技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于内燃机气门机构的机械式杯状挺杆,具有空心圆柱形的壁,所述壁在一个端面上由板状的底部限定,底部的上侧设置为凸轮上滚面并具有中心的、类似漏斗的凹部,与凹部对齐的、拱形的凸台一体地从底部的下侧上突起,所述凸台的下端面用于贴靠气门杆。
背景技术
这种杯状挺杆由DE 101 14 073 A1公开。在底部下侧上的拱形的凸台的冲压-挤压技术(

)的制造中,从特定的凸台大小起,最终不可避免地在底部上侧中形成类似漏斗的凹部。此外,在DE 198 15 790 B4中很好地描述了凸台的制造。按照最先被提到的DE 101 14 073 A1,凹部应用作润滑剂容器。但是,在凹部中聚积制造残留物、如研磨颗粒或抛光颗粒或污物是不可避免的。因此,必须在复杂的工作过程中彻底清洁(清洗)凹部,使得接下来的清洁要求极高的工作过程、尤其是例如耐磨保护层的涂敷能够无干扰地进行或者说不影响凸轮上滚面。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种杯状挺杆,其可避免不希望的沉积物在凹部中聚积。
根据本发明,该目的这样来实现:类似漏斗的凹部在底部的上侧附近或在底部的上侧处被封闭,由此在底部中存在中心的封入腔。
另外,提出一种用于制造杯状挺杆的方法。
由此消除了上述缺点。通过在底部附近封闭凹部防止了不希望的、只能很难或费力地去除的颗粒在凹部中的聚积,由此可在底部上侧涂层之前实施标准清洗过程。在不施加底部涂层的情况下,本发明的措施也被证明是合理的。可能情况下也可考虑将本发明的措施用于液压挺杆或泵柱塞杆。
根据本发明的一种方案,凹部应通过其内壁的缩颈来封闭。在此可在凸台的外侧面上使用在此没有详述的变形工具,其钳状或爪状地作用。
作为替换方案,凹部也可通过单独的塞子来封闭,该塞子保留在杯状挺杆中或在杯状挺杆的最终装配之前被取出,主要是为了减轻重量或避免其在运行中脱落。

具体实施方式
图1示出用于内燃机气门机构的机械式杯状挺杆1。该杯状挺杆具有空心圆柱形的壁2,其在一个端面3上由板状的底部4限定。底部4的上侧5用作凸轮上滚面。
拱形的凸台8一体地从底部4的下侧7上突起。气门杆的端部可贴靠在凸台的下端面9上。在8按冲压挤压技术制造凸台时——在本领域这个过程通常也称为“深拉”,在底部4的上侧5中会“不可避免地”产生类似漏斗的凹部6。该凹部的特点取决于底部4的厚度和待形成的凸台8的高度以及直径。通常大批量地按高度分级地提供(vorgehalten)这种凸台8。
如图2中详细所示,凹部6在底部4上侧5附近通过其内壁11的类似缩颈的贴靠来封闭。这通过作用于凸台8的外侧面12上的变形钳来完成。因此,在底部4中留有中心的封入腔10。必要时也可以通过变形工具的事后作用至少几乎完全消除凹部6。
由于在底部4上侧5附近封闭凹部6,因而在为上侧5涂上耐磨保护层(例如PVD/CVD)的涂层过程之前无需以极为复杂从凹部6中去除研磨残留物或磨光残留物或其它残留物。如不进行根据本发明的封闭,则有可能不能完全去除杂质。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于内燃机气门机构的机械式杯状挺杆(1),该杯状挺杆具有空心圆柱形的壁(2),所述壁在一个端面(3)由板状的底部(4)限定,底部的上侧(5)设置为凸轮上滚面并且具有中心的、类似漏斗的凹部(6),与凹部(6)对齐的、拱形的凸台(8)一体地从底部(4)的下侧(7)上突起,所述凸台的下端面(9)用于贴靠气门杆,其特征在于,所述类似漏斗的凹部(6)在底部(4)的上侧(5)附近或在底部的上侧处被封闭,由此在底部(4)中存在中心的封入腔(10)。
2.根据权利要求1的杯状挺杆,其特征在于,所述凹部(6)的封闭通过其内壁(11)的缩颈状的贴靠来实现。
3.根据权利要求1的杯状挺杆,其特征在于,所述凹部(6)的封闭通过单独的塞子来实现。
4.一种用于制造根据权利要求1的前序部分的特征所述的杯状挺杆的方法,其特征在于,在形成具有壁(2)和底部(4)的杯状挺杆(1)的主要轮廓之后,通过冲压挤压过程形成拱形的凸台(8),接着,通过至少一个作用在拱形的凸台(8)的外侧面(12)上的变形钳在底部(4)的上侧(5)附近或在底部的上侧处封闭在此在底部(4)的上侧(5)中产生的漏斗状的凹部(6),由此在底部(4)中存在中心的封入腔(10)。
