Description

技术领域
本发明涉及用于型材(profile)的包裹设备,其具有在用膜包裹型材之前高效地进行设置操作的装置。
背景技术
通常,在用于家用或办公家具、门框、窗框、门等中的装饰材料中,将由合成树脂材料制成的型材用作主体,并将由合成树脂材料制成并具有各种不同质地和图案的装饰膜(片)附着于型材的上表面或侧表面以提供木材的质地,从而提高美感。在下文中,将装饰膜附着至型材主体的过程被称为“包裹”或“型材包裹”。

为了将压辊140定位在预定的位置,包裹设备100包括压辊安装框120和压辊支撑件130。压辊支撑件130包括竖直支撑件(图6的131)和水平支撑件(图6的132)。竖直支撑件131的下端固定至压辊安装框120,水平支撑件132固定至竖直支撑件131的某一点(参见图4和6)。压辊130旋转以挤压正在通过包裹设备的型材的上表面,同时所述压辊通过压辊支撑件设置在一个特定位置。压辊可以被布置为使得压辊(图6的140)的旋转轴水平设置以便挤压型材的上表面,或者使得压辊(图7的150)的旋转轴竖直设置以便挤压型材的侧表面。此外,虽然没有示于图中,但压辊可以被布置为使得旋转轴以期望的角度倾斜。
在根据本发明的包裹设备100中,用于支撑压辊140的压辊支撑件的竖直支撑件131固定至压辊安装框120。压辊安装框120被构建成由使用者以期望的距离上/下和左/右移动。即,使用者可以使用位于包裹设备上的开关或控制单元(未示出)将压辊安装框120上/下和左/右移动。如果压辊安装框120以期望的距离移动,固定至压辊安装框120的多个压辊140和150也以相同的距离上/下和左/右移动。
根据本发明的包裹设备,由于压辊的同步移动,可以显著减少压辊的设置时间。在常规的包裹设备中,如果针对一个型材完成了包裹操作,根据待包裹的新的型材的形状将操作过的压辊拆卸然后移至各个位置。然后,将压辊粗略地再次组装,然后精确地调整从而进行下一操作。然而,根据本发明,不需要将压辊一一拆卸,可以通过仅仅移动压辊安装框120来同时移动多个压辊。因此,可以解决一一拆卸并移动压辊的不便。然而,即使在本发明中,在通过移动压辊安装框120而将压辊全部移动后,仍有另一个精确调整各个压辊的过程,但是与常规包裹设备相比,设置时间显著减少。作为使用本发明的包裹设备实际进行包裹操作的结果,设置时间减少约50%。即,常规包裹设备中的设置时间为约42分钟,但本发明的包裹设备中的设置时间为约20分钟。
工业实用性
换言之,在根据本发明的包裹设备的设置方法中,全部压辊同时移动,然后进行精确调节。然而,在常规设置方法中,将压辊一一拆卸,然后再次组装。因此,本发明中的设置时间显著减少,因而整个过程的周期缩短,从而降低生产成本。
尽管已针对具体实施方案描述了本发明,但是本领域技术人员将会明了,可以进行多种改变和修改而不偏离下列权利要求中限定的本发明的主旨和范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于型材的包裹设备,该包裹设备将涂布有粘合剂的膜附着于所述型材的上表面及侧表面,该包裹设备包括:
多个驱动辊(110),所述驱动辊在所述型材的下侧支撑所述型材并将其移动;
多个压辊(140),所述压辊将置于所述型材上的膜压至所述型材的上表面及侧表面;以及
两个压辊安装框(120),所述多个压辊(140)安装在所述压辊安装框上,
其中所述压辊安装框(120)设置于所述型材的左右两侧,并被构建成上下移动和左右移动,以便所述多个压辊可以同时上下移动或同时左右移动。
2.根据权利要求1的包裹设备,进一步包括控制单元,该控制单元将所述压辊安装框以预定的距离上下移动。
