Abstract
本发明涉及一种山鸡种鸡饲料,由以下按重量份计的组分组成,肉骨粉150-300份、进口鱼粉450-600份、食盐20-40份、小苏打10-30份、复合微量元素20-25份、复合维生素5-8份、蛋氨酸12-20份、松针粉100-200份、营养性添加剂20-30份。添加剂组分是胆碱15-20份、甜菜碱4-8份、植酸酶2份、复合酶制剂1份、吡啶羧酸铬0.5份。本发明将营养性添加剂等添加到饲料中,配合玉米、豆粕、石粉使用,生产出的山鸡种鸡饲料,可使山鸡种鸡的免疫力明显增强,孵化率提高、雏鸡成活率明显提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种饲料,具体地说是一种山鸡种鸡饲料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提升,畜产品的需求不断增加,养殖业正向规模化、标准化方向发展。目前,市场上有较多的山鸡品种,但目前山鸡的营养研究较少,种山鸡的营养相对而言研究的就更少了,饲料配制不合理,造成饲料的浪费或不足,种鸡产蛋率低、孵化率低,雏鸡的成活率低,养殖户的经济效益受到严重制约。为此,要提高山鸡种鸡的孵化性能,除了饲养管理中要注意防止应激以外,还应保证提供给山鸡种鸡营养全面的免疫型饲料。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术的不足,将营养性添加剂等添加到饲料中,配合玉米、豆粕、石粉使用,生产出的山鸡种鸡饲料,可使山鸡种鸡的免疫力明显增强,孵化率提高、雏鸡成活率明显提高。
本发明的目的是采用下述技术方案实现的:一种山鸡种鸡饲料,由以下按重量份计的组分组成,肉骨粉150-300份、进口鱼粉450-600份、食盐20-40份、小苏打10-30份、复合微量元素20-25份、复合维生素5-8份、蛋氨酸12-20份、松针粉100-200份、营养性添加剂20-30份。
所述的营养性添加剂组分是胆碱15-20份、甜菜碱4-8份、植酸酶2份、复合酶制剂1份、吡啶羧酸铬0.5份。
所述的复合微量元素是硫酸铜、硫酸铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钙中的一种或多种组合而成。优选的,所述的复合微量元素中各成分按重量百分比为:五水硫酸铜1.57%、一水硫酸亚铁15.0%、一水硫酸锰16.1%、一水硫酸锌12.86%、亚硒酸钠0.056%、碘酸钙0.083%,其余部分为通用载体。
所述的复合维生素是维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素中的一种或多种组合而成。优选的,所述的复合维生素中各成分按重量百分比为:维生素A占7.5%,维生素D3占1.8%,维生素E占35%,维生素K3占2.2%,维生素B1占0.8%,维生素B2占4.7%,维生素B6占1.8%,维生素B12占1.0%,烟酸占12.6%,泛酸占4.1%,叶酸占0.8%,生物素占1.0%,余量为通用载体。
所述的复合酶制剂是蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、β甘露聚糖酶的一种或多种组合而成,为市购产品,生产厂家为上海欧耐施生物技术有限公司,产品型号为HT202(浓缩型,粉剂)小麦型日粮专用复合酶。
松针粉:松针粉是将从松树上修剪下来的幼嫩枝条和针叶收集起来,经过干燥、粉碎而成的。松针粉色绿、幽香,含有丰富的粗蛋白质、脂肪、微量元素和维生素等。据测定,松针粉含粗蛋白质7%-12%,赖氨酸、天门冬酸等18种氨基酸总含量达5.5%-8.1%,铁、锰、钴含量均高于一般牧草,松针粉含有维生素A、B、C、K、E等,对于改善山鸡种鸡的蛋黄颜色及免疫力有效果。
进口鱼粉:用一种或多种鱼类为原料,经去油、脱水、粉碎加工后的高蛋白质饲料。鱼粉中不含纤维素等难于消化的物质,粗脂肪含量高,鱼粉的有效能值高,生产中以鱼粉为原料很容易配成高能量饲料。进口鱼粉富含B族维生素,尤以维生素B12、B2含量高,还含有维生素A、D和维生素E等脂溶性维生素。同时鱼粉是良好的矿物质来源,钙、磷的含量很高,且比例适宜,所有磷都是可利用磷。鱼粉的含硒量很高,可达2mg/kg以上。此外,鱼粉中含有促生长的未知因子,这种物质还没有提纯成化合物,这种物质可刺激动物生长发育。
吡啶羧酸铬:微量元素铬作为葡萄糖耐受因子的重要活性成分,可以增强胰岛素活性,参与碳水化合物、脂肪、蛋白质和核酸代谢。在动物日粮中添加有机铬以后,它可以通过各种不同的作用机制,进入到细胞当中,并最终被机体吸收利用。有机铬可以增强动物机体的免疫功能,并且在抵抗应激时,作用效果更加明显。有机铬同时可以改善动物繁殖性能,提高生产效率。
小苏打:在养鸡生产中使用小苏打,可以提供钠离子,同时提供碳酸根离子,防止氯离子过高,改善电解质平衡。添加小苏打还可预防热应激。
植酸酶:提高肠道植酸酶的含量,刺激植酸酶的发育,提高种鸡对饲料中的植酸磷的吸收利用率。
复合酶制剂:提高蛋鸡对饲料的消化利用率,防止玉米、豆粕等原料变异引起的饲料质量的差异对蛋鸡产蛋性能的影响,可以提高饲料中50大卡左右的。
本发明经过多年实践,将营养性添加剂等添加到饲料中,配合玉米、豆粕、石粉使用,生产出的山鸡种鸡饲料,可使山鸡种鸡的免疫力明显增强,孵化率提高、雏鸡成活率明显提高。
试验结果
为了验证本发明对山鸡种鸡的饲用效果,公司技术部于2012年5-7月在养殖户种鸡场进行了为期60天的饲喂试验。试验采用单因素对比试验设计,100只370日龄左右的一栋健康山鸡种鸡被随机分为试验组和对照组,每组包括3个重复。试验组日粮为本种鸡饲料(按实施例1进行),对照组日粮为市售普通山鸡种鸡饲料(其建议配方为玉米65、豆粕22、石粉8、预混料5)。
试验结果如表1所示,结果表明:1、产蛋率:试验组比对照组提高了23.60%;2、受精率:试验组比对照组提高了8.24%;3、受精蛋孵化率:试验组比对照组提高了8.76%;4、健雏率:试验组比对照组提高了9.11%。

具体实施方式
实施例1:按重量份计,肉骨粉150份、进口鱼粉600份、食盐20份、小苏打30份、复合微量元素20份、复合维生素5份、蛋氨酸12份、松针粉136.5份、胆碱15份、甜菜碱8份、植酸酶2份、复合酶制剂1份、吡啶羧酸铬0.5份。
其中,复合微量元素中各成分按重量百分比为:五水硫酸铜1.57%、一水硫酸亚铁15.0%、一水硫酸锰16.1%、一水硫酸锌12.86%、亚硒酸钠0.056%、碘酸钙0.083%,其余部分为通用载体。
复合维生素中各成分按重量百分比为:维生素A占7.5%,维生素D3占1.8%,维生素E占35%,维生素K3占2.2%,维生素B1占0.8%,维生素B2占4.7%,维生素B6占1.8%,维生素B12占1.0%,烟酸占12.6%,泛酸占4.1%,叶酸占0.8%,生物素占1.0%,余量为通用载体。
使用方法:按玉米61份+豆粕20份+麸皮2.5份+石粉6.5份+本饲料10份配成全价饲料,每天采食量90克/只/天左右。
实施例2:按重量份计,肉骨粉300份、进口鱼粉450份、食盐40份、小苏打10份、复合微量元素25份、复合维生素8份、蛋氨酸20份、松针粉119.5份、胆碱20份、甜菜碱4份、植酸酶2份、复合酶制剂1份、吡啶羧酸铬0.5份。
其中,复合微量元素中各成分按重量百分比为:五水硫酸铜1.57%、一水硫酸亚铁15.0%、一水硫酸锰16.1%、一水硫酸锌12.86%、亚硒酸钠0.056%、碘酸钙0.083%,其余部分为通用载体。
复合维生素中各成分按重量百分比为:维生素A占7.5%,维生素D3占1.8%,维生素E占35%,维生素K3占2.2%,维生素B1占0.8%,维生素B2占4.7%,维生素B6占1.8%,维生素B12占1.0%,烟酸占12.6%,泛酸占4.1%,叶酸占0.8%,生物素占1.0%,余量为通用载体。

实施例3:按重量份计,肉骨粉250份、进口鱼粉500份、食盐30份、小苏打20份、复合微量元素22份、复合维生素6份、蛋氨酸15份、松针粉130.5份、胆碱18份、甜菜碱5份、植酸酶2份、复合酶制剂1份、吡啶羧酸铬0.5份。
其中,复合微量元素中各成分按重量百分比为:五水硫酸铜1.57%、一水硫酸亚铁15.0%、一水硫酸锰16.1%、一水硫酸锌12.86%、亚硒酸钠0.056%、碘酸钙0.083%,其余部分为通用载体。

1.一种山鸡种鸡饲料,其特征在于:由以下按重量份计的组分组成,肉骨粉150-300份、进口鱼粉450-600份、食盐20-40份、小苏打10-30份、复合微量元素20-25份、复合维生素5-8份、蛋氨酸12-20份、松针粉100-200份、营养性添加剂20-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提高产蛋性能的蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述的营养性添加剂组分是胆碱15-20份、甜菜碱4-8份、植酸酶2份、复合酶制剂1份、吡啶羧酸铬0.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的提高产蛋性能的蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述的复合微量元素是硫酸铜、硫酸铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钙中的一种或多种组合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的提高产蛋性能的蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述的复合微量元素中各成分按重量百分比为:五水硫酸铜1.57%、一水硫酸亚铁15.0%、一水硫酸锰16.1%、一水硫酸锌12.86%、亚硒酸钠0.056%、碘酸钙0.083%,其余部分为通用载体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的提高产蛋性能的蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述的复合维生素是维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素中的一种或多种组合而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的提高产蛋性能的蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述的复合维生素中各成分按重量百分比为:维生素A占7.5%,维生素D3占1.8%,维生素E占35%,维生素K3占2.2%,维生素B1占0.8%,维生素B2占4.7%,维生素B6占1.8%,维生素B12占1.0%,烟酸占12.6%,泛酸占4.1%,叶酸占0.8%,生物素占1.0%,余量为通用载体。
7.根据权利要求1所述的提高产蛋性能的蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述的复合酶制剂是蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、β-甘露聚糖酶的一种或多种组合而成。
