Abstract

本发明提出了一种用于平衡轴定位孔的钻孔夹具，包括底板，在底板沿长度方向两侧固定有支撑架，在底板的中部固定有定位支架，在一个支撑架的外侧固定有向外延伸的支架，支架上设有轴向定位螺钉，定位支架上固定有一个过渡垫块，过渡垫块上设有沿长度方向的导槽，支撑垫板通过连接一个导向键在导槽内导向，支撑垫板用于与平衡轴的轴弯处接触来定位角度；支撑架上固定有沿水平方向开口的V型块，支撑架上与V型块对应的方向设有压紧滑块，压紧滑块通过固定在支撑架上的气缸驱动；支撑架上固定有钻模板。本发明可以避免平衡轴外径公差的影响，装夹稳定可靠，提高了加工质量。可实现轴外径变化不大的多个种类平衡轴共用一套夹具。

一种用于平衡轴定位孔的钻孔夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于平衡轴定位孔的钻孔夹具。
背景技术
现有，钻汽车平衡悬架的平衡轴两端的定位孔，所用的夹具主要由V型块、压板、定位块等组成；V型块开口向上，垂直方向通过压板将平衡轴压紧，平衡轴的轴弯处与定位块接触来定位角度，该工序使用的设备为卧式双动力头钻床，从侧方向钻孔，钻头水平高度和水平距离不可调节，平衡轴外径有公差要求，故轴的中心线在V型块的支撑下不可能始终保持在一个水平高度不变，若产品变更而导致平衡轴外径变化，亦不能实现；并且压紧力向下，从侧方向钻孔受力状态不好。由于轴弯处毛坯面与定位块接触，当平衡轴的两定位孔距离与钻头水平距离不相等而需分两次钻孔时，轴弯处毛坯面与定位块相对滑动也会带来孔对称度的误差。
发明内容
为了实现钻定位孔不受平衡轴外径公差变化的影响，避免平衡轴的两定位孔距离与钻头水平距离不相等而需分两次钻孔时保证孔对称度，提高加工质量，本发明提出了一种用于平衡轴定位孔的钻孔夹具。
本发明的技术方案为：一种用于平衡轴定位孔的钻孔夹具，包括底板，在底板沿长度方向两侧固定有支撑架，在底板的中部固定有定位支架，在一个支撑架的外侧固定有向外延伸的支架，支架上设有轴向定位螺钉，其特征在于：定位支架上固定有一个过渡垫块，过渡垫块上设有沿长度方向的导槽，支撑垫板通过连接一个导向键在导槽内导向，支撑垫板用于与平衡轴的轴弯处接触来定位角度；支撑架上固定有沿水平方向开口的V型块，支撑架上与V型块对应的方向设有压紧滑块，压紧滑块通过固定在支撑架上的气缸驱动；支撑架上固定有钻模板。
有益效果：本发明的V型块沿水平方向开口，平衡轴在V型块的支撑下能始终保持在一个水平高度不变，可以避免平衡轴外径公差的影响；压紧力与从侧方向钻孔的受力方向一致，装夹稳定可靠，提高了加工质量。若平衡轴种类变更而导致轴外径变化不大的情况下，可实现多个种类的平衡轴共用一套夹具。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示，进一步描述本发明如下：一种用于平衡轴定位孔的钻孔夹具，包括底板1，在底板沿长度方向两侧固定有支撑架2，在底板的中部固定有定位支架7，在一个支撑架的外侧固定有向外延伸的支架3，支架上设有轴向定位螺钉4，定位支架上固定有一个过渡垫块9，过渡垫块9上设有沿长度方向的导槽，支撑垫板8通过连接一个导向键10在导槽内导向，支撑垫板8用于与平衡轴6的轴弯处接触来定位角度；支撑架上2固定有沿水平方向开口的V型块5，支撑架上与V型块对应的方向设有压紧滑块13，压紧滑块13通过固定在支撑架上的气缸11驱动；支撑架2上固定有钻模板12。
如图2所示，在支撑架2上固定有辅助垫块14，是平衡轴6的轴颈被推入V型块5之前的辅助支撑。
如图2所示，V型块5的支撑面上固定有耐磨垫块15，便于支撑、更换或维修。

1.一种用于平衡轴定位孔的钻孔夹具，包括底板，在底板沿长度方向两侧固定有支撑架，在底板的中部固定有定位支架，在一个支撑架的外侧固定有向外延伸的支架，支架上设有轴向定位螺钉，其特征在于：定位支架上固定有一个过渡垫块，过渡垫块上设有沿长度方向的导槽，支撑垫板通过连接一个导向键在导槽内导向，支撑垫板用于与平衡轴的轴弯处接触来定位角度；支撑架上固定有沿水平方向开口的V型块，支撑架上与V型块对应的方向设有压紧滑块，压紧滑块通过固定在支撑架上的气缸驱动；支撑架上固定有钻模板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于平衡轴定位孔的钻孔夹具，其特征在于：在支撑架（2）上固定有辅助垫块（14）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于平衡轴定位孔的钻孔夹具，其特征在于：V型块（5）的支撑面上固定有耐磨垫块（15）。
