1.2 Experimental methods and results
Selecting a C57BL/6 mouse with the weight of 18-22 g (female parent)
Figure BDA00001638202800051
For both purposes, 22 mice were bred for one week, acclimatized, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, and depilatory (Na) was added2S) symmetrically coating the depilatory paste on two sides (one side is a medicament side and the other side is a blank side) of the back of a mouse, depilating after about 2-3 minutes, cleaning with warm water, and taking care that the depilatory paste does not damage the skin, wherein the area of one side is 2cm multiplied by 2cm, and the back of the mouse is smooth and has no injury or residual hair. The drug side of the experimental group was coated with drug 1 (0.1 ml/time), the blank side was coated with 30% ethanol solution (0.1 ml/time), the drug side of the control group was coated with drug 2 (0.1 ml/time), the blank side was coated with 30% ethanol solution (0.1 ml/time), and the two groups were coated with drug every dayIt is administered for 24 days at 2 times. Taking 10 longest hairs in the hair removal treatment area (medicament side and blank side) in the last day of the experiment, measuring the length by using a vernier caliper under a magnifying glass, calculating an average value as the length of the newly grown hairs in the hair removal area of each mouse, and calculating the average value of the hair length of each group of mice; a round skin piece with the diameter of 1cm is taken at the same position of the back of each mouse, all body hair on the skin piece is scraped by a blade, and the weight average value of the hair of each group of mice is obtained by weighing. The results are shown in tables 1 and 2 below.

The three groups are applied externally 2 times per day for 14 days. Uniformly coating 0.02mL of dimethylbenzene on the right ear after 60min of the last administration, taking off the cervical vertebra after 15min, killing the cervical vertebra, punching a round ear piece on the same part of the two ears by using a puncher respectively, and weighing. The swelling degree (swelling degree = right ear weight — left ear weight) was calculated, and the results are shown in table 3.

Comparing with model group and control group*P<0.05,**P<0.01。
As shown in Table 3, compared with a model group, after the hair growth hormone rich in the plant flavonoid substances is externally applied for 14 days continuously, the inhibition rate of inflammation-induced swelling of an experimental group reaches 75.88%, the inflammation-induced swelling of mouse auricles (P is less than 0.01) caused by xylene can be remarkably reduced, the swelling degree of a control group has no obvious influence, and the result shows that the hair growth hormone rich in the plant flavonoid substances has a good anti-inflammatory effect.
3. Test for antipruritic Effect
3.1 test agent:
the experimental group was dosed as dose 6: the germinant rich in plant flavonoids prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention is prepared into liquid medicine with the concentration of 30mg/ml by using 30% (v/v) ethanol.

Figure BDA00001638202800072
The method is used simultaneously, wherein all groups of animals adopt 10% NaS solution to unhair in the back from the first day of the experiment, and then the animals are randomly divided into a control group, an experimental group and a model group according to the weight; the experimental group was coated with 6 doses (1 ml/time), the control group with 7 doses (1 ml/time), and the model group with 8 doses (1 ml/time). The three groups are applied externally 2 times per day for 10 consecutive days. After 30min of the last application, 0.025% dextran was injected into the tail vein of the mouse, the head of the mouse was scratched by the front paw, the trunk of the mouse was scratched by the rear paw, and the parts of the whole body were gnawed to be used as the indication of itching, and the onset of itching in the mouse was recorded within 30minFrequency and latency to onset of pruritus. The results are shown in Table 4.

Figure BDA00001638202800074
Comparison with model control group*P<0.05
As can be seen from Table 4, after the medicine is externally applied for 10 consecutive days, compared with the model group, the scratching times caused by the intravenous injection of dextran of the experimental group are reduced by 30 percent (P is less than 0.05), and the scratching latency is prolonged by 96 percent (P is less than 0.05); while the reduction in the number of scratches was reduced but not significant in the control group. The result shows that the plant flavonoid-rich hair restorer of the invention has stronger antipruritic effect on the pruritus reaction caused by dextran.
