技术领域
本发明涉及一种蛋鸡育雏期全价饲料。
背景技术
目前蛋鸡育雏期饲料的产品价格相差很大,质量参差不齐,有的使用肉鸡料饲喂,也有的使用大量非常规原料,同时也带来了质量不稳定的风险,给养殖户一种全价料质量差的概念,导致35天体重不达标、70天胫长不达标。为此,有必要开发一种适用于15-70天的蛋鸡的蛋鸡育雏期全价饲料,要求成本低,同时70天体重与胫长双达标。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明提供了一种蛋鸡育雏期全价饲料,成本低,蛋鸡食用本发明的饲料后,70天体重与胫长双达标。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蛋鸡育雏期全价饲料,是由以下重量份的组分组成的:玉米400份,小麦100份,米糠60~100份,豆粕110~140份,花生粕10~40份,棉粕20~40份,菜粕10~40份,玉米蛋白饲料50~90份,DDGS(酒糟)40~80份,石粉15~20份,豆油5~15份,磷酸氢钙13~20份,食盐3份,胆碱1份,复合微量元素2份,赖氨酸3-6份,蛋氨酸1~1.5份,添加剂1.3份。
所述添加剂是甜菜碱0.2份,植酸酶(5000IU)0.2份,复合酶制剂0.1份,那西肽0.2份,氯苯胍0.1份,益生素0.1份,复合维生素0.4份。
所述复合微量元素是由碱式氯化铜、硫酸铁、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钙中的一种或多种与通用载体组合而成。
优选的,所述复合微量元素是由以下按重量百分比计(重量百分比指占复合微量元素自身的百分比)的组分组成的:碱式氯化铜0.7%,一水硫酸亚铁15.0%,一水硫酸锰16.1%,一水硫酸锌12.86%,亚硒酸钠0.056%,碘酸钙0.083%,余量为通用载体。
所述复合维生素是由维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素中的一种或多种与通用载体组合而成。
优选的,所述复合维生素是由以下按重量百分比计(重量百分比指占复合维生素自身的百分比)的组分组成的:维生素A占6.0%,维生素D3占1.5%,维生素E占25%,维生素K3占1.5%,维生素B1占0.7%,维生素B2占1.9%,维生素B6占1.2%,维生素B12占0.5%,烟酸占11.3%,泛酸占4.1%,叶酸占0.3%,生物素占1.25%,余量为通用载体。
所述复合酶制剂是蛋白酶、淀粉酶、纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、β-甘露聚糖酶的一种或多种组合而成。复合酶制剂为市购产品,生产厂家为上海欧耐施生物技术有限公司,产品型号为HT202(浓缩型,粉剂)小麦型日粮专用复合酶。
所述益生素由植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌按质量比3:7配合而成。
所述蛋鸡育雏期全价饲料的制备方法为:将各组分按比例混合,常规方法制成饲料即可。
本发明的蛋鸡育雏期全价饲料中,部分组分的性能及作用如下:
米糠:稻谷在加工成精米的过程中要去掉外壳和占总重10%左右的种皮和胚,米糠就是由种皮和胚加工制成的,是稻谷加工的主要副产品。其含蛋白15%、能量2700大卡左右,是大米产区比较常见的能量饲料,蛋鸡饲料中应用的不是很普遍。
甜菜碱:甜菜碱为机体提供高效的活性甲基,做为动物体内的一种中间代谢产物,间接与了动物蛋白质和脂肪代谢。日粮中适当的补充甜菜碱可以替代另一主要甲基供体--蛋氨酸的供甲基作用,从而节约蛋氨酸,提高蛋白质利用率。甜菜碱提供甲基的能力还可以促进动物体内肉碱的合成,提高脂肪代谢强度。
蛋氨酸:是动物饲料里一种必不可少的添加剂,它是构成蛋白质的基本单位之一,是必需氨基酸中唯一含有硫的氨基酸。在配合饲料特别是禽类饲料中,蛋氨酸是第一限制氨基酸。畜禽缺乏蛋氨酸,会引起发育不良,体重减轻,肝肾机能减弱,肌肉萎缩,皮毛变质等。
赖氨酸:赖氨酸作为蛋鸡的第二限制剂氨基酸,在实际配方设计中很容易被忽视,特别是育成期饲料,因其成本低,很多企业不考虑添加。育成期需要保证蛋鸡体重的增长,提高赖氨酸的含量有助于蛋鸡的体重增加与肌肉的发育。
那西肽:那西肽能明显促进畜禽生长,提高饲料效率,同时由于其能有效抑制肠道内魏氏梭菌及其他有害菌,因而对坏死性肠炎和防止水便有特殊功效。坏死性肠炎主要是由阳性梭菌,尤其是产气荚膜梭菌(魏氏梭菌)引起一种疾病,主要表现为消化不良、腹泻、生长缓慢、严重的可引起猝死,是慢性球虫病最重要的继发疾病,配合慢性球虫病可形成较严重的鸡“肠毒综合征”,是蛋鸡育成期死淘率高、均匀度差的主要疾病。
氯苯胍:氯苯胍属胍基衍生物,广泛用于禽球虫病的防治。氯苯胍的抗球虫机理是影响三磷酸腺苷,干扰球虫蛋白质代谢,对球虫的作用峰期主要在第1代裂殖体阶段,它能阻止裂殖体形成裂殖子。应用于蛋小鸡可以提高其抗球虫的效果。
益生素:是包括植物乳杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌的复合制剂,主要包括植物乳杆菌,其粘附性很强,能阻止有害菌在肠道黏膜上的附着。芽孢杆菌好氧、无害、能产生芽孢、耐酸碱、耐高温和挤压,在肠道酸性环境中具有高度的稳定性,其通过消耗肠道中的氧气,造成厌氧环境,能促进有益菌的生长;拮抗肠道内有害菌;增强机体免疫力,提高抗病能力;分泌较强活性的蛋白酶及淀粉酶,提高动物生产性能。
植酸酶:提高肠道植酸酶的含量,刺激植酸酶的发育,提高蛋鸡对饲料中的植酸磷的吸收利用率。
复合酶制剂:提高蛋鸡对饲料的消化利用率,防止玉米、豆粕等原料变异引起的饲料质量的差异对蛋鸡均匀度的影响,可以提高饲料中50大卡左右的。
本发明的饲料,是发明经过多年实践,使用多种原料复合搭配,同时利用营养性添加剂等添加到饲料中,生产出的一种成本低的蛋鸡育雏期全价饲料,饲喂蛋鸡后,70天体重与胫长双达标。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明中所涉及的原料就可从市场上常规购买得到。
实施例1:配制蛋鸡育雏期全价饲料
配方为:玉米400份,小麦100份,米糠100份,豆粕110份,花生粕40份,棉粕20份,菜粕40份,玉米蛋白饲料55.7份,DDGS(酒糟)80份,石粉15份,豆油10份,磷酸氢钙15份,食盐3份,胆碱1份,复合微量元素2份,赖氨酸6份,蛋氨酸1份,添加剂1.3份。
所述添加剂是甜菜碱0.2份,植酸酶(5000IU)0.2份,复合酶制剂0.1份,那西肽0.2份,氯苯胍0.1份,益生素0.1份,复合维生素0.4份。
其中,复合微量元素中各成分按重量百分比为:碱式氯化铜0.7%,一水硫酸亚铁15.0%,一水硫酸锰16.1%,一水硫酸锌12.86%,亚硒酸钠0.056%,碘酸钙0.083%,余量为通用载体(麦饭石)。
复合维生素中各成分按重量百分比为:维生素A占6.0%,维生素D3占1.5%,维生素E占25%,维生素K3占1.5%,维生素B1占0.7%,维生素B2占1.9%,维生素B6占1.2%,维生素B12占0.5%,烟酸占11.3%,泛酸占4.1%,叶酸占0.3%,生物素占1.25%,余量为通用载体(米糠粕)。

使用方法:先配制成预混料,再按重量份配成全价料。每天采食量110克/只/天左右。
实施例2:配制蛋鸡育雏期全价饲料
配方为:玉米400千克,小麦100千克,米糠60千克,豆粕140千克,花生粕10千克,棉粕40千克,菜粕10千克,玉米蛋白饲料92.2千克,DDGS(酒糟)80千克,石粉20千克,豆油15千克,磷酸氢钙20千克,食盐3千克,胆碱1千克,复合微量元素2千克,赖氨酸4千克,蛋氨酸1.5千克,添加剂1.3千克。
所述添加剂是甜菜碱0.2千克,植酸酶(5000IU)0.2千克,复合酶制剂0.1千克,那西肽0.2千克,氯苯胍0.1千克,益生素0.1千克,复合维生素0.4千克。

配方为:玉米400千克,小麦100千克,米糠89.5千克,豆粕120千克,花生粕30千克,棉粕30千克,菜粕20千克,玉米蛋白饲料90千克,DDGS(酒糟)70千克,石粉17千克,豆油5千克,磷酸氢钙15千克,食盐3千克,胆碱1千克,复合微量元素2千克,赖氨酸5千克,蛋氨酸1.2千克,添加剂1.3千克。
所述添加剂是甜菜碱0.2千克,植酸酶(5000IU)0.2千克,复合酶制剂0.1千克,那西肽0.2千克,氯苯胍0.1千克,益生素0.1千克,复合维生素0.4千克。

试验:
为了验证本发明对蛋小鸡的饲用效果,公司技术部于2012年8-10月在养殖户蛋鸡场进行了为期55天的饲喂试验。试验采用单因素对比试验设计,4600只15日龄左右的一栋健康蛋小鸡鸡舍随机分为试验组和对照组,每组包括5个重复。试验组日粮为本公司育雏期饲料(实施例1),对照组日粮为市售同类产品。
试验组和对照组饲喂方式为自由采食。
试验结果如表1所示,结果表明:
1、死淘率:试验组比对照组降低了65.16%。
2、35日龄体重:试验组比对照组提高15.09%。
3、70天日龄胫长增加5.36%。
4、70日龄体重:试验组比对照组提高6.51%。
5、育种标准中,70日龄标准体重为860克,试验组提高了61.23克,提高了7.12%。

1.一种蛋鸡育雏期全价饲料,其特征在于:是由以下重量份的组分组成的:玉米400份,小麦100份,米糠60~100份,豆粕110~140份,花生粕10~40份,棉粕20~40份,菜粕10~40份,玉米蛋白饲料50~90份,酒糟40~80份,石粉15~20份,豆油5~15份,磷酸氢钙13~20份,食盐3份,胆碱1份,复合微量元素2份,赖氨酸3-6份,蛋氨酸1~1.5份,添加剂1.3份;
所述添加剂是甜菜碱0.2份,植酸酶0.2份,复合酶制剂0.1份,那西肽0.2份,氯苯胍0.1份,益生素0.1份,复合维生素0.4份;
