Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于活塞式压缩机的通过液体冷却的簧片阀的空心阀板,其包括一个半壳(3),该半壳具有在气缸侧敞开的冷却通道(4),所述半壳由一个至少沿冷却通道(4)优选被焊接或粘接的簧片板(2)覆盖,所述簧片板在吸气孔(5)的区域中分别具有加工出的、在一侧一体连接的吸气簧片(6)。由此简化了制造和安装并减少了有害空间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于活塞式压缩机的通过液体冷却的簧片阀的阀板。
背景技术
尤其是在用作汽车或类似的、通常长时间以大功率运行的应用中的制动空气压缩机时,需要主动冷却在气缸侧上支承至少一个吸气簧片并且在气缸盖侧上支承至少一个压力簧片的阀板,以避免该区域过热并且在至少在一定程度上预冷经由压力阀推出的压缩空气,所述压缩空气随后在多数情况下在气缸盖区域中在离开之前被进一步冷却。为此,根据现有技术使用局部空心或设有冷却通道的阀板,其冷却空间或冷却通道连接到活塞式压缩机的液体冷却装置或与活塞式压缩机一起连接到用于汽车驱动的内燃机的液体冷却装置上。
当今的用于制造这种空心阀板的现有技术一般是焊接。在此待焊接的单个零件由多个薄的被冲压的钢板构成,这些钢板在板叠中连接成一个单元,其中由中间板的曲折形的凹槽和局部凹口以及除输入孔和输出孔之外封闭的外侧板一起构成冷却通道或冷却空间。但另一方面也存在具有两个半壳(至少由灰口铸铁制成)的实施方式,所述半壳具有在一侧敞开的通道或区域,这两个半壳在组装状态中在内部形成封闭的三维通道或空间。在这两种实施方式中,吸气簧片和压力簧片单独地且密封地经由插头衬套或类似物被固定到阀板上。
因此,已知的阀板除了具有相对多的单个零件且其制造和安装也相对复杂之外,而且还具有这样的缺点:气缸侧产生的有害空间、即与结构有关的不能再压缩的死点容积相对大,这对于压缩机的可能的容积效率产生不利的影响。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于这样设计这种类型的阀板,使得制造和安装更加简单并且使得与设计有关的气缸侧的有害空间尽可能小。
根据本发明,该任务以下述方式得以解决:阀板仅具有一个半壳,该半壳具有在气缸侧敞开的冷却通道,所述半壳由一个至少沿冷却通道密封的簧片板覆盖,所述簧片板在吸气孔的区域中分别具有由簧片板加工出的、在一侧一体连接的吸气簧片。因此,同样已由现有技术公开的(例如DE 1 628 187 A1或EP 846 247 A1)覆盖整个阀板并且与阀板一起被夹紧在气缸和气缸盖之间的簧片板亦同时用于在气缸侧封闭半壳中的在气缸侧敞开的冷却通道,因此,由于省去了迄今在冷却的阀板中构成或封闭通道的单独的第二半壳或气缸侧的盖板,不仅大大简化了这种空心阀板的制造和安装,而且还额外将气缸侧的有害空间减小了直至50%(相对于迄今的具有两个半壳的实施方式)。整个系统的密封也更加简单,因为省去了一个密封平面。另外有利的是随之而来的重量减轻和成本节约。
在本发明的另一种特别优选的实施方式中,簧片板至少沿冷却通道与半壳永久连接、优选焊接或粘接,这在仅密封必要区域的同时确保了簧片板与半壳的连接。如果还需同时密封设置在簧片板和/或半壳中的通孔,则可非常简单地通过将焊接或粘接也扩大到这样区域来实现这点。

具体实施方式
在所有视图中仅示出阀板1本身,为简明起见而省略的双气缸-活塞式压缩机的气缸体在图2中连接在簧片板2(与半壳3组装)下方,在半壳3上方(图2)可想到气缸盖,其具有包含相应接口、冷却通道和类似物的吸气和压力通道。
具有在气缸侧单侧敞开的冷却通道4的半壳3由一个至少沿冷却通道4密封的簧片板2覆盖,所述簧片板在吸气孔5的区域中分别具有由簧片板2加工出的、在一侧一体连接的吸气簧片6。根据图3,簧片板2不仅沿冷却通道4与半壳保持连接(例如通过显示的焊道7或相应的粘接),而且还在围绕压力孔8的区域中与半壳保持连接,根据图2,所述压力孔在阀板的上侧由单独固定的压力阀9控制。除此之外,当然也可单独密封压力孔8。
通过这种方式,空心阀板1在吸气侧仅由两个构件构成,即簧片板2和设有敞开的冷却通道4的半壳3,所述簧片板同时具有吸气簧片的功能且封闭冷却通道4。所以所用构件较少,这降低了制造和安装费用并减少了重量和成本。此外,显而易见的是,气缸侧的有害空间可通过与单独的盖板或第二气缸侧半壳相比较薄的簧片板2明显减少,这有利于压缩机的容积效率。
仅出于完整性的原因,在图2中还示出用于未示出的气缸盖的固定螺栓的孔15、所谓的控制孔10和用于冷却水入口或出口的孔11。最后,以附图标记12表示簧片板2中的用于固定螺栓13穿过(以便将压力阀9固定在未示出的气缸上)的孔并且以附图标记14表示通往压力孔8的通孔。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于活塞式压缩机的通过液体冷却的簧片阀的空心阀板,其特征在于,设有一个半壳(3),该半壳具有在气缸侧敞开的冷却通道(4),所述半壳由一个至少沿冷却通道(4)密封的簧片板(2)覆盖,所述簧片板在吸气孔(5)的区域中分别具有由簧片板(2)加工出的、在一侧一体连接的吸气簧片(6)。
2.根据权利要求1的阀板,其特征在于,所述簧片板(2)至少沿冷却通道(4)与半壳(3)连接。
3.根据权利要求1的阀板,其特征在于,所述簧片板(2)至少沿冷却通道(4)与半壳(3)焊接或粘接。
