Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗偏头痛的中药制剂。祖国医学认为偏头痛是因风邪侵袭巅顶经脉，气血不和，经络阻遏，气机阻滞，脉络不通引起。为此，本发明选择具有调气活血通络的中药雪里开、郁金、鸡血藤、薤白、甘草、菜豆树、蔓荆子、桂枝、荜茇、荔枝核、龙眼肉、麦冬，由我院制剂室煎成汤剂，经临床试验，治愈率为63.1％，总有效率达到97.6％，均明显优于对照组。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗偏头痛的中药制剂。
背景技术
偏头疼是一种反复发作的临床常见症状，主要由神经元，特别是下丘脑神经元功能失调导致血管舒缩素紊乱引起。偏头疼通常在青春期前后起病，历时长达数年甚至数十年，反复发作，顽固难愈；目前对发病机制尚不明确，临床治疗仍以西药为主，西药治疗偏头痛症只能暂时缓解症状，难以去除病根，给患者带来一定的痛苦，临床缺乏有效的治疗方法。多年的临床观察发现，一些中药治疗偏头疼疗效明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗偏头痛的中药制剂。祖国医学认为偏头痛是因风邪侵袭巅顶经脉，气血不和，经络阻遏，气机阻滞，脉络不通引起。为此，中医治疗以调气活血通络为原则。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗偏头痛的中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：雪里开10-12份、郁金6-8份、鸡血藤10-12份、薤白10-12份、甘草5-7份、菜豆树12-14份、蔓荆子5-7份、桂枝9-11份、荜茇3-5份、荔枝核7-9份、龙眼肉9-11份、麦冬10-12份。
优选的，雪里开11份、郁金7份、鸡血藤11份、薤白11份、甘草6份、菜豆树13份、蔓荆子6份、桂枝10份、荔枝核8份、龙眼肉10份、麦冬11份。
制备方法将上述中药按传统煎制方法制成汤剂。
方中：雪里开：入肺，肝，肾三经；行气活血。
郁金：入肝、心、肺经；活血行气止痛，解郁心情。
鸡血藤：入肝、肾经；行血补血，调经，舒筋活络。
薤白：通阳散结，行气导滞。
甘草：入肺、脾、胃经；益气补中清热解毒祛痰止咳缓解止痛
菜豆树：清热解毒，散瘀止痛。
蔓荆子：入膀胱、肝、胃经；疏散风热，清利头目。
桂枝：入心、肺、膀胱经；发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气。
荔枝核：入肝、肾经；行气散结，散寒止痛。
龙眼肉：入心、肝、脾、肾经；补益心脾，养血安神。
麦冬：入胃、肺、心经；养阴润肺益胃生津清心除烦
临床资料
一般资料168例患者均为门诊患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组84例，其中，男性24例，女性60例，年龄17～42岁，平均31岁；对照组84例，男性24例，女性60例，年龄18～41岁，平均30岁。两组中，病程最长18年，最短2年，平均为10年，均无严重的肝、肾、心肺疾病，全部病例治疗前后均行颈颅多普勒超声检查，均排除由于上呼吸道感染、鼻窦炎、颅内感染、脑肿瘤、颈椎病变所致的头痛。经统计学分析，两组病例资料无显著性差异。
诊断标准长期反复发作的头痛病史，头痛为一侧钻痛性或搏动性，持续数小时至10余小时后恢复正常；体格检查正常；试用麦角胶等止痛剂有效。
治疗方法治疗组服用本发明所述的中药制剂，每日1剂，分早、晚二次服用；对照组口服盐酸氟桂嗪片10mg，3次/d，两组均7天为一个疗程。
疗效标准(1)治愈：症状消失无复发，相关实验室检查正常；(2)显效：症状消失，颈颅多普勒超声检查正常，半年以内无复发；(3)有效：症状减轻，实验室检查有所改善；(4)无效：症状及实验室检查均无改善。
治疗结果治疗两周后统计疗效，治疗组84例，其中治愈53例(63.1％)，显效18例(21.4％)，有效11例(13.1)，无效2例(2.4％)；总有效率97.6％；对照组84例，其中治愈26例(31.0％)，显效23例(27.4％)，有效19例(22.6％)，无效16例(19.0％)，总有效率81.0％。两组治愈率、总有效率有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。
具体实施方式
实施例一：称取雪里开11g、郁金7g、鸡血藤11g、薤白11g、甘草6g、菜豆树13g、蔓荆子6g、桂枝10g、荔枝核8g、龙眼肉10g、麦冬11g。水煎，每日1剂，早、晚分服，7天为1个疗程。
实施例二：称取雪里开10g、郁金6g、鸡血藤10g、薤白10g、甘草5g、菜豆树12g、蔓荆子5g、桂枝9g、荔枝核7g、龙眼肉9g、麦冬10g。水煎，每日1剂，早、晚分服，7天为1个疗程。
实施例三：称取雪里开12g、郁金8g、鸡血藤12g、薤白12g、甘草7g、菜豆树14g、蔓荆子7g、桂枝11g、荔枝核9g、龙眼肉11g、麦冬12g。水煎，每日1剂，早、晚分服，7天为1个疗程。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗偏头痛的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：雪里开10-12份、郁金6-8份、鸡血藤10-12份、薤白10-12份、甘草5-7份、菜豆树12-14份、蔓荆子5-7份、桂枝9-11份、荜茇3-5份、荔枝核7-9份、龙眼肉9-11份、麦冬10-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗偏头痛的中药制剂，其特征在于该中药制剂由以下重量份的中药制成：雪里开11份、郁金7份、鸡血藤11份、薤白11份、甘草6份、菜豆树13份、蔓荆子6份、桂枝10份、荔枝核8份、龙眼肉10份、麦冬11份。
