Abstract
本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置,包括:后壳、与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组的四边分别设有数个凸起部,所述后壳上对应该些凸起部设有卡合槽,所述凸起部容置并卡合于所述卡合槽内,进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内。本发明提供的窄边框液晶显示装置,通过在液晶显示模组上设置凸起部,在后壳上设置卡合槽,所述凸起部容置并卡合于卡合槽内,进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内,其结构简单,易组装,能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化,且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维修或更换时,方便拆卸,能有效的控制维修成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,尤其涉及一种窄边框液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组(backlight module)。液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,通过玻璃基板通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
现有的液晶显示装置一般包括:后壳、与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组。所述液晶显示模组一般通过螺丝从前往后锁合固定安装于后壳内,再将前壳卡合安装于后壳上。请参阅图1,为现有的液晶显示模组的装配结构示意图,其外框100上设有螺丝安装区300,该螺丝安装区300上设有螺丝孔500,螺丝穿过该螺丝孔500将液晶显示模组安装于后壳内,由于螺丝安装区300的设置,前壳需相应设置较宽的边框以遮挡螺丝安装区300,因此液晶显示模组的非显示区域增大,进而使得显示区域700相应减小。同时,由于固定方式是螺丝从前往后固定,相应的增加了液晶显示装置的厚度。随着液晶显示装置生产技术不断的发展,液晶显示装置逐步趋向窄边框及薄型化发展,而液晶显示模组固定于后壳的方式很大程度的影响了液晶显示装置边框宽度及整体的厚度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置,其结构简单,易组装,能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化,且能有效的控制维修成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置,包括:后壳、与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组的四边分别设有数个凸起部,所述后壳上对应该些凸起部设有卡合槽,所述凸起部容置并卡合于所述卡合槽内,进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内。
所述液晶显示模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板。
所述背框包括基板及连接于基板的四个第一侧板,所述凸起部设于所述第一侧板的外表面。
所述后壳包括底板及连接于底板上的四个第二侧板。
所述卡合槽对应凸起部设于所述第二侧板的内侧。
所述凸起部由所述第一侧板靠近基板端向上倾斜设置,其具有一斜面,该斜面朝向所述卡合槽设置。
所述卡合槽为方形凹槽。
所述液晶显示模组还包括设于背框内的背光模组,该背光模组为液晶显示面板提供分布均匀的面光源。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的窄边框液晶显示装置,通过在液晶显示模组上设置凸起部,在后壳上设置卡合槽,所述凸起部容置并卡合于卡合槽内,进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内,其结构简单,易组装,能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化,且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维修或更换时,方便拆卸,能有效的控制维修成本。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图2及图3,本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置,包括:后壳2、与后壳2配合设置的前壳4及设于后壳2内的液晶显示模组6,所述液晶显示模组4的四边设有数个凸起部602,所述后壳2上对应该些凸起部602设有卡合槽202,所述凸起部602容置并卡合于所述卡合槽202内,进而将液晶显示模组6固定于后壳2内。
所述液晶显示模组6包括背框62及容置于背框62内的液晶显示面板64,所述背框62包括基板622及连接于基板622的四个第一侧板624,所述凸起部602设于所述第一侧板624的外表面。在本实施例中,所述凸起部602由所述第一侧板624靠近基板622端向上倾斜设置,其具有一斜面604,该斜面604朝向所述卡合槽202设置。
所述后壳2包括底板22及连接于底板22上的四个第二侧板24,所述卡合槽202对应凸起部602设于所述第二侧板24的内侧。在本实施例中,所述卡合槽202为方形凹槽。
所述凸起部602和卡合槽202的个数根据实际情况进行选择,本实施例中,凸起部602为八个,平均分配于四个第一侧板624上,卡合槽202对应凸起部602设置于第二侧板24上,也为八个。
组装时,液晶显示模组6直接往后壳2上压下,即可使凸起部602滑入卡合槽202内;拆卸时,将后壳2的侧板24的自由端向外推开,同时向上提起液晶显示模组6,即可使得液晶显示模组从卡合槽202内滑出,进而将液晶显示模组6与后壳2分离,安装及拆卸方法都简单易操作,可有效节约作业时间。
所述液晶显示模组6还包括设于背框62内的背光模组(未图示),该背光模组为液晶显示面板64提供分布均匀的面光源,以保证液晶显示模组6正常工作。
综上所述,本发明提供的窄边框液晶显示装置,通过在液晶显示模组上设置凸起部,在后壳上设置卡合槽,所述凸起部容置并卡合于卡合槽内,进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内,其结构简单,易组装,能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化,且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维修或更换时,方便拆卸,能有效的控制维修成本。

Claims (8)
1.一种窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括:后壳、与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组,所述液晶显示模组的四边分别设有数个凸起部,所述后壳上对应该些凸起部设有卡合槽,所述凸起部容置并卡合于所述卡合槽内,进而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内。
2.如权利要求1所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示模组包括背框及容置于背框内的液晶显示面板。
3.如权利要求2所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述背框包括基板及连接于基板的四个第一侧板,所述凸起部设于所述第一侧板的外表面。
4.如权利要求3所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述后壳包括底板及连接于底板上的四个第二侧板。
5.如权利要求4所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述卡合槽对应凸起部设于所述第二侧板的内侧。
6.如权利要求3所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述凸起部由所述第一侧板靠近基板端向上倾斜设置,其具有一斜面,该斜面朝向所述卡合槽设置。
7.如权利要求6所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述卡合槽为方形凹槽。
8.如权利要求2所述的窄边框液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶显示模组还包括设于背框内的背光模组,该背光模组为液晶显示面板提供分布均匀的面光源。
