Abstract

本发明提供一种矿料的综合加工方法，包括将经颚式破碎机破碎后的小块料投入球破机中进行粉碎，形成砂粉混合的状态；将砂粉混合物送入干洗机进行砂粉分离；将在干洗机中去除细粉后的6～120目的砂料送入密闭式振动筛中筛分成各种型号的矿砂，筛余的超大颗粒返回球破机继续粉碎；将经干洗机砂粉分离出的细粉继续送入球磨分级系统，加工成120～325目的硅微粉，然后由脉冲除尘器收集为325目以细的超细粉。采用本发明的矿料综合加工方法，可实现一矿同时生产出砂料、微粉、超细粉三个级别多种规格的矿产品，实现无副料生产，整体作业在负压下全干法进行，无粉尘外逸、无水污染、无过粉碎现象，达到了节材、节能、环保的目的。

一种矿料的综合加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种矿料的加工方法，尤其涉及一种非金属矿料的综合加工方法。
背景技术
石英是一种物理性质和化学性质均十分稳定的矿产资源，具有机械强度高、截污能力强、耐酸性能好等特点，作为一种坚硬、耐磨、化学性能稳定的硅酸盐矿物，广泛应用于光学、玻璃、电子、化学及耐火材料等工业。现有的石英加工方法主要有干法加工和湿法加工。但干法加工仅能针对单一粗碎或细碎设计，无法实现统一生产线生产多种细度的成品，存在产品品种单一，会产生较多副料，矿石利用率低、能耗高，粉尘污染等缺点。而现有的湿法生产的整个生产流程用水做介质，在生产过程中产生大量的废水，会产生水污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术会产生粉尘污染和水污染的问题，本发明提供一种矿料的综合加工方法。
根据本发明，提供一种矿料的综合加工方法，包括以下步骤：
1)将经颚式破碎机破碎后的小块料投入球破机中进行粉碎，形成砂粉混合的状态；
2)将砂粉混合物送入干洗机进行砂粉分离；
3)将在干洗机中去除细粉后的6～120目的砂料送入密闭式振动筛中筛分成各种型号的矿砂，筛余的超大颗粒返回球破机继续粉碎；
4)将步骤3)中经干洗机砂粉分离出的细粉继续送入球磨分级系统，加工成120～325目的硅微粉，然后由脉冲除尘器收集为325目以细的超细粉。
优选地，步骤1)中的球破机采用自破式短球磨机；
优选地，步骤1)中的球破机的长径比为1～1.5；
优选地，步骤1)中的球破机的内壁设置有石英板，石英板的厚度为10～20厘米；
优选地，步骤1)中的球破机的内置磨球为石英磨球；
优选地，步骤1)中环绕球破机的出料口设置多个槽缝式导出条；
优选地，步骤2)中的干洗机包括振动区和分级区，其中，振动区具有振动床，其下设置通风装置；分级区设置有分级轮；
优选地，分级轮采用PU叶片；
优选地，矿料为石英。
采用本发明的矿料综合加工方法，可实现一矿同时生产出砂料、微粉、超细粉三个级别多种规格的矿产品，实现无副料生产，整体作业在负压下全干法进行，无粉尘外逸、无水污染、无过粉碎现象，达到了节材、节能、环保的目的。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图，对本发明的实施方式作进一步的详细描述。
图1示出了依据本发明，矿料的综合加工方法的机构连接图。参照图1，原矿经预选合格后经颚式破碎机(以下简称“鄂破”)破碎成25毫米以下的小块，将鄂破后的小块投入球破机10加干洗机20的联合作业中进行粉碎和砂粉分离，将去除细粉后的粒度为6～120目砂料送入密闭式的振动筛中筛分成各种型号的石英砂，筛余的超大颗粒返回球破机10中继续粉碎。将干洗机20分离出的细粉送入球磨分级系统(未绘示)加工成120～325目的硅微粉，分出的硅微粉的尾气由脉冲除尘器30收集为325目以细的超细粉，干净的空气通过引风机40排出，由此完成一个破磨分选循环。所有物料接触的管路均采用有机耐磨材料，避免了石英的杂质污染。
图1中的球破机10为一种专用的自破式短球磨机。图2示出了依据本发明，球破机的结构示意图。参照图2，球破机10的长度L与直径D的比在1～1.5之间，适用于破碎，效率高、细粉含量少。球破机10的筒体内衬10～20厘米的石英板11，并采用石英磨球13，不但耐磨性好，并且无杂质污染，要粉碎的小块料同时充当研磨介质，进行自破式粉碎。环绕球破机10的出料口设置多个槽缝式导出条12，降低出料阻力，减少磨损。
与球破机10连接的干洗机20为一种专用的过滤式干法分离机，图3示出了依据本发明，干洗机的结构示意图。参照图3，干洗机20包括振动区25和筛分区24，其中，振动区25具有振动床251，其下设置通风装置252。经球破机10破碎后的物料由进料口21进入振动床251被剧烈磨擦、分散，空气从振动床251底部的通风装置252进入，把物料中的细粉擦洗、清吹、扬起，细粉通过设置在筛分区24内的分级轮241排出，粒度为6～120目的粗粉(砂料)经振动床251排出，经密闭式振动筛分机(未绘示)筛分出各种型号的石英砂，筛余的超大颗粒返回球破机10继续粉碎。
因此，采用本发明的矿料综合加工方法，能生产出多种规格的石英产品，无副料产生，无粉尘外逸，无水污染，无过粉碎的现象，更节能、环保。

Claims (4)

1.一种矿料的综合加工方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)将破碎后的块料投入球破机中进行粉碎，形成砂粉混合物；所述球破机采用自破式短球磨机，其长径比为1～1.5；所述球破机的内壁设置有石英板，所述石英板的厚度为10～20厘米，所述球破机的内置磨球为石英磨球；
2)将所述砂粉混合物送入干洗机进行砂粉分离；所述干洗机包括振动区和分级区，其中，所述振动区具有振动床，其下设置通风装置；所述分级区设置有分级轮；
3)将在上述干洗机中去除细粉后的6～120目的砂料送入密闭式振动筛中筛分成各种型号的矿砂，筛余的超大颗粒返回所述球破机继续粉碎；
4)将步骤3)中经干洗机砂粉分离出的细粉继续送入球磨分级系统，加工成120～325目的硅微粉，然后由脉冲除尘器收集为325目以细的超细粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的矿料综合加工方法，其特征在于，步骤1)中环绕所述球破机的出料口设置多个槽缝式导出条。
3.如权利要求1所述的矿料综合加工方法，其特征在于，所述分级轮采用PU耐磨叶片。
4.如权利要求1所述的矿料综合加工方法，其特征在于，所述矿料为石英。
