Description

包装的织物清洁组合物
本发明涉及包含螯合剂(sequestering agent)的包装的洗衣清洁粘性液体/凝胶组合物。
浓缩液体洗衣配方提供了巨大的环境和成本节约。然而,较低的剂量大小造成待分配入洗涤机/容器的清洁剂用量的精确计量的问题。甚至是估算体积中的微小误差和较小溢出也能够导致巨大的消耗,尤其是从大量一周做至少一次家务的消费者造成的浪费来考虑更是如此。具有与过渡离子金属高度结合能力的螯合剂可用于液体配方中处理可漂白污渍,其中由于贮存稳定性问题而不使用漂白剂本身。然而,螯合剂提高了液体的粘度,并且高含量将产生凝胶。增溶剂可用以稀释液体,然而,可能需要很大的量以致必须接受凝胶配方。然而,高粘度加剧了定量给料中的精确度问题,因为其可能缺少消费者对照填充线(浇注之后)做出评价所必需的足够快的调平能力。对于洗衣消费者而言时间非常短暂:洗衣通常被视作家务并且一般消费者将不会花费任何时间来等待缓慢调平的配方在定量给料容器中稳定。
因此,本发明的一个目的是提供一种包装的洗衣组合物,其可精确并有效地测量高粘度配方的剂量。
相应地在第一方面,发明提供了一种包装的织物清洁产品,其包括高粘度织物清洁组合物和容纳该组合物的包装的组合,所述高粘度织物清洁组合物包含至少一种螯合剂,所述包装包括:
(i)贮存器,其中容纳有含该织物整理组合物;和
(ii)具有泵致动器的计量泵分配器,通过它来以计量的剂量从贮存器分配该组合物。
本发明是有利的,因为含粘性螯合剂的配方被精确分配而消费者不必对照填充水平来测量剂量。
在进一步的方面,本发明提供了一种使用第一方面的包装的产品清洁织物的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1. 将组合物泵入织物洗涤容器
2. 在所述容器中洗涤织物。
将组合物泵入织物洗涤容器的步骤可包括将组合物泵入分配装置例如“往复移送装置(shuttle)”或前装载式洗衣机的抽屉中。
该至少一种螯合剂优选为重金属离子螯合剂。对于重金属离子螯合剂,其在本文中是指起螯合(sequester)(或螯合(chelate))重金属离子作用的成分。这些成分也可具有钙和镁螯合能力,但优选它们对结合重金属离子例如铁、锰和铜显示选择性。
优选组合物中螯合剂的含量为0-5%,更优选0.5-3%,更优选1-2%。
优选的螯合剂的实例进一步包括,S,S-乙二胺琥珀酸(EDDS)、钛铁试剂(又称作儿茶酚-2,5-二磺酸盐,作为酸或水溶性盐)、乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、二乙烯三胺五乙酸盐(DTPA)、1-羟基乙缩醛 1,1 二磷酸(HEDP)、二乙烯三胺五亚甲基膦酸(DTPMP)、二甲基吡啶酸和其盐和/或酸和其混合物。合适的螯合剂和用量的进一步的实例描述于U.S.专利号3,812,044;4,704,233;5,292,446;5,445,747;5,531,915;5,545,352;5,576,282;5,641,739;5,703,031;5,705,464;5,710,115;5,710,115;5,712,242;5,721,205;5,728,671;5,747,440;5,780,419;5,879,409;5,929,010;5,929,018;5,958,866;5,965,514;5,972,038;6,172,021;和6,503,876中。
其它可用的螯合剂为水溶性多磷酸盐,具体包括亚甲基二膦酸的钠、钾和锂盐;乙烯二膦酸的钠、钾和锂盐;以及乙烷-l,l,2-三膦酸的钠、钾和锂盐。其它实例包括乙烷-2-羧基-l,1-二膦酸 羟基甲烷二磷酸、羧基二膦酸、乙烷-1-羟基-l,l,2-三膦酸、乙烷-2-羟基-1,1,2-三膦酸、丙烷-1,1,3,3-四膦酸、丙烷-1,1,2,3-四膦酸和丙烷-1,2,2,3-四膦酸的碱金属盐。
优选地,当以20s-1测量时,该组合物的粘度为1,000 cps(或等价地,毫帕秒,mPas)至10,000 cps,更优选当以20s-1测量时为2,000 cps至5,000 cps。
组合物还将优选进一步含有功能性成分:表面活性剂、增洁剂(builder)、着色剂、结构剂、各种助剂。可使用0-10%的助水溶物,但不必大量使用以压低粘度,因此含量可以较低:0-5%且更优选0-2%或0%。
优选泵分配器为非喷雾(non-aerosol)装置。优选泵分配器包括手动操作单向往复泵分配器。
该泵分配器装置无需被具有任何测量能力的闭合装置包围,因为该泵无需任何进一步测量就能计量出标准的剂量。
该包装可包含选自聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚酰胺(PA)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚苯乙烯(PS)和其组合的聚合材料。
在本申请中,全部百分数,除非另有说明,意欲为重量百分数。
图1显示了根据本发明的包装的放大示意图。
参照附图,包装的织物清洁产品1包括包装2和组合物3,其中组合物3包含根据下文中显示的实施例的螯合剂,组合物贮存时具有顶部空间或瓶空4。
该包装2包括密闭贮存器6和手动操作垂直往复泵分配器5。泵分配器5包括附着于密闭贮存器6上部并延伸到其内部的泵壳10,和向下垂直延伸到泵壳10中并在相对端终止于带有分配出口20的分配头30的手动操作泵致动器8。
泵壳10包括泵室12和向下延伸到泵室和液体中的汲取管(dip tube)14。在泵室12和汲取管14之间设置有单向阀16,以控制从汲取管14进入泵室12的液体单向流动。
泵致动器8装在泵室12内以垂直往复运动。泵致动器8具有从中穿过并在定向的分配出口20处终止的穿孔。
在泵室内致动器的基部设置有泵活塞34。纵向保持在泵室内的盘簧18与泵致动器8的底端接合,使致动器和活塞34向上偏置。在与泵活塞相邻的泵柱塞排放通道中设有第二单向阀36。该第二阀只允许从泵室到分配器头30和出口20方向的液体单向流动。
校准泵以分配预定剂量.
泵分配器5通过手动向下按压泵致动器8迫使它进入泵壳10来驱动,从而泵活塞34向下移动穿过泵室并挤压泵室12中的液体。这导致第一单向阀16关闭且第二单向阀36开启。泵室中的液体向上穿过第二单向阀36,沿致动器穿孔和分配通道22移动并被从分配出口20分配。
松开致动器将释放弹簧18以相对于泵壳10向上推动致动器。这使得活塞34向上运动穿过泵室12,从而产生关闭第二单向阀36和开启第一单向阀16的真空。这将液体从容器吸入到泵室12中,并使该系统为再次致动作好准备。

Claims (9)

1.一种包装的织物清洁产品,其包括高粘度织物清洁组合物和容纳该组合物的包装的组合,所述高粘度织物清洁组合物包含至少一种螯合剂,所述包装包括:
(i)贮存器,其中容纳有该织物整理组合物;和
(ii)具有泵致动器的计量泵分配器,通过它来以计量的剂量从该贮存器分配该组合物。
2.根据权利要求1的包装的产品,其中该至少一种螯合剂为重金属离子螯合剂。
3.根据前述权利要求任一项的包装的产品,其中该至少一种螯合剂以0-5%的含量存在。
4.根据前述权利要求任一项的包装的产品,其中当以20s-1测量时粘度为1,000 cps(或等价地,毫帕秒,mPas)至10,000 cps。
5.根据前述权利要求任一项的包装的产品,包含0-10%的助水溶物。
6.根据前述权利要求任一项的包装的产品,其中泵分配器包括非喷雾装置。
7.根据前述权利要求任一项的包装的产品,其中泵分配器包括手动操作单向往复泵分配器。
8.一种使用前述权利要求任一项的包装的产品清洁织物的方法,该方法包含以下步骤:
1) 将组合物泵入织物洗涤容器
2) 在所述容器中洗涤织物。
