Abstract
本发明提供一种金属加工用润滑油组合物,其在基油中配合下述式(1)所示的二酯化合物而成:R1OCO-Z-COOR2 (1)(式中,R1、R2各自独立地为碳原子数1以上18以下的烷基,Z为碳原子数10以上12以下的亚烷基)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于轧制等的金属加工用润滑油组合物。
背景技术
进行金属材料的轧制时,轧制板通过的部分的工作轧辊中,会发生被称为辊涂层(roll coating)的以一定的色调着色的现象。由于工作轧辊常常与轧制板直接接触,因此该辊涂层对轧制性或轧制产品的表面性状会产生大的影响。例如,在不锈钢的冷轧中,由轧制前工序中的退火或酸洗涤生成的晶界状的网孔花纹使光发生漫反射,因此导致板光泽度降低。这种情况下,需要在冷轧时去除前述的网孔花纹来使板光泽度提高。由于这种作用是通过辊涂层的生成而形成的,因此在宽度方向上生成均匀的辊涂层在表面品质上非常重要(参照非专利文献1)。另外,在精轧工序中,由表面粗度大的轧辊换成精轧用的表面粗度小的轧辊。因此,就精轧而言,从没有辊涂层的状态开始到辊涂层生成为止板光泽度都是低的。所以,若辊涂层的生成慢,则轧制板的成品率降低,结果生产能力也降低。由此,在工作轧辊表面生成辊涂层,不仅可以赋予轧制板高光泽,而且从生产能力的观点考虑,也是优选的现象。
因此,在金属材料的轧制中,需要在工作轧辊表面上快速生成辊涂层,且轧制油的选定是重要的。另外,作为轧制油,要求轧制性优良,即在低轧制荷重下能得到高压缩率,在苛刻的条件下也不产生咬粘(热划伤,heat scratch)。特别是在不锈钢的冷轧中,由于材料是硬质的,因此对轧制油也要求耐咬粘性,而且从其用途方面考虑,材料表面的设计性也很重要,并强烈要求板光泽度高。
因此,提出了含有由碳原子数6~10的脂肪族直链二羧酸与碳原子数3~5的醇构成的二酯的不锈钢用冷轧油(参照专利文献1)。另外,还提出了一种冷轧油组合物,其主骨架含有0.5~30质量%的由碳原子数12~28的脂肪族二羧酸与碳原子数1~9的脂肪族醇得到的二酯及0.01~5.0质量%的磷系化合物(参照专利文献2)。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
但是,就专利文献1中记载的不锈钢用冷轧油而言,辊涂层的生成中不仅要有长的轧制距离,而且耐咬粘性也未必充分。另外,就专利文献2中记载的冷轧油组合物而言,可确认耐咬粘性,但辊涂层的生成中也需要较大的轧制距离。
本发明的目的在于提供能以短的轧制距离赋予轧制板高光泽,且耐咬粘性也优良的金属加工用润滑油组合物。
解决课题的手段
为了解决上述课题,本发明提供如下所述的金属加工用润滑油组合物。
[1]金属加工用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,在基油中配合下述式(1)中所示的二酯化合物而成:
式中,R1、R2各自独立地为碳原子数1以上18以下的烷基,Z为碳原子数10以上12以下的亚烷基。

发明效果
本发明的金属加工用润滑油组合物,由于在基油中配合规定的二酯化合物而成,因此,在耐咬粘性优良的同时,可以以短轧制距离赋予轧制板高光泽。因此,作为不锈钢等硬金属材料的冷轧用是有用的。
具体实施方式
本发明的金属加工用润滑油组合物(以下,也简称为“本组合物”。)中,作为基油使用矿物油或合成油均可。
作为矿物油,可以列举各种矿物油。例如,可以列举:将石蜡基系原油、中间基系原油或环烷基系原油进行常压蒸馏、或将常压蒸馏的残渣油进行减压蒸馏得到的馏出油,或者通过常规方法将其精制得到的精制油,例如溶剂精制油、氢化精制油、脱蜡处理油及白土处理油等。
另外,作为合成油,可以使用碳原子数8~14的聚α-烯烃(PAO),烯烃共聚物(OPC,例如乙烯-丙烯共聚物等),或者聚丁烯、聚丙烯等的分枝烯烃或它们的氢化物,以及多元醇酯(三羟甲基丙烷的脂肪酸酯、季戊四醇的脂肪酸酯等)等的酯系化合物,烷基苯等。
本发明中,作为基油,前述的矿物油或合成油可以使用1种,也可以将2种以上组合使用。也可以将矿物油与合成油混合使用。
作为这种基油,优选40℃下的动力粘度在1mm2/s~30mm2/s的范围内的基油,更优选4mm2/s~20mm2/s的范围。如果该动力粘度低于1mm2/s,则燃点低,有可能使燃烧引起的火灾等危险性增加;另一方面,若超过30mm2/s,则会在轧制板表面产生油坑(oil pit)而使光泽度降低,或者可能发生卷绕偏差等不良情况。
本组合物是对上述的基油配合下述式(1)表示的二酯化合物而成的:
这里,式中,R1、R2各自独立地为碳原子数1以上18以下的烷基。R1或R2的碳原子数若为19以上,则有轧制板的光泽降低的担心。另外,从耐咬粘性的观点考虑,优选R1或R2的碳原子数在4以下,特别优选R1及R2的碳原子数均在4以下。作为这种烷基,可以列举:甲基、乙基、丙基、丁基,丙基或丁基可以是直链状也可以是分枝状。其中,从耐咬粘性的方面考虑,最优选的是R1及R2均为甲基的情况。
上述的式(1)中,Z为碳原子数为10以上12以下的亚烷基。Z的碳原子数若为在该范围的亚烷基,则耐咬粘性良好,轧制时容易生成辊涂层,轧制板的光泽也良好。Z虽然可以是直链也可以具有分枝,但从赋予光泽的方面考虑,更优选为直链。另外,从耐咬粘性和生成辊涂层的观点考虑,最优选Z的碳原子数为10,且R1及R2均为甲基的情况。
本组合物中,式(1)所表示的二酯的配合量,从耐咬粘性及容易生成辊涂层的观点考虑,优选以组合物总量为基准计为0.1质量%以上且40质量%以下。该二酯的更优选的配合量,以组合物总量为基准计为1质量%以上且30质量%以下,更优选为1质量%以上且20质量%以下,进一步优选为3质量%、20质量%以下。
本组合物中,优选进一步配合油性剂。作为本组合物中配合的油性剂,优选使用单酯或高级醇。
作为单酯,优选碳原子数13以上48以下的单酯。通过将该单酯与上述式(1)的二酯组合使用,可以进一步提高耐咬粘性和轧制板的光泽。另外,通过配合该单酯,也可以降低上述二酯的使用量。
作为这种单酯,例如可以列举下述式(2)表示的脂肪族单羧酸酯:

这里,式中,R3表示碳原子数11以上22以下的烷基,R4表示碳原子数1以上25以下的烷基,R3和R4的合计碳原子数为12以上47以下。
式(2)表示的单酯的更优选的碳原子数为13以上36以下的范围。作为该单酯的具体例子,优选列举:硬脂酸甲酯、硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸辛酯、棕榈酸辛酯等,其中,从赋予耐咬粘性的方面与易获得性的观点考虑,最优选硬脂酸丁酯。
本组合物中,可以使用上述单酯中的1种,也可以将2种以上组合使用。另外,轧制油组合物中该单酯的配合量,优选以组合物总量为基准计为0.5质量%以上且40质量%以下的范围,更优选3质量%以上且30质量%以下的范围,特别是最优选5质量%以上且20质量%以下的范围。该单酯的配合量若超过40质量%,则有可能发生轧辊打滑(roll slip),另外,低温流动性也有可能恶化。
作为高级醇,从耐咬粘性的方面考虑,优选碳原子数12以上18以下的醇。具体可以列举各种饱和醇或不饱和醇,饱和醇、不饱和醇均可以良好地使用。作为这种饱和醇,可以列举:直链或分枝状的十二烷醇(例如,月桂醇)、直链或分枝状的十三烷醇、直链或分枝状的十四烷醇、直链或分枝状的十五烷醇、直链或分枝状的十六烷醇以及它们的混合物等。
另外,作为不饱和醇,可以列举:直链状或分枝状的癸烯醇、直链状或分枝状的十一烯醇、直链状或分枝状的十二烯醇、直链状或分枝状的十三烯醇、直链状或分枝状的十四烯醇、直链状或分枝状的十五烯醇、直链状或分枝状的十六烯醇、直链状或分枝状的十七烯醇、直链状或分枝状的十八烯醇等。
虽然没有特别限定在本组合物中配合上述的高级醇时的比例,但从耐咬粘性的方面考虑,以组合物总量为基准计为1质量%以上且20质量%以下,优选为2质量%以上且15质量%以下,进一步优选为3质量%以上且12质量%以下。
对于本组合物,在不损害发明的效果的范围内,也可以配合以下所示的各种添加剂。具体的,可以适当配合使用表面活性剂、极压剂、抗磨耗剂、抗氧剂、防锈剂、金属钝化剂以及消泡剂等。
在将本组合物分散于水中制成乳剂使用时,使用表面活性剂。作为表面活性剂,例如,可以列举:阴离子性表面活性剂、阳离子性表面活性剂、非离子性表面活性剂以及两性表面活性剂等。作为阴离子性表面活性剂,有烷基苯磺酸盐、α-烯烃磺酸盐等。作为阳离子性表面活性剂,有烷基三甲基铵盐、二烷基二甲基铵盐等季铵盐等。作为非离子性表面活性剂,可以列举:聚氧亚烷基烷基醚、聚氧亚烷基烷基苯基醚等的醚。配合量优选在以组合物总量为基准计为0.01质量%以上且10质量%以下的范围内选定。
作为极压剂,例如可以列举:硫化烯烃、二烷基多硫化物、二芳基烷基多硫化物、二芳基多硫化物等硫系化合物,磷酸酯、硫代磷酸酯、亚磷酸酯、烷基亚磷酸氢酯(alkyl hydrogen phosphite)、磷酸酯胺盐、亚磷酸酯胺盐等磷系化合物等。另外,其配合量可以优选在以组合物总量为基准计为0.01质量%以上且10质量%以下,更优选在0.05质量%以上且5质量%以下的范围内选定。
作为抗磨耗剂,例如可以列举:二硫代磷酸锌(ZnDTP)、二硫代氨基甲酸锌(ZnDTC)、二硫代磷酸氧硫化钼(MoDTP)、二硫代氨基甲酸氧硫化钼(MoDTC)等。另外,其配合量优选在以组合物总量为基准计为0.1质量%以上且5质量%以下的范围内选定。
作为抗氧剂,例如可以列举:烷基化二苯基胺、苯基-α-萘胺、烷基化-α-萘胺等胺系,2,6-二叔丁基-对甲酚等酚系,以及2,6-二叔丁基-4-[4,6-双(辛基硫代)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基氨基]苯酚、硫代二丙酸二月桂基酯等硫系等。另外,其配合量可以优选在以组合物总量为基准计为0.05质量%以上且3质量%以下,更优选在0.2质量%以上且2质量%以下的范围内选定。
作为防锈剂,例如可以列举:如三乙醇胺的链烷醇胺、石油磺酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、二壬基萘磺酸盐、烯基琥珀酸酯以及多元醇酯等。这些防锈剂的配合量,从配合效果的方面来看,可以优选在以组合物总量为基准计为0.01质量%以上且1质量%以下,更优选在0.05质量%以上且0.5质量%以下的范围内选定。
作为金属钝化剂,例如,可以列举:苯并三唑系、甲苯并三唑(tolyltriazol)系、噻二唑系以及咪唑系化合物等。另外,其配合量,从配合效果的方面考虑,可以优选在以组合物总量为基准计为0.01质量%以上且1质量%以下,更优选在0.01质量%以上且0.5质量%以下的范围内选定。
作为消泡剂,例如,可以列举:硅酮、氟硅酮(フルオロシリコール)以及氟代烷基醚等。消泡剂,从消泡效果及经济性的平衡等方面考虑,以组合物总量为基准计,优选在0.005质量%以上且0.1质量%以下的范围内选定。
本发明的金属加工用润滑油组合物,能以短的轧制距离赋予轧制板高光泽,耐咬粘性也优良,因此,可特别适合作为如不锈钢之类的坚硬且轧制板表面的设计性高的金属材料的冷轧油使用。
实施例
以下,通过实施例进一步详细地说明本发明,但本发明并不受这些例子的任何限定。
[实施例1~7、比较例1~5]
(1)样品油的制备
制备具有表1、表2所示的配合组成的轧制油(样品油),使用轧机进行轧制试验。
这里,样品油的制备中使用的各成分如下所述。
(1.1)基油:使用40℃动力粘度为7mm2/s和30mm2/s的2种石蜡系矿物油,并调整这些矿物油的混合比例,使40℃动力粘度为8mm2/s。
(1.2)二酯1:式(1)的二酯中,R1、R2均为甲基,Z为碳原子数10的直链亚烷基(十二烷二酸二甲酯)。
(1.3)二酯2:式(1)的二酯中,R1、R2均为甲基,Z为碳原子数12的直链亚烷基(十四烷二酸二甲酯)。
(1.4)二酯3:由以下的化学式表示的脂肪族二羧酸的二甲酯
(1.5)二酯4:己二酸二异壬酯
(1.6)二酯5:己二酸二异癸酯
(1.7)三酯:偏苯三酸与辛醇的三酯
(1.8)油性剂:月桂醇、丁醇硬脂酸酯(硬脂酸丁酯)

(2)轧制实验
(2.1)耐咬粘性(耐热划伤性)的评价
在表3所示的轧制条件下进行轧制实验。具体的,将厚度1.5mm的SUS304(2B)材料通过4个道次(pass)轧制成0.67mm,在第5道次时压缩率从14.9%开始慢慢升高,求出轧制板表面开始产生热划伤的压缩率。
(2.2)光泽性的评价
用表4所示的道次程序进行轧制实验。具体的,在第3道次的轧制后每5m采集板样品。然后求出样品板的光泽以20度光泽(gloss)(按照ASTMD523)计超过850时的轧制距离。认为该轧制距离越短,辊涂层的生成越快。
尚需说明,就本实验而言,实验中使用的轧制板的厚度为1mm,工作轧辊的表面粗度Ra为0.03μm,这方面与(2.1)的实验不同。

(3)评价结果
由表1可知,实施例1~7的样品油,由于配合规定的二酯而成,因此能以短的轧制距离发挥优良的光泽,而且耐咬粘性(耐热划伤性)也优良。相对于此,比较例1~4的样品油配合的二酯的结构与本发明的二酯不同,因此为了得到良好的光泽,需要相当长的轧制距离。另外,比较例5中配合的酯为三酯,因此同样,为了得到良好的光泽,需要相当长的轧制距离。
Claims (6)
2. 权利要求1所述的金属加工用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述式(1)中的Z为直链结构。
3. 权利要求1或2所述的金属加工用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,所述式(1)中的二酯化合物的配合量,以组合物总量为基准计为0.1质量%以上且30质量%以下。
4. 权利要求1~3任一项所述的金属加工用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,进一步配合油性剂而成。
5. 权利要求1~4任一项所述的金属加工用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,该组合物用于冷轧。
6. 权利要求5所述的金属加工用润滑油组合物,其特征在于,该组合物用于不锈钢。
