技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗跌打损伤的中药药物。
背景技术
跌打损伤包括刀枪、跌仆、殴打、闪挫、刺伤、擦伤、运动损伤等，伤处多有疼痛、肿胀、出血或骨折、脱臼等，也包括一些内脏损伤，是一种常见及多发病。目前，治疗跌打损伤的药物较多，如三七片、红花散等。各种药物各自具有自己的特点，但也同时存在一定的不足，所以各种药物能在市场上并存，并为患者所接受。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新的治疗跌打损伤的药物。
其技术解决方案是：
一种治疗跌打损伤的药物，其是由以下重量份配比的中药原料制作而成的：当归6～10份、赤芍6～10份、金银花6～10份、红花4～6份、桂枝3～5份、川芎3～5份、防风4～6份、苏木3～5份、木香4～6份、怀牛膝4～6份、枳壳4～6份、香附3～5份、乌药6～10份、柴胡4～6份、地龙6～10份、大黄3～5份。
优选的，各中药原料的重量份配比为：当归8份、赤芍8份、金银花8份、红花5份、桂枝4份、川芎4份、防风5份、苏木4份、木香5份、怀牛膝5份、枳壳5份、香附4份、乌药8份、柴胡5份、地龙8份、大黄4份。
上述药物可制备成多种剂型，其中胶囊剂的制备方法如下：按上述重量份配比取以上诸药，分别烘干灭菌，粉碎，然后混合，装入空胶囊，即得。规格：0.25g/粒。
本发明的药理及有益效果如下：
本发明所选中药原料，当归具有补血，活血的功效；赤芍具有清热凉血，活血祛瘀的功效；金银花具有宣散风热，清解血毒的功效；红花具有活血通经，散瘀止痛的功效；桂枝具有散寒解表，温通经脉的功效；川芎具有活血祛瘀，行气开郁，祛风止痛的功效；防风具有祛风解表，胜湿止痛的功效；苏木具有活血祛瘀，消肿定痛的功效；木香具有理气调中，燥湿化痰的功效；怀牛膝具有活血散瘀，祛湿利尿，清热解毒的功效；枳壳具有破气，行痰，消积的功效；香附具有理气解郁，调经止痛的功效；乌药具有行气止痛，温肾散寒的功效；柴胡具有透表泄热，疏肝解郁，升举阳气的功效；地龙具有清热息风，通行经络的功效；大黄具有攻积滞，清湿热，祛瘀，解毒的功效。上述诸药经辨证配伍，共奏化瘀生新、舒筋活络、散瘀止痛、续筋接骨之功效，对跌打损伤、筋骨疼痛、肢体拘挛、腰背酸痛等病症治疗效果显著。
临床资料
1.本发明胶囊剂的用法用量：口服，一次4粒（0.25g/粒），一日3次。
2.注意事项：孕妇禁服。
3.疗效判定标准：
治愈：各种症状均消失；
显效：指具备以下一项者，1、感觉障碍大部分恢复正常；2、肌容、肌力部分恢复正常；3、植物神经功能障碍大部分恢复正常；4、病理反射消失。
有效：指具备以下一项者，1、自觉症状部分好转或自觉患肢有力、灵活；2、感觉障碍部分好转；3、植物神经功能障碍部分好转。
无效：各种症状及体征无改变。
4.治疗效果：用本发明胶囊剂治疗跌打损伤患者100例，治疗3个疗程（连续服药8天为1个疗程），其中治愈68例，显效25例，有效7例，总有效率100%。
5.典型病例
孙某，男，55岁，由于工作缘故，腰经常扭伤，不能干重活。连续服用本发明药物，3个疗程，已经能下地干活，已有2年多，至今未复发。
高某，女，59岁，2011年9月胳膊骨折，行动困难，一直未消肿，多处求医，效果均不甚理想。来我院，连续服用本发明药物，3个疗程，已恢复痊愈，至今没有任何后遗症。
具体实施方式
实施例1
称取当归8g、赤芍8g、金银花8g、红花5g、桂枝4g、川芎4g、防风5g、苏木4g、木香5g、怀牛膝5g、枳壳5g、香附4g、乌药8g、柴胡5g、地龙8g、大黄4g。分别烘干,灭菌，粉碎，然后混合，装入空胶囊，即得。
实施例2
称取当归6g、赤芍10g、金银花10g、红花4g、桂枝5g、川芎5g、防风6g、苏木3g、木香4g、怀牛膝6g、枳壳6g、香附3g、乌药10g、柴胡6g、地龙6g、大黄5g。分别烘干,灭菌，粉碎，然后混合，装入空胶囊，即得。
实施例3

1.一种治疗跌打损伤的药物，其特征在于它是由以下重量份配比的中药原料制作而成的：当归6～10份、赤芍6～10份、金银花6～10份、红花4～6份、桂枝3～5份、川芎3～5份、防风4～6份、苏木3～5份、木香4～6份、怀牛膝4～6份、枳壳4～6份、香附3～5份、乌药6～10份、柴胡4～6份、地龙6～10份、大黄3～5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗跌打损伤的药物，其特征在于各中药原料的重量份配比为：当归8份、赤芍8份、金银花8份、红花5份、桂枝4份、川芎4份、防风5份、苏木4份、木香5份、怀牛膝5份、枳壳5份、香附4份、乌药8份、柴胡5份、地龙8份、大黄4份。
