体的出现和活动的效果。对于在本发明中使用的各种混合物/组合物,杀真菌有效量可以变化。混合物/组合物的杀真菌有效量也会根据主要条件如所需杀真菌效果及持续时间、天气、目标物种、场所、施用模式等而变化。
本发明混合物对于在各种栽培植物如禾谷类,例如小麦、黑麦、大麦、小黑麦、燕麦或稻;甜菜,例如糖用甜菜或饲料甜菜;果实如仁果、核果或浆果,例如苹果、梨、李、桃、杏仁、樱桃、草莓、悬钩子、黑莓或鹅莓;豆科植物,例如扁豆、豌豆、苜蓿或大豆;油料植物,例如油菜、芥菜、橄榄、向日葵、椰子、可可豆、蓖麻油植物、油棕、花生或大豆;葫芦科植物,例如南瓜、黄瓜或甜瓜;纤维植物,例如棉花、亚麻、大麻或黄麻;柑桔类水果,例如橙子、柠檬、葡萄柚或橘;蔬菜,例如菠菜、莴苣、芦笋、卷心菜、胡萝卜、洋葱、西红柿、土豆、葫芦或柿子椒;月桂类植物,例如鳄梨、肉桂或樟脑;能量和原料植物,例如玉米、大豆、油菜、甘蔗或油棕;玉米;烟草;坚果;咖啡;茶;香蕉;葡萄藤(食用葡萄和酿酒用葡萄);啤酒花;草坪;甜叶菊(也称甜菊(Stevia));天然橡胶植物或观赏和森林植物,例如花卉、灌木、阔叶树或常绿树,例如针叶树;以及植物繁殖材料如种子和这些植物的作物材料中防治大量有害真菌或昆虫特别重要。
优选将本发明混合物用于防治在大田作物,例如土豆、糖用甜菜、烟草、小麦、黑麦、大麦、燕麦、稻、玉米、棉花、大豆、油菜、豆科植物、向日葵、咖啡或甘蔗;水果;葡萄藤;观赏植物或蔬菜如黄瓜、西红柿、菜豆或南瓜上大量真菌。更优选将本发明混合物用于防治在水果和蔬菜,如黄瓜、西红柿、菜豆或南瓜上大量真菌。
优选将本发明混合物对植物繁殖材料的处理用于在禾谷类,如小麦、黑麦、大麦和燕麦,稻、玉米、棉花和大豆上防治大量真菌。
如上所述,本发明包括一种改善植物健康的方法,其中用植物健康有效量的本发明混合物处理植物、其中植物生长或预期生长的场所或由其生长出植物的植物繁殖材料。
术语“植物健康有效量”表示足以实现下文所定义的植物健康效果的本发明混合物量。下面给出了有关要使用的量、施用方式和合适比例的更多示例性信息。然而,熟练技术人员充分知晓该量可能在宽范围内变化且取决于各种因素,如被处理的栽培植物或材料和气候条件这一事实。
术语“有效量”随情况而定包括术语“植物健康有效量”和/或“杀真菌有效量”。
“场所”是指真菌生长或可能生长的植物、植物繁殖材料(优选种子)、土壤、区域、材料或环境。
当制备混合物时,优选使用纯活性化合物,可以根据需要向其中加入对抗害虫的其他活性化合物,如杀虫剂、除草剂、杀真菌剂或除草或生长调节活性化合物或肥料作为其他活性组分。
本发明混合物通过用杀真菌有效量的活性化合物处理真菌或要保护以防真菌侵袭的植物、植物繁殖材料(优选种子)、材料或土壤而使用。施用可以在材料、植物或植物繁殖材料(优选种子)被真菌侵染之前和之后进行。
本发明混合物优选通过用杀真菌有效量的活性化合物经由叶面施用处理真菌或要保护以防真菌侵袭的植物或土壤而使用。此时施用也可以在植物被真菌侵染之前和之后进行。
在防治有害真菌的方法中,取决于化合物类型和所需效果,本发明混合物的施用率为0.1-10000g/ha,优选2-2500g/ha,更优选5-1000g/ha,最优选10-750g/ha,尤其是20-500g/ha。
就本发明而言,术语植物是指整个植物、植物部分或植物的繁殖材料。
可以用本发明混合物处理的植物以及所述植物的繁殖材料包括所有基因修饰植物或转基因植物,例如由于育种(包括基因工程方法)而耐受除草剂或杀真菌剂或杀虫剂的作用的作物,或与现有植物相比具有修饰过的特性的植物,它们例如可以通过传统育种方法和/或产生突变体或通过重组程序产生。
例如,本发明混合物也可以(作为种子处理、喷雾处理、犁沟内或通过任何其他措施)施用于已经通过育种、诱变或基因工程修饰的植物,包括但不限于上市销售或开发的农业生物技术产品(参见http://www.bio.org/speeches/pubs/er/agri_products.asp)。基因修饰植物是其基因材料通过使用在自然条件下不易通过杂交、突变或自然重组得到的重组DNA技术修饰的植物。通常将一个或多个基因整合到基因修饰植物的基因材料中以改善植物的某些性能。这类基因修饰还包括但不限于蛋白质、寡肽或多肽的靶向翻译后修饰,例如通过糖基化或聚合物加成如异戊二烯化、乙酰化或法呢基化结构部分或PEG结构部分。
已经通过育种、突变或基因工程修饰的植物例如已经因常规育种或基因工程方法而耐受特殊类别的除草剂施用,这些除草剂如植物生长素除草剂如麦草畏(dicamba)或2,4-D;漂白剂除草剂如羟基苯基丙酮酸二加氧酶(HPPD)抑制剂或八氢番茄红素去饱和酶(PDS)抑制剂;乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)抑制剂,例如磺酰脲类或咪唑啉酮类;烯醇丙酮酰莽草酸3-磷酸合成酶(EPSPS)抑制剂,例如草甘膦(glyphosate);谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)抑制剂,例如草铵膦(glufosinate);原卟啉原-IX氧化酶抑制剂;类脂生物合成抑制剂如乙酰基CoA羧化酶(ACCase)抑制剂;或oxynil(即溴苯腈(bromoxynil)或碘苯腈(ioxynil))除草剂。此外,已经通过多次基因修饰而使植物耐受多种类别除草剂,如耐受草甘膦和草铵膦二者或耐受草甘膦和选自另一类别如ALS抑制剂、HPPD抑制剂、植物生长素除草剂或ACCase抑制剂的除草剂二者。这些除草剂耐受性技术例如描述于Pest Managem.Sci.61,2005,246;61,2005,258;61,2005,277;61,2005,269;61,2005,286;64,2008,326;64,2008,332;Weed Sci.57,2009,108;Austral.J.Agricult.Res.58,2007,708;Science316,2007,1185;以及其中引用的文献中。几种栽培植物已经通过常规育种(诱变)方法耐受除草剂,例如耐受咪唑啉酮类如咪草啶酸(imazamox)的夏播油菜(Canola,德国BASF SE)或耐受磺酰脲类,例如苯黄隆(tribenuron)的向日葵(DuPont,USA)。已经使用基因工程方法来赋予栽培植物如大豆、棉花、玉米、甜菜和油菜对除草剂如草甘膦和草铵膦的耐受性,它们中的一些可以以商品名(耐受草甘膦,Monsanto,U.S.A.)、(耐受咪唑啉酮,德国BASF SE)和(耐受草铵膦,德国Bayer CropScience)得到。
此外,还包括通过使用重组DNA技术而能够合成一种或多种杀虫蛋白,尤其是由芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)细菌菌株,特别是苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)已知的那些的植物,所述杀虫蛋白如δ-内毒素,例如CryIA(b),CryIA(c),CryIF,CryIF(a2),CryIIA(b),CryIIIA,CryIIIB(b1)或Cry9c;无性杀虫蛋白(VIP),例如VIP1、VIP2、VIP3或VIP3A;线虫定居细菌的杀虫蛋白,例如发光杆菌属(Photorhabdus)或致病杆菌属(Xenorhabdus);动物产生的毒素如蝎子毒素、蜘蛛毒素、黄蜂毒素或其他昆虫特异性神经毒素;真菌产生的毒素,例如链霉菌属(Streptomycetes)毒素;植物凝集素,例如豌豆或大麦凝集素;凝集素;蛋白酶抑制剂,例如胰蛋白酶抑制剂,丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂,patatin,半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂或木瓜蛋白酶抑制剂;核糖体失活蛋白(RIP),例如蓖麻蛋白、玉米-RIP、相思豆毒蛋白、丝瓜籽蛋白、皂草素或异株腹泻毒蛋白(bryodin);类固醇代谢酶,例如3-羟基类固醇氧化酶、蜕皮甾类-IDP糖基转移酶、胆固醇氧化酶、蜕皮激素抑制剂或HMG-CoA还原酶;离子通道阻断剂,例如钠通道或钙通道阻断剂;保幼激素酯酶;利尿激素受体(helicokinin受体);合成酶,联苄合成酶,壳多糖酶或葡聚糖酶。就本发明而言,这些杀虫蛋白或毒素还应具体理解为前毒素、杂合蛋白、截短的或其他方面改性的蛋白。杂合蛋白的特征在于蛋白域的新型组合(例如参见WO02/015701)。该类毒素或能够合成这些毒素的基因修饰植物的其他实例例如公开于EP-A374753、WO93/007278、WO95/34656、EP-A427529、EP-A451878、WO03/18810和WO03/52073中。生产这些基因修饰植物的方法对本领域熟练技术人员通常是已知的且例如描述于上述出版物中。这些含于基因修饰植物中的杀虫蛋白赋予产生这些蛋白的植物以对所有分类学上为节肢动物的害虫,尤其是甲虫(鞘翅目(Coleoptera))、双翅昆虫(双翅目(Diptera))和蛾(鳞翅目(Lepidoptera))以及线虫(线虫纲(Nematoda))的耐受性。能够合成一种或多种杀虫蛋白的基因修饰植物例如描述于上述出版物中,它们中的一些可市购,例如(产生毒素Cry1Ab的玉米品种),Plus(产生毒素Cry1Ab和Cry3Bb1的玉米品种),(产生毒素Cry9c的玉米品种),RW(产生毒素Cry34Ab1、Cry35Ab1和酶膦丝菌素-N-乙酰转移酶[PAT]的玉米品种);33B(产生毒素Cry1Ac的棉花品种),I(产生毒素Cry1Ac的棉花品种),II(产生毒素Cry1Ac和Cry2Ab2的棉花品种);(产生VIP毒素的棉花品种);(产生毒素Cry3A的土豆品种); Bt11(例如CB)和法国Syngenta Seeds SAS的Bt176(产生毒素Cry1Ab和PAT酶的玉米品种),法国Syngenta Seeds SAS的MIR604(产生毒素Cry3A的修饰译本的玉米品种,参见WO03/018810),比利时Monsanto Europe S.A.的MON863(产生毒素Cry3Bb1的玉米品种),比利时Monsanto Europe S.A.的IPC531(产生毒素Cry1Ac的修饰译本的棉花品种)和比利时Pioneer Overseas Corporation的1507(产生毒素Cry1F和PAT酶的玉米品种)。
此外,还包括通过使用重组DNA技术而能够合成一种或多种蛋白以增加其对细菌、病毒或真菌病原体的抗性或耐受性的植物。这类蛋白的实例是所谓的“与发病机理相关的蛋白”(PR蛋白,例如见EP-A392225),植物病害抗性基因(例如表达针对来自野生墨西哥土豆Solanumbulbocastanum的致病疫霉(Phytophthora infestans)的抗性基因的土豆栽培品种)或T4溶菌酶(例如能够合成对细菌如Erwinia amylvora具有增强抗性的这些蛋白的土豆栽培品种)。生产这类基因修饰植物的方法通常为本领域熟练技术人员所已知且例如描述于上述出版物中。
此外,还包括通过使用重组DNA技术能够合成一种或多种蛋白质以提高这些植物的产量(例如生物质产量、谷粒产量、淀粉含量、油含量或蛋白质含量),对干旱、盐或其他生长限制环境因素的耐受性或对害虫以及真菌、细菌或其病毒病原体的耐受性的植物。
此外,还包括尤其为了改善人类或动物营养而通过使用重组DNA技术含有改变量的物质含量或新物质含量的植物,例如产生促进健康的长链ω-3脂肪酸或不饱和ω-9脂肪酸的油料作物(例如油菜,加拿大DOW Agro Sciences)。
在本发明的其他实施方案中,将本发明混合物用于保护种子以及秧苗的根和嫩枝,优选种子。
种子处理可以在种植于大田中之前在种子箱中进行。
为了处理种子,本发明混合物中的重量比通常取决于本发明混合物的化合物性能。

这些组合物可以经稀释或不经稀释而施用于植物繁殖材料,特别是种子上。这些组合物可以经稀释或不经稀释而施用于植物繁殖材料,特别是种子上。所述组合物在稀释2-10倍后在即用制剂中得到0.01-60重量%,优选0.1-40重量%的活性物质浓度。施用可以在播种之前或期间进行。分别将农业化学混合物及其组合物施用于植物繁殖材料,尤其是种子上或用其处理的方法在本领域是已知的且包括繁殖材料的拌种、包衣、造粒、撒粉和浸泡施用方法(以及还有犁沟内处理)。在优选实施方案中,通过不诱发萌发的方法,例如拌种、造粒、包衣和撒粉分别将化合物或其组合物分别施用于植物繁殖材料上。
在植物繁殖材料(优选种子)的处理中,本发明混合物的施用率通常对于配制产品(通常包含10-750g/l活性物)而言。
本发明还涉及植物的繁殖产品,尤其是种子,其包含,即涂有和/或含有如上所定义的混合物或包含两种或更多种活性成分的混合物的组合物或两种或更多种各自提供活性成分之一的组合物的混合物。植物繁殖材料(优选种子)以0.1g-10kg/100kg植物繁殖材料(优选种子),优选0.1g-1kg/100kg植物繁殖材料(优选种子)的量包含本发明混合物。
例如,化合物II的重量比在本文优选为0.5-200g/100kg植物繁殖材料(优选种子),更优选1-50g/100kg植物繁殖材料(优选种子),最优选1-20g/100kg植物繁殖材料(优选种子)。
例如,化合物I的重量比在本文优选为1-2000g/100kg植物繁殖材料(优选种子),更优选10-1000g/100kg植物繁殖材料(优选种子),最优选25-750g/100kg植物繁殖材料(优选种子),极度优选50-500g/100kg植物繁殖材料(优选种子)。
分开或联合施用本发明混合物的化合物通过在植物播种之前或之后或者在植物出苗之前或之后对种子、秧苗、植物或土壤喷雾或撒粉而进行。
本发明由下列实施例进一步说明,但不受下列实施例限制。
在二甲亚砜中将活性化合物单独配制成浓度为10000ppm的储备溶液。
实施例1—对晚疫病病原体致病疫霉(Phytin)的活性
将储备溶液根据比例混合,移到微滴定板(MTP)上并用水稀释至所述浓度。然后加入含有豌豆汁基含水营养培养基或DDC培养基的致病疫霉的孢子悬浮液。将各板在18°C的温度下放入水蒸气饱和室中。接种7天后使用吸收光度计在405nm下测量MTP。
结果示于下表1中。将测量的参数与不含活性化合物的对照方案的生长(=100%)以及不含真菌和活性化合物的空白值相比较,以确定病原体在各活性化合物中的相对生长百分数。活性化合物混合物的预期效力使用Colby公式[R.S.Colby,“计算除草剂组合的协同增效和拮抗响应”,Weeds15,20-22(1967)]确定并与观察到的效力相比较以表明本发明混合物的协同增效作用。

Claims (15)
1.以协同增效有效量包含如下组分作为活性组分的混合物:
1)一种选自吗菌灵(dodemorph)、萎锈灵(carboxin)、甲基代森锌(propineb)、福美锌(ziram)、麦锈灵(benodanil)、五氯酚(pentachlorphenol)和四氯苯酞(pthalid)的杀真菌化合物IA;或
2)一种选自枯草芽孢杆菌液化淀粉变种(Bacillus subtilis var.amyloliquefaciens)FZB24、脱乙酰壳多糖、寡雄腐霉(Pythiumoligandrum)DV74和虎杖(Reynoutria sachlinensis)的生物化合物IB;和
3)一种选自嗜球果伞素类的杀真菌化合物II。
2.根据权利要求1的混合物,其包含化合物IA和化合物II,其中化合物II选自吗菌灵、萎锈灵、甲基代森锌、福美锌、麦锈灵、五氯酚和四氯苯酞。
3.根据权利要求1或2的混合物,其中化合物IA为吗菌灵。

12.一种改善植物健康的方法,其中用有效量的如权利要求1-9中任一项所定义的混合物处理植物、其中植物生长或预期生长的场所或生长出植物的植物繁殖材料。
13.一种保护植物繁殖材料以防真菌的方法,包括使植物繁殖材料与如权利要求1-5中任一项所定义的混合物以杀真菌有效量接触。
14.如权利要求11-13中任一项所要求的方法,其中同时,即联合或分开,或依次施用如权利要求1-9中任一项所定义的化合物。
15.植物繁殖材料,以0.01g-10kg/100kg植物繁殖材料的量包含如权利要求1-9中任一项所定义的混合物。
