The method for supervising maintenance of an elevator installation according to claim 4, wherein in step B, the annual survey record includes the name of the elevator installation, the information of the units of use, the information of the annual survey units, the ID card number of the annual survey personnel, the photograph of the annual survey personnel, the start time of the annual survey, the end time of the annual survey, the annual survey content, and the evaluation of the annual survey content.
