Abstract
本发明公开了一种深灰色硼硅玻璃，该硼硅玻璃的原料由以下重量百分比含量的组分组成：SiO2：75-81%、A12O3：1.5-2.5%、Na2O：2-4.5%、K2O:0-2.5%、B2O3：12.5-13.5%、Fe2O3：1.0-2.5%、CoO：0.01-0.06%。本发明是在硼硅玻璃基础配方中加入1.0-2.5％的着色剂Fe2O3及0.02-0.06％CoO，使无色透明的硼硅玻璃变为深灰色，可见光(380-780nm)透光率16-20％，并能透过不同颜色光线。

技术领域
本发明涉及硼硅玻璃。
背景技术
目前市场上的硼硅玻璃主要是透明平板或管状硼硅玻璃。其配方化学成份一般为：SiO2、A12O3、Na2O+K2O、B2O3。
硼硅玻璃用于装饰或家电的硼硅玻璃器皿（如锅具，蒸煮器皿）有时需要在不同颜色的光线下使用，为了符合艺术审美的要求，需要生产相应颜色和形状的硼硅玻璃。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种深灰色硼硅玻璃，其能够提供所需要的颜色，并保持硼硅玻璃所特有的低膨胀率、耐高温、高强度、高硬度、高化学稳定性等性质。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种深灰色硼硅玻璃，其特征在于该硼硅玻璃的原料由以下重量百分比含量的组分组成：SiO2：78.42-81%、A12O3：1.5-2.5%、Na2O：2-4.5%、K2O：0-2.5%、B2O3：12.5-13.5%、Fe2O3：1.0-2.5%、CoO：0.01-0.06%。
优选的，该硼硅玻璃的组分中ΣNa2O+K2O＞3%且＜4.5%。
优选的，该硼硅玻璃20-300℃线膨胀系数为3.3±0.15x10-6/K。
优选的，该硼硅玻璃呈灰黑色，对波长为380-780nm的可见光透光率为16-20%。
优选的，该硼硅玻璃选用NaCl作为澄清剂，澄清剂占原料总重量的百分比为0.3-0.8%，
本发明是在硼硅玻璃基础配方中加入1.0-2.5%的着色剂Fe2O3及0.02-0.06%CoO，使无色透明的硼硅玻璃变为深灰色，可见光(380-780nm)透光率16-20%，并能透过不同颜色光线。
本发明的有益效果为：
1.按此配方，利用公知微型浮法工艺，可生产出质地均匀、表面平整度极高优质深灰色硼硅玻璃。也可使用行业内已知的其他种类硼硅玻璃传统成型方式进行生产。
2.产品保持硼硅玻璃所特有的技术特性，各项性能指标复合国际高硼硅玻璃标准要求。
3.产品具有特殊的光学性能：本体黑灰色，可直接透过红、绿、黄各种颜色光线，具有深色遮盖效果，但可使有色光线如LED或类似通过玻璃本体而不改变光线的颜色。
4.当玻璃没有背景光线照射的情况下，玻璃的低透光率能够在日常情况下掩盖其下部物体不可见。
5.该产品可应用于各种工业诸如电子平板，玻璃屏幕、公路信号、家用电器等
领域。
具体实施方式
本发明的硼硅玻璃呈灰黑色，对波长为380-780nm的可见光透光率为16-20%。该硼硅玻璃20-300℃线膨胀系数为3.3±0.15x10-6/K。
该硼硅玻璃的原料由以下重量百分比含量的组分组成：SiO2：78.42-81%、A12O3：1.5-2.5%、Na2O：2-4.5%、K2O:0-2.5%、B2O3：12.5-13.5%、Fe2O3：1.0-2.5%、CoO：0.01-0.06%，其中ΣNa2O+K2O＞3%且＜4.5%。
而且，该硼硅玻璃选用NaCl作为澄清剂，澄清剂占原料总重量的百分比为0.3-0.8%。
本发明硼硅玻璃的制作工艺为：
1、将各种原料进行准确称量、混合（总重量4000g），加入各原料总重量的3%-5%的水分，湿混均匀；
2、把混匀的配合料倒入石英坩埚中，放在高温炉中进行熔化，逐渐升高温度至1600～1650℃，熔化时间为15小时；
3、取出坩埚，将熔化好的玻璃液倒在经过预热的不锈钢模具中自然摊平；
4、样品放入退火炉中，控制温度600～650℃退火5小时；
5、关闭炉门自然冷却至室温；
6、磨抛至厚度为4mm玻璃样片。
本发明的玻璃中无人为加入的As、Sb等有害元素，产品保持高硼硅玻璃所特有的低膨胀率、耐高温、高强度、高硬度、高化学稳定性等技术特性。
本发明具体实施方式包括三个具体实施例，对本发明实施例1.2.3的玻璃样品按照相关标准进行测试，各实施例化学成分及检测数据如下表所示：

1.一种深灰色硼硅玻璃，其特征在于该硼硅玻璃的原料由以下重量百分比含量的组分组成：SiO2：78.42-81%、A12O3：1.5-2.5%、Na2O：2-4.5%、K2O：0-2.5%、B2O3：12.5-13.5%、Fe2O3：1.0-2.5%、CoO：0.01-0.06%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硼硅玻璃，其特征在于：该硼硅玻璃的组分中
ΣNa2O+K2O＞3%且＜4.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硼硅玻璃，其特征在于：该硼硅玻璃20-300℃线膨胀系数为3.3±0.15x10-6/K。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硼硅玻璃，其特征在于：该硼硅玻璃呈灰黑色，对波长为380-780nm的可见光透光率为16-20%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的硼硅玻璃，其特征在于：该硼硅玻璃选用NaCl作为澄清剂，澄清剂占原料总重量的百分比为0.3-0.8%。
