Abstract
本发明涉及特定的二磺基型荧光增白剂用于含有合成粘合剂与不同的合成辅助粘合剂的光学增亮涂布泥浆的用途。此外,本发明涉及涂布泥浆及其用于制备涂布纸的用途。
Description
本发明涉及特定的二磺基型荧光增白剂(disulfo-type fluorescentwhitening agents)用于光学增亮或制备涂布泥浆(coating slips)的用途、涂布泥浆本身及其等用于制造增亮纸的用途。
众所周知可通过添加荧光增白剂而增进纸与纸板的白度。纸与纸板产业中所用的最重要的荧光增白剂是4,4’-二氨基芪(diaminostilbene)-2,2’-二磺酸(黄酮酸(flavonic acid))的苯胺基取代的双三嗪基衍生物。已知来自这些荧光增白剂的二磺基、四磺基及六磺基类型。在苯胺环不具有磺酸基的二磺基型荧光增白剂在水中的溶解度低及对于纤维素纤维的亲和力高。它们特别适用于造纸方法的湿端(wet-end)。在各苯胺环具有二个磺酸基的六磺基型荧光增白剂在水中的溶解度高及对于纤维素纤维的亲和力低。当需要非常高的白度时,它们是较特殊的产品。在各苯胺环具有一个磺酸基的四磺基型荧光增白剂显示介于二磺基型与六磺基型荧光增白剂之间的性质,及最常用于纸或纸板的增白。
可通过在纸浆和/或表面应用中使用荧光增白剂而实现未涂布纸或未经处理的涂布纸的增亮作用,用于该目的的荧光增白剂通常以溶解形式存在。在制造涂布纸时,通常在涂布泥浆中添加荧光增白剂,以便在制成的涂布纸中,该荧光增白剂也存在于施用至纸的颜料层中。涂布纸特别适用于生产高质量印刷品。目前存在日趋增加的朝向具有高白度的涂布纸的趋势,并因此存在对于尽可能有效作为涂布泥浆组分的荧光增白剂的需求。
常见的在苯胺环不具有磺酸基的二磺基型荧光增白剂在水中的溶解度低,其造成浓缩液体制剂的问题,例如形成沉淀物,及因而需要增溶助剂诸如脲、三乙醇胺或二乙二醇,然而其在再制浆涂层破碎(repulping coated broke)的后污染造纸厂的废水,及因而这并非是所希望的。
EP-A-1 355 004描述用于增亮涂布泥浆的四磺基型荧光增白剂。WO 2006/045714A1公开用于涂覆、施胶压制(size press)或薄膜压制应用的含有荧光增白剂、自烯属(ethylenically)不饱和单体或单体掺合物所形成的聚合物及任选的聚乙二醇的组合物。EP-A-1 752 453讲述含有磺酸基的特定相反离子的二磺基型荧光增白剂的储存安定性溶液,这样的相反离子衍生自特定的氨基烷醇。WO 02/055646A1公开含有二种特定的二磺基型荧光增白剂的混合物的浓缩水溶液。此外,自EP-A-0 884 312得知二磺基型荧光增白剂于水中的浆液或分散液。
已意外地发现,可通过在涂布泥浆中使用在苯胺环具有羧酸基的特定的二磺基型荧光增白剂来克服现有技术中的问题。这些二磺基型荧光增白剂在水中的溶解度高于常用的在苯胺环不具有磺酸基的二磺基型荧光增白剂。另外,发现这些特定的二磺基型荧光增白剂在涂布泥浆中具有显著较佳的增白性能。
因此,本发明涉及至少一种式(I)的荧光增白剂:
其中
X彼此独立地代表O或NR’,其中R’为氢或C1-C3烷基;
n为1或2;
R1、R2、R3及R4彼此独立地代表氢、氰基、C1-C4烷基、C2-C4氰基烷基、C2-C4羟基烷基或C1-C4烷氧基烷基,其中烷基是直链或支链的;或R1与R2或R3与R4彼此独立地与氮原子一起形成吗啉、哌啶或吡咯烷环;或-(CH2)l-SO3M,其中l为1、2或3;或-(CH2)i-COOR、-(CH2)i-CONHR、-(CH2)i-OR,其中i为自1至4的整数,R是C1-C3烷基或具有与M相同的意义;
M代表氢或一当量的阳离子,特别是Li、Na、K、Ca、Mg、铵或被C1-C4烷基或C2-C4羟基烷基单-、二-、三-或四-取代的铵;
用于含有至少一种合成粘合剂及与该合成粘合剂不同的至少一种合成辅助粘合剂(co-binder)的涂布泥浆的增白(增亮)用途。
本发明也涉及含有至少一种式(I)的荧光增白剂的涂布泥浆及它们用于制备涂布纸的用途,及通过该方法所制得的纸。此外,本发明涉及含有至少一种式(I)的荧光增白剂与聚乙二醇的制剂。本发明的优选实施方案描述于后述的说明书部分、附图与权利要求书中。

使用依据本发明的至少一种上述定义的式(I)荧光增白剂。在一个优选的实施方案中,X代表式(I)中的NR’。在另一个优选的实施方案中,n为1。在本发明的上下文中,式(I)中的烷基可为直链或支链的,及烷基的可能取代基(其为烷氧基、氰基和/或羟基)可连接在该烷基链的任一位置。在本发明中,C1-C4烷氧基烷基指被C1-C4烷氧基取代的C1-C4烷基。在一个优选的实施方案中,R1、R2、R3及R4彼此独立地代表C2-C4羟基烷基、C1-C4烷氧基烷基或C1-C4烷基,优选为C2-C4羟基烷基或C1-C4烷氧基烷基,尤其羟基乙基或羟基异丙基。最优选地,R1、R2、R3及R4代表羟基乙基或羟基异丙基。苯胺环的羧基可位于邻位、间位或对位,它们优选地位于邻位或对位,尤其是位于对位。
M的优选的实施方案为氢、Na、K、Ca、Mg,尤其M为Na、K或氢,最优选为Na,。
优选的荧光增白剂是下式(Ia)与式(Ib)的荧光增白剂,其中羧酸残基彼此独立地位于邻位或对位,优选位于对位:
式(I)的荧光增白剂可通过已知程序制备,及作为其游离酸形式或作为盐形式使用,优选为其碱金属盐。一般而言,通过使氰尿酰氯与4,4’-二氨基芪-2,2’-二磺酸或其盐,一种适当的含羧酸基衍生物如2-或4-氨基苯甲酸及取代的脂族胺或杂环化合物反应,而制备所述化合物。PL专利61710公开在各苯胺环的对位具有一个羧酸基的上述定义的式(I)的丨些特定荧光增白剂的制剂。GDR(DDR)专利55668公开用于制备在各苯胺环具有一或二个羧酸基的上述定义的式(I)的丨些特定荧光增白剂的另一方法。式(I)的荧光增白剂的纯化比常用的二磺基型荧光增白剂容易,且因此更具成本效益,因为可免除分离步骤。例如可通过膜过滤作用进行纯化。不同于PL专利61710中所公开的水蒸发或盐沉淀步骤,可通过膜过滤作用实现式(I)的荧光增白剂的纯化,及所获得的产物即可原样使用。这是因为式(I)的荧光增白剂的意外高的溶解度。
使用一或多种式(I)的荧光增白剂,以制备或增亮该涂布泥浆。在一个优选的实施方案中,使用一种式(I)的荧光增白剂。在另一个优选的实施方案中,使用二或三种式(I)的荧光增白剂。也可能另外使用其它已知的荧光增白剂。
在一个优选的实施方案中,荧光增白剂以含水制剂的形式使用
可自粗制溶液、自浓缩与脱盐溶液或自含水的压滤饼制备含水制剂。为增加特别良好的白度,在含水的荧光增白剂制剂中掺入所谓载体物质是有利的。
含水的荧光增白剂制剂优选含有:
a)自10至40%重量的至少一种式(I)的荧光增白剂,
b)自0至30%重量的标准化剂(standardizing agent),
c)自0至2%重量的无机盐,及
d)自28至90%重量的水,
在各情况下均基于制剂的100%重量计。
常用的标准化剂为例如脲、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、ε-己内酰胺、乙醇胺、二乙醇胺及三乙醇胺。在各情况下,优选为不含标准化剂的制剂。无机盐是来自制造方法的无机盐。
在另一个优选的实施方案中,含水的荧光增白剂制剂含有:
a)自5至40%重量的至少一种式(I)的荧光增白剂,
b)自1至50%重量的至少一种载体物质,
c)自0至2%重量的无机盐,及
d)自8至94%重量的水,
在各情况下均基于制剂的100%重量计。
适宜的载体物质一般是具有形成氢桥键的能力的亲水性聚合物。优选的载体物质是聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素、聚乙二醇或这些物质的混合物,这些聚合物也可能任选地被改性。优选的聚乙烯醇是具有>85%的水解度的那些。优选的羧甲基纤维素是具有>0.5的取代度DS的那些。优选的聚乙二醇是具有自200至8,000g/mol,优选自800至4,000g/mol的数均分子量Mn的那些。适宜的载体为例如另外的天然、衍生或降解淀粉、褐藻酸盐、酪蛋白、蛋白质、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、羟基烷基纤维素及聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。最优选使用聚乙二醇作为载体。
此外,无载体与含载体制剂皆可含有少量,通常低于5%重量的量的其它辅助剂,诸如分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、防腐剂、复合剂等,或在后处理(working up)期间并未完全移除的来自荧光增白剂合成的有机与无机副产物。
含载体的制剂可另外含有用于增加溶解度与贮藏寿命的标准化剂。
一般可通过用碱将荧光增白剂溶液(粗制或经膜过滤)调节至中性至弱碱性pH值,任选地添加与溶解一或多种标准化剂,及任选地以水稀释至所需的最终浓度,而制备无载体的含水荧光增白剂制剂。如果荧光增白剂以一种水-湿气压滤饼或干燥粉末的形式使用,特定量的压滤饼或粉末在添加碱与在搅拌下及任选地在高温下完全地溶于水,及任选地通过进一步添加水而调节至所需的浓度。
用于该目的的优选的碱是碱金属氢氧化物,为了稀释,去矿物质水(demineralised water)是优选的。所达到的pH值优选在自7至11的范围,优选自8至10。溶解的常用温度为自25至80℃。
含载体的制剂一般以类似方式制备,该载体物质也在制备过程期间的任一所需时间添加。如果该载体物质以固态形式添加,其一般在搅拌下及任选地在高温下完全地溶解,由此获得一种均质的液态制剂形式。含载体的制剂在室温的粘度优选低于3,000mPas。常用的溶解温度在自25至100℃的范围内。
浓缩的含水荧光增白剂制剂的特征通常在于所谓的E1/1值。就该目的而言,该制剂的高度稀释溶液的消光,通过本领域技术人员已知的常用UV/VIS光谱学方法,在1cm室中,以一特定波长测定。该波长对应各个荧光增白剂分子的最大长波吸收。在黄酮酸盐(flavonate)荧光增白剂的情况下,其约为350mm。E1/1值则对应于就1%浓度的溶液所估算的虚消光值(imaginary extinction value)。
依据本发明所用的荧光增白剂的E1/1值优选为自50至180,特别优选为自70至140。
依据本发明的待增亮的涂布泥浆含有至少一种合成粘合剂,尤其是胶乳粘合剂或聚丙烯酸酯,及与该合成粘合剂不同的至少一种合成辅助粘合剂。
适宜的合成粘合剂是例如以苯乙烯/丁二烯、苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯或乙酸乙烯酯为基础的胶乳。这些聚合物可任选地通过其它单体改性,诸如丙烯腈;丙烯酰胺;α,β-不饱和羧酸诸如丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、亚甲基丁二酸或顺丁烯二酸;丙烯酸酯;乙烯酯;乙烯;氯乙烯;偏二氯乙烯等。一般而言,用于制备纸涂布泥浆的所有常用的合成粘合剂皆为适宜的,尤其是胶乳粘合剂与聚丙烯酸酯。优选的胶乳粘合剂是以苯乙烯/丁二烯为基础的那些。
与合成粘合剂不同的适宜的合成辅助粘合剂是例如羧甲基纤维素、羟基烷基纤维素、聚乙烯醇和/或丙烯酸酯基合成增稠剂。其它适宜的辅助粘合剂是与上述载体部分相同的那些化合物。优选的合成辅助粘合剂是聚乙烯醇,尤其具有>85%的水解度的那些,及尤其是具有2至80mPas的布络克菲尔德粘度(在20℃基于4%浓度的水溶液测量)的那些;羧甲基纤维素,尤其是具有>0.5的取代度,及尤其是具有自5至5000mPas的布络克菲尔德粘度(在25℃基于2%浓度的水溶液测量)的那些;及这样二种物质的混合物。最优选的辅助粘合剂是聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素,或其混合物。
依据本发明的待增亮的涂布泥浆优选地还含有白色颜料。常用的白色颜料是天然或沉淀形式的碳酸钙、高岭土、滑石、二氧化钛、缎白、氢氧化铝及硫酸钡,通常也为它们的混合物形式。
依据本发明的待增亮的涂布泥浆可含有分散剂作为任选的其它成分。就该目的而言,通常使用聚丙烯酸酯、聚磷酸盐(polyphosphates)及柠檬酸钠。此外,聚天冬氨酸也为适宜的。其它任选的添加剂是交联剂。它们的实例为脲/甲醛树脂、三聚氰胺/甲醛树脂、乙二醛及碳酸铵/锆。此外,例如EP-A-825181中所述的以聚酰氨基胺/表氯醇树脂、乙二醛化聚丙烯酰胺或亲水化聚异氰酸酯为基础的湿强剂(wetstrength agents),也适宜作为交联剂。而且,可使用消泡剂、杀生物剂、复合剂、用于调节pH值的碱、硬脂酸钙、式(I)以外的那些光学增亮剂及调色染料(shading dyes)作为其它的任选添加剂。有时也添加表面胶料(surface sizes),以赋予该涂布泥浆斥水性。它们的实例是以苯乙烯/丙烯酸、苯乙烯/顺丁烯二酸酐或氨基甲酸酯低聚物为基础的聚合物溶液,及以丙烯腈/丙烯酸酯或苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯为基础的聚合物分散液。后者例如描述于WO-A-99/42490中。
依据本发明的待增亮的涂布泥浆所含有的合成粘合剂的量优选为自2至20%重量,尤其是自3至15%重量,及合成辅助粘合剂的量是自0.1至3%重量,尤其是自0.15至2%重量,在各情况下均基于涂布泥浆的白色颜料的100%重量计。
本发明另外还涉及一种涂布泥浆,尤其是一种含水的涂布泥浆或含水的颜料制剂,其包含:
至少一种白色颜料,
至少一种合成粘合剂,
与该合成粘合剂不同的至少一种合成辅助粘合剂,及
至少一种式(I)的荧光增白剂。
优选地,合成粘合剂的量(以干物质计算)为自2至20%重量,尤其自3至15%重量,及辅助粘合剂的量独立地优选为自0.1至3%重量,尤其自0.15至2%重量。式(I)的荧光增白剂的量优选为自0.025至1%重量,尤其是自0.03至0.75%重量,在各情况下均基于白色颜料的100%的重量的量计。
白色颜料、合成粘合剂、合成辅助粘合剂、荧光增白剂及其它添加剂的优选的实施方案与上述相同。
涂布泥浆优选的另外含有至少一种分散剂,尤其含量基于涂布泥浆中白色颜料的100%重量计为自0.05至1%重量。适宜的分散剂优选为聚丙烯酸与对应的盐。涂布泥浆的含水量基于涂布泥浆的总量计,优选为自20至50%重量,尤其自25至45%重量。
本发明另外涉及依据本发明的涂布泥浆在制造涂布纸中的用途。
涂布泥浆可优选通过适用于该目的的所有应用方法施用至纸上一次或数次,例如通过在各种实施方案中的刮刀涂布、气刷、刀片、滚筒式涂布机(roll-coater)、薄膜压制(film press)、浇注方法等。通常起初通过无触点式热气和/或红外线(IR)干燥,一般接着通过加热滚筒的接触干燥,而达成涂布泥浆的固定化与干燥。然后通常进行用于压实、平滑化或影响涂布纸的光泽的压光作用,例如通过一种压光机(calendar)。
适宜的未涂布原纸或未经处理的涂层纸、纸板及硬纸板是自漂白或未漂白、含木或无木、含废纸及脱墨的纤维所制造的纸、纸板及硬纸板。这些可另外含有矿物填料,诸如天然或沉淀白垩、高岭土、滑石或硫酸钙(annalines)。未涂布的纸、纸板及硬纸板可进行内部加胶(engine sized)和/或表面上胶(surface sized),其结果尤其在于影响该涂布泥浆的渗透与粘附作用。常用的内部胶料是烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)、烯基琥珀酸酐(ASA)及松香胶料与明矾的组合物;而常用的表面胶料是上述以苯乙烯/丙烯酸、苯乙烯/顺丁烯二酸酐或氨基甲酸酯低聚物为基础的聚合物溶液,及以丙烯腈/丙烯酸酯或苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯为基础的聚合物分散液。为控制所产生的涂布纸所需的白度性质,原纸可在纸浆中增亮和/或在表面增亮,为此目的而使用例如黄酮酸盐增亮剂。
本发明进一步涉及上述涂布泥浆用于纸的增白或涂布纸的制造的用途,及进一步涉及由此所制得的纸。此外,本发明涉及用于增亮涂布泥浆的方法,尤其是含水的涂布泥浆,所述涂布泥浆包含至少一种合成粘合剂及与该合成粘合剂不同的至少一种合成辅助粘合剂,该方法包括以包含如上所述的式(I)的荧光增白剂的荧光增白剂组合物处理该涂布泥浆。同样地,合成粘合剂、合成辅助粘合剂及其它任选的添加剂与上述相同。
在另一实施方案中,本发明涉及包含至少一种式(I)的二磺基型荧光增白剂与聚乙二醇的制剂。荧光增白剂与聚乙二醇与如上所定义的相同。该制剂优选以液态形式存在。其可自荧光增白剂、水及聚乙二醇制备,及任选地进一步添加一些量的碱以调节pH值。制剂可用于添加至涂布泥浆中或用于制备涂布泥浆。
所制造的纸的白度的特征可在于CIE白度。当依据CIE白度测定时,不同的荧光增白剂可就饱和度性质而互相比较。换言之,如果使用大量的荧光增白剂及发现白度未进一步增加时,即为饱和度性质,及当使用更高量时可能对于白度甚至有不利效果。饱和度效应也称作绿变(greening)。可自例如a*-b*图导出绿变限度(greening limit),亦即所用的荧光增白剂的递增量实质上并未进一步增加白度的点,其中a*与b*是CIE-L*a*b*系统中的彩色坐标。
下列实例说明本发明及显示优选的实施方案而不限制保护的范围。
实施例
使用下列程序研究在涂布泥浆应用中的不同荧光增白剂的增白性能。
首先,如下制备荧光增白剂制剂。将荧光增白剂的压滤饼连同pH9的苛性钠一起溶于80℃的去矿物质水中,直至浓度为2.8%。如下制备含有聚乙二醇的荧光增白剂制剂。将荧光增白剂的压滤饼连同pH 9的苛性钠一起溶于80℃的去矿物质水中。然后,添加聚乙二醇,即PEG1550。所得的荧光增白剂的浓度为2.8%,及PEG 1550的浓度为4.5%。制剂的处理温度介于20至50℃之间。
自下列组分制备一种纸涂布泥浆:
-100份白色颜料(白垩/高岭土混合物),
-10份作为粘合剂的Litex P 7110(来自Polymerlatex GmbH的苯乙烯/丁二烯胶乳),以干物质计算,
-0.75份作为合成辅助粘合剂的Walocel CRT 10G(来自WolffCellulosics GmbH & Co KG的羧甲基纤维素),
-0.75份聚乙烯醇(Polyviol)LL 603(来自Wacker-Chemie的聚乙烯醇),
-0.25份作为基于聚丙烯酸的分散剂的Polysalz S(BASF AG),
-水,及
-10%浓度的氢氧化钠溶液。
选择水量与氢氧化钠溶液量,以产生60%的固体物含量及8.5的pH值。
将涂布泥浆分成数份,及在各份中添加一定量的荧光增白剂制剂,而产生如下列表中所示的0.15、0.22或0.3%重量的荧光增白剂,及然后搅拌10分钟。所添加的量是以涂布泥浆的固体物含量为基础的。
获得的增亮的涂布泥浆通过一种实验室刀式涂布机(来自Erichsen的K-控制式涂布机(K-Control Coater),型号K202)施用至具有基础重量80g/m2的无木原纸上。涂布纸在干燥滚筒上在95℃干燥1分钟,然后在23℃与50%相对湿度下储存3小时。然后使用一种白度计(Datacolor Elrepho SF 450),进行参数L*、a*、b*的测量及CIE白度的测定,其中所用的光源基于ISO 2469标准。
在实施例1-4例使用下列荧光增白剂及进行比较(比较的FWA)。

这些结果显示,与通过使用一种常见的二磺基型荧光增白剂(比较的荧光增白剂)所制备的涂布泥浆比较,通过使用依据本发明的特定的二磺基型荧光增白剂所制备的涂布泥浆显示出较高的增白性能。而且,添加聚乙二醇(PEG)进一步增加该涂布泥浆的增白性能。
Claims (19)
1.式(I)的荧光增白剂:
用于增亮涂布泥浆的用途,该涂布泥浆含有至少一种合成粘合剂及与该合成粘合剂不同的至少一种合成辅助粘合剂,其中
X彼此独立地代表O或NR’,其中R’为氢或C1-C3烷基;
n为1或2;
R1、R2、R3及R4彼此独立地代表氢、氰基、C1-C4烷基、C2-C4氰基烷基、C2-C4羟基烷基或C1-C4烷氧基烷基,其中烷基为直链或支链的;或
-CH2-SO3M、-(CH2)2-SO3M或-(CH2)3-SO3M;或
-(CH2)i-COOR、-(CH2)i-CONHR、-(CH2)i-OR,其中i为自1至4的整数,R是C1-C3烷基或具有与M相同的意义;或
R2与R1或R3与R4彼此独立地与氮原子一起形成吗啉、哌啶或吡咯烷环;
M代表一当量的阳离子。
2.依据权利要求1的用途,其中M代表氢、锂、钠、钾、钙、镁、铵、或被C1-C4烷基或C2-C4羟基烷基单取代、二取代、三取代或四取代的铵。
3.依据权利要求1的用途,其中该荧光增白剂选自式(Ia)与(Ib)的化合物:
其中M具有依据权利要求1中所限定的意义。
4.依据权利要求1的用途,其中X为NR’,R’如依据权利要求1中所定义,且R1、R2、R3及R4代表C2-C4羟基烷基。
5.依据权利要求1至4的任一项的用途,其中使用基于苯乙烯/丁二烯、苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯或乙酸乙烯酯的胶乳粘合剂作为合成粘合剂。
6.依据权利要求1至4的任一项的用途,其中聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素,或其混合物被用作合成辅助粘合剂。
7.依据权利要求1至4的任一项的用途,其中该涂布泥浆进一步含有至少一种白色颜料。
8.依据权利要求1至4的任一项的用途,其中以该涂布泥浆的白色颜料的100%重量为基础计,该涂布泥浆所含有的合成粘合剂的量为3至20重量%,及辅助粘合剂的量为0.1至3重量%。
9.含有至少一种式(I)的荧光增白剂和聚乙二醇的制剂
其中
X彼此独立地代表O或NR’,其中R’为氢或C1-C3烷基;
n为1或2;
R1、R2、R3及R4彼此独立地代表氢、氰基、C1-C4烷基、C2-C4氰基烷基、C2-C4羟基烷基或C1-C4烷氧基烷基,其中烷基是直链或支链的;或
-CH2-SO3M、-(CH2)2-SO3M或-(CH2)3-SO3M;或
-(CH2)i-COOR、-(CH2)i-CONHR、-(CH2)i-OR,其中i为自1至4的整数,R是C1-C3烷基或具有与M相同的意义;或
R2与R1或R3与R4彼此独立地与氮原子一起形成吗啉、哌啶或吡咯烷环;
M代表一当量的阳离子。
10.依据权利要求9的制剂,其中M代表氢、锂、钠、钾、钙、镁、铵、或被C1-C4烷基或C2-C4羟基烷基单取代、二取代、三取代或四取代的铵。
11.一种涂布泥浆,其含有:
-至少一种白色颜料,
-至少一种合成粘合剂,
-与该合成粘合剂不同的至少一种合成辅助粘合剂,及
-至少一种具有式(I)的荧光增白剂
其中
X彼此独立地代表O或NR’,其中R’为氢或C1-C3烷基;
n为1或2;
R1、R2、R3及R4彼此独立地代表氢、氰基、C1-C4烷基、C2-C4氰基烷基、C2-C4羟基烷基或C1-C4烷氧基烷基,其中烷基是直链或支链的;或
-CH2-SO3M、-(CH2)2-SO3M或-(CH2)3-SO3M;或
-(CH2)i-COOR、-(CH2)i-CONHR、-(CH2)i-OR,其中i为自1至4的整数,R是C1-C3烷基或具有与M相同的意义;或
R2与R1或R3与R4彼此独立地与氮原子一起形成吗啉、哌啶或吡咯烷环;
M代表一当量的阳离子。
12.依据权利要求11的涂布泥浆,其中M代表氢、锂、钠、钾、钙、镁、铵、或被C1-C4烷基或C2-C4羟基烷基单取代、二取代、三取代或四取代的铵。
13.依据权利要求11的涂布泥浆,在各情况下以该涂布泥浆的白色颜料的100%重量为基础计,该涂布泥浆含有0.025至1重量%的式(I)的荧光增白剂,3至20重量%的合成粘合剂,及0.1至3重量%的合成辅助粘合剂。
14.依据权利要求11至13中任一项的涂布泥浆用于制造涂布纸的用途。
15.一种可通过依据权利要求14的方法获得的纸。
16.一种用于增亮包含至少一种合成粘合剂及与该合成粘合剂不同的至少一种合成辅助粘合剂的涂布泥浆的方法,其包括以包含至少一种式(I)的荧光增白剂的荧光增白剂组合物处理该涂布泥浆

18.依据权利要求16的方法,其中所述至少一种合成粘合剂是基于苯乙烯/丁二烯、苯乙烯/丙烯酸酯或乙酸乙烯酯的胶乳粘合剂。
19.依据权利要求16至18中任一项的方法,其中所述至少一种合成辅助粘合剂是聚乙二醇、聚乙烯醇、羧甲基纤维素,或其混合物。
