Abstract

本发明提出一种基于压缩扩展的OFDM通信系统及方法,发射装置中输入的比特流经过基带映射和IFFT后形成OFDM信号,经压扩变换处理后,进行并串转换并送入功率放大器,将放大的信号映射到发送单元进行发送;接收装置对接收到的时域信号经串并转换,对时域信号做第一次FFT变换为频域信号,通过信道估计得到信道信息,并对所接收的频域信号做信道均衡,将均衡以后的信号通过IFFT转换到时域,做扩展变换,然后送入FFT模块进行解调和译码,最后经基带反映射得到所需要的比特流。本申请提供的通信系统能够有效克服传统压缩扩展OFDM通信系统在多径信道下的星座图扩散问题,能够有效减小EVM值并降低误码率。

Description

一种基于压缩扩展的OFDM通信系统及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种OFDM(正交频率复用)技术的通信系统及方法。
背景技术
正交频分复用(OFDM)技术的出现,很好的解决了无线信道的频率选择性衰落,认为是第四代移动通信4G的核心技术之一。OFDM系统最主要的缺点之一是具有较大的峰均比(PAPR),它直接影响着整个系统的运行成本和效率。当信号超出功放的动态范围不能被线性放入时,将会导致严重的信号失真,破坏各子载波之间的正交性.造成带内信号畸变和带外频谱弥散。
目前.已经提出了许多种降低OFDM信号峰均比的方法.包括限幅(clipping)法、部分传输序列(PTS)法、选择映射(SLM)法、交织(Interleaving)法、编码(coding)法、压扩(companding)法、扩展星座空间(ActiveConstellation)法等。这些方法都以不同的代价,为降低OFDM信号的峰均比提供了有效的解决方案。例如,PTS法和SLM法会增加系统复杂度,产生冗余信息;限幅法和压扩法会造成频谱畸变;编码法降低了信息传输速率等。
如图1所示为现有的OFDM通信系统的结构示意图。现有的OFDM通信系统结构中,接收端信号流程是:接收信号首先进行扩展变换,接着通过FFT模块变换到频域。这样的方法在加性高斯白噪声信道下取得较好的性能。但在多径信道下,由于接收到的信号是发送信号各个径的延时叠加,传统的扩展变换算法将造成信号的严重失真,降低整个系统接收性能。本发明提出新的信号流程和处理方法以解决压扩方法在多径信道环境下造成的星座图扩散问题。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提出一种OFDM通信系统及方法,用以解决现有的OFDM通信系统压缩扩展方法导致的在多径信道环境下星座图扩散问题,
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案是,提出一种基于压缩扩展的OFDM通信系统,其特征在于,包括:有线或无线通信信道、发送装置和接收装置,所述发送装置包括抑制OFDM信号峰均比的压缩变换模块,压缩变换模块对信号进行压缩变换后通过有线或无线通信信道向接收装置发送,接收装置根据接收的压缩信号还原出发送端OFDM信号。
所述接收装置包括第一次FFT单元、信道均衡单元,IFFT单元,扩展变换单元,第二次FFT单元,并串转换单元和译码单元;第一次FFT单元对接收的压缩信号进行第一次FFT变换获得频域信号,信道均衡单元对该频域信号做频域上的信道均衡处理送入IFFT单元;IFFT单元对信道均衡处理后的信号进行IFFT处理转换到时域,扩展变换单元对通过IFFT变换的时域信号进行扩展变换送入第二次FFT单元,将该时域信号经第二次FFT单元变换为频域信号,送入并串转换单元,并串转换单元对通该频域信号做并串转换,送入译码单元进行译码获得OFDM信号。发送装置中压缩变换模块对OFDM信号的时域序列{xn}进行计算,得出OFDM信号在时域的平均幅值v,确定压扩系数μ,调用公式:对OFDM信号进行压缩变换,得到压缩变换后的信号为S(n),其中v为OFDM信号xn的平均幅值。接收装置中扩展变换单元对时域信号进行扩展变换,根据公式:获得扩展变换后的信号y(n),其中,μ为压缩系数,v为OFDM信号在时域的平均幅值。
本发明还提出一种基于压缩扩展的OFDM通信方法,发送装置对信号进行压缩变换通过有线或无线通信信道向接收装置发送,接收装置接收到压缩信号后进行变换处理还原出发送端的OFDM信号;所述接收装置进行变换处理包括,接收装置中第一次FFT单元对接收到的压缩信号进行第一次FFT变换获得频域信号送入信道均衡单元,信道均衡单元对该频域信号做频域上的信道均衡处理;IFFT单元将通过信道均衡单元后的信号进行IFFT转换到时域,扩展变换单元对通过IFFT单元后的时域信号进行扩展变换,第二次FFT单元对通过扩展变换后的信号做第二次FFT变换获得第二频域信号,并串转换单元对第二频域信号做并串转换,送入译码单元进行译码。
本发明提供的OFDM通信系统,在接收端对接收信号进行FFT变换,完成频域上的信道均衡后,对信道均衡后的信号通过IFFT转换成时域信号进行降扩展变换,将扩展变换后的信号送入FFT模块,最后经基带解调和译码得到最终的比特流信息。能够有效降低由于多径信道造成的压缩扩展算法星座图扩散问题,能够降低误码率,提高系统可靠性。
本发明还具有以下优点:
(a)不改变发送端信号处理过程;
(b)接收端优先进行FFT变换、均衡和IFFT变换,有效消除了多径效应对信号的影响;
(c)本发明提出的方法对于压扩变换的方式并没有固定,因此可以采用灵活多变的压扩算法来对信号进行压缩和扩展,而不仅局限于本发明所采用的传统μ率压缩算法;

具体实施方式
本发明提出一种基于压缩扩展的OFDM通信系统,包括:有线或无线通信信道、发送装置和接收装置,所述发送装置包括抑制OFDM信号峰均比的压缩变换模块,发送装置向接收装置发送信号;所述接收装置根据接收的信号还原出发送端的信号。
所述接收装置包括第一次FFT单元、信道均衡单元,IFFT单元,扩展变换单元,第二次FFT单元,并串转换单元和译码单元;第一次FFT单元对接收装置接收到的信号进行第一次FFT变换,信道均衡单元对通过第一次FFT单元后的频域信号做频域上的信道均衡处理;所述IFFT单元对通过信道均衡单元后的信号进行IFFT转换到时域;扩展变换单元对通过IFFT单元后的信号进行扩展变换处理;第二次FFT单元对通过扩展变换单元后的信号做第二次FFT变换;所述并串转换单元对通过第二次FFT单元后的频域信号做并串转换;所述译码单元对通过并串转换单元后的信号进行译码。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种基于压缩扩展的OFDM通信系统,图2为该系统的结构示意图,该系统可以包括:发送装置21、接收装置22和通信信道23。其中,发送装置21包括:编码单元211,调制单元212,串并转换单元213,IFFT单元214,压缩变换单元215,接收装置22包括第一次FFT单元221,信道均衡单元222,IFFT单元223,扩展变换单元224,第二次FFT单元225,并串转换单元226,解调单元227,译码单元228。
在本实施例中,发送端按照现有的基于压缩PAPR抑制方法的OFDM信号产生过程完成信号发送。
(1)编码单元211对输入比特流进行编码;
(2)调制单元212对编码后的信号进行调制,这里采用四相相移键控(QPSK)调制,得到串行调制信号XS
(3)串并单元213对XS进行串并转换,得到并行调制信号Xk,其中,k=0,1,…,N-1,N表示OFDM信号的子载波个数;
(4)IFFT单元214对Xk进行IFFT变换,得到时域信号xn,其中,n=0,1,…,N-1;
(5)压缩变换单元215再对OFDM信号的时域序列{xn}进行计算,得出OFDM信号在时域的平均幅值v;根据OFDM系统的要求,确定压扩系数μ;对OFDM信号进行压缩变换,得到压扩变换后的信号为S(n),其压扩变换方式可以采用μ率压缩,可采用如下压缩公式进行压缩:
S ( n ) = C { x n } = vx n 1 n ( 1 + u ) | x n | 1 n ( 1 + u v | x n | )
其中v为OFDM信号xn的平均幅值,μ为压缩系数;将压缩信号S(n)进行并串转换并送入功率放大器,将放大器产生的大功率信号发射到射频电路进行信号发送。还可采用本领域技术人员熟知的其他方式对信号进行压缩。
在接收端采用本发明提出的接收方法。
(1)接收端接收到的时域信号为通过第一次FFT单元221,将转换成频域信号k=0,1,…,N-1,N为OFDM信号的子载波个数;
(2)信道均衡单元222对做信道均衡,得到均衡处理后的信号
(3)IFFT单元223对信号进行IFFT变换,得到时域信号
(4)扩展变换单元224对得到时域信号进行扩展变换,其变换公式如下:
y ( n ) = C - 1 { y n E } = vy n E u | y n E | { exp [ | y n E | 1 n ( 1 + u ) v ] - 1 }
其中为的时域信号,v为的平均幅值,μ为压缩系数;
(5)第二次FFT单元225对扩展变换后的信号y(n)进行FFT变换,得到频域序列;
(6)并串单元226对序列进行并串转换,然后通过解调单元227进行解QPSK调制,最后译码单元228通过对解调后的信息进行译码,恢复出发送端数据比特流(OFDM信号)。
通过对比分析现有的基于压缩扩展的OFDM通信系统和本发明提出的OFDM通信系统,可以发现,本发明可以改善多径环境下星座图扩散问题,并且实现过程简单。

Claims (6)

1.一种基于压缩扩展的OFDM通信系统,其特征在于,包括:有线或无线通信信道、发送装置和接收装置,所述发送装置包括抑制OFDM信号峰均比的压缩变换模块,压缩变换模块对信号进行压缩变换后通过有线或无线通信信道向接收装置发送,接收装置根据接收的压缩信号还原出发送端OFDM信号,所述接收装置包括第一次FFT单元、信道均衡单元,IFFT单元,扩展变换单元,第二次FFT单元,并串转换单元和译码单元;第一次FFT单元对接收的压缩信号进行第一次FFT变换获得频域信号,信道均衡单元对该频域信号做频域上的信道均衡处理送入IFFT单元;IFFT单元对信道均衡处理后的信号进行IFFT处理转换到时域,扩展变换单元对通过IFFT变换的时域信号进行扩展变换送入第二次FFT单元,将该时域信号经第二次FFT单元变换为频域信号,送入并串转换单元,并串转换单元对该频域信号做并串转换,送入译码单元进行译码获得OFDM信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,发送装置中压缩变换模块对OFDM信号的时域序列{xn}进行计算,得出OFDM信号在时域的平均幅值v,确定压扩系数μ,调用公式: S ( n ) = C { x n } = vx n l n ( 1 + u ) | x n | l n ( 1 + u v | x n | ) 对OFDM信号进行压缩变换,得到压缩变换后的信号为S(n),其中v为OFDM信号xn的平均幅值。
3.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,接收装置中扩展变换单元对时域信号进行扩展变换,根据公式:获得扩展变换后的信号y(n),其中,μ为压缩系数,v为OFDM信号在时域的平均幅值。
4.一种基于压缩扩展的OFDM通信方法,其特征在于,发送装置对信号进行压缩变换通过有线或无线通信信道向接收装置发送,接收装置接收到压缩信号后进行变换处理还原出发送端的OFDM信号;所述接收装置进行变换处理包括,接收装置中第一次FFT单元对接收到的压缩信号进行第一次FFT变换获得频域信号送入信道均衡单元,信道均衡单元对该频域信号做频域上的信道均衡处理;IFFT单元将通过信道均衡单元后的信号进行IFFT转换到时域,扩展变换单元对通过IFFT单元后的时域信号进行扩展变换,第二次FFT单元对通过扩展变换后的信号做第二次FFT变换获得第二频域信号,并串转换单元对第二频域信号做并串转换,送入译码单元进行译码。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,发送装置中压缩变换单元对OFDM信号的时域序列{xn}进行计算,得出OFDM信号在时域的平均幅值v,确定压扩系数μ,调用公式: S ( n ) = C { x n } = vx n l n ( 1 + u ) | x n | l n ( 1 + u v | x n | ) 对OFDM信号进行压缩变换,得到压扩变换后的信号为S(n),其中v为OFDM信号xn的平均幅值。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,扩展变换单元对得到时域信号进行扩展变换,根据公式:获得扩展变换后的信号y(n),其中,μ为压缩系数,v为OFDM信号在时域的平均幅值。
