Abstract
本发明提供一种车辆用手套箱,其中,在对设于仪表板(11)上的收纳箱(13)的开口部进行开闭的盖(14)处于闭位置时,使设在盖(14)上的卡定爪(21b)与设在收纳箱(13)上的卡定孔(13f)卡合。由此,在车辆碰撞时,即使乘员与仪表板(11)发生二次碰撞而导致收纳箱(13)变形,也由于收纳箱(13)的卡定孔(13f)中插入有盖(14)的肋部(20b),收纳箱(13)与盖(14)一起变形,由此,盖(14)的卡定爪(21b)和收纳箱(13)的卡定孔(13f)的位置关系不会发生变化,能够防止卡定爪(21b)从卡定孔(13f)脱离而导致盖(14)敞开的情况。由于是仅对现有的手套箱的收纳箱(13)追加一对肋部(20b)的简单构造,所以,能够以低成本实现。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆用手套箱,利用自由开闭的盖来覆盖设在仪表板上的收纳箱的开口部,使设在所述盖上的卡定爪与设在所述收纳箱上的卡定孔卡合,从而将所述盖保持在闭位置。
背景技术
在下述专利文献1中公知有以下技术:在使设于手套箱的盖上的锁钩与闩孔卡合从而将该盖锁定在闭位置的手套箱的盖锁定装置中,在闩孔的罩部形成接纳孔,使与闩孔卡合的锁钩的前端进一步卡合在罩部的接纳孔中,由此,在冲击施加于仪表板时,能够防止锁钩从闩孔脱离而导致盖开启的情况。
另外,在下述专利文献2中公知有以下技术:在使设在手套箱的盖上的闩孔卡合部件与闩孔卡合从而将该盖锁定在闭位置的手套箱用盖锁定装置中,通过配置在闩孔的左右两侧的一对侧部限制壁、和将这些侧部限制壁的上端间连结在一起的上部限制壁来加固形成在盖的背面且供闩孔嵌合的插入口,从而阻止闩孔相对于盖的相对位置发生变化,并能够防止在冲击施加于仪表板上时,闩孔卡合部件从闩孔脱离而导致盖开启的情况。

因此,上述专利文献1以及专利文献2记载的发明,由于需要对闩孔的罩部或闩孔的插入口实施较大幅度的设计变更,所以,不仅存在其成为成本增加主要原因的问题,还存在难以应用于不具有金属制的闩孔而是通过使卡定爪卡合在形成于收纳箱侧的卡定孔中从而将盖锁定的车辆用手套箱的问题。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于所述情况而研发出的,其目的在于提供一种车辆用手套箱,其能够通过简单的构造防止设在仪表板上的手套箱的盖因二次碰撞的冲击而敞开的情况。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明提出一种车辆用手套箱,通过自由开闭的盖覆盖设于仪表板上的收纳箱的开口部,使设在所述盖上的卡定爪与设在所述收纳箱上的卡定孔卡合,由此,将所述盖保持在闭位置,其第一特征在于:使突出设置于所述盖上的肋部在所述盖处于闭位置时插入所述卡定孔中。
另外,根据本发明提供的车辆用手套箱,除了上述第一特征以外,其第二特征在于:使所述卡定爪与设在所述盖上的操作杆连结,通过弹簧将所述操作杆向所述卡定爪与所述卡定孔卡合的方向弹压。
另外,实施方式中的扭簧23对应于本发明的弹簧。
发明的效果
根据本发明的第一特征,在对设于仪表板上的收纳箱的开口部进行开闭的盖处于闭位置时,使设在盖上的卡定爪与设在收纳箱上的卡定孔卡合。在车辆碰撞时,即使乘员与仪表板发生二次碰撞而导致收纳箱变形,也由于收纳箱的卡定孔中插入有盖的肋部,所以,肋部与卡定孔发生干涉从而盖与收纳箱一起变形,由此,盖的卡定爪和收纳箱的卡定孔的位置关系不会发生变化,能够防止卡定爪从卡定孔脱离而导致盖敞开的情况。由于是对于现有的手套箱,仅在其收纳箱追加一对肋部的简单构造,所以,能够以低成本实现。
另外,根据本发明的第二特征,将卡定爪连结在设于盖的操作杆上,通过弹簧将操作杆向卡定爪与卡定孔卡合的方向弹压,所以,通过以抵抗弹簧弹力的方式操作操作杆,能够使卡定爪从卡定孔脱离从而打开盖。

具体实施方式
以下,基于图1~图7说明本发明的实施方式。
第一实施方式
如图1所示,在汽车的仪表板11的车宽方向中央部设有收纳小件物品的小型的手套箱12。手套箱12一体地具有收纳箱13和盖14而被单元化,其中,收纳箱13配置在仪表板11的内部,盖14构成仪表板11的上表面的一部分并对所述收纳箱13的上表面开口进行开闭。
如图2~图5所示,上表面敞开的容器状的收纳箱13具有多个安装托架13a…,收纳箱13通过贯穿这些安装托架13a…的螺栓15…而被固定在仪表板11上。该状态下,盖14嵌合在形成于仪表板11上的开口11a。在收纳箱13的底面固定托盘16,该托盘16构成物品的载置面。
在连设于收纳箱13的左右的侧壁13b、13b的前端的凸起部13c、13c上,经由铰链轴17、17枢轴支承有铰链臂18、18的一端,铰链臂18、18的另一端贯穿贯通孔13e、13e并连接在盖14的前端下表面上,其中,贯通孔13e、13e形成在收纳箱13的上表面开口的凸缘13d上。铰链臂18、18通过设在铰链轴17、17的周围的扭簧(未图示)而向使盖14敞开的方向被弹压。在所述凸缘13d的后缘形成左右一对的卡定孔13f、13f。
盖14以结合上部件19以及下部件20的方式构成,在形成于这些部件的后缘上的切缺部19a、20a(参照图3)处露出操作杆21的操作部21a。操作杆21在操作部21a的车宽方向外侧一体地具有一对卡定爪21b、21b。在上部件19的下表面朝下突出设置有四个托架19b、19b;19c、19c,在车宽方向外侧的托架19b、19b上,经由支轴销22、22能够摆动地枢轴支承一对卡定爪21b、21b。另外,在朝上突出设置于操作部21a的上表面的托架21c、21c上,设有位于所述支轴销22、22的轴线上的突起21d、21d,这些突起21d、21d摆动自如地与上部件19的车宽方向内侧的托架19c、19c卡合(参照图4)。
操作杆21通过设在操作杆21与盖14的上部件19之间的扭簧23而围绕支轴销22、22被向下弹压。由于该扭簧23的弹力,卡定爪21b、21b在图5的顺时针方向上被弹压而与收纳箱13的卡定孔13f、13f卡合,从而盖14被保持在闭位置。
在关闭盖14时,仅通过将盖14向闭位置推下,卡定爪21b、21b的倾斜面a、a被卡定孔13f、13f的边缘b、b引导而向图5的逆时针方向摆动,由此,卡定爪21b、21b自动卡合在卡定孔13f、13f中。
另外,如图3所示,在将手指勾住盖14的操作杆21的操作部21a,并抵抗扭簧23的弹力而向上提拉时,如图6所示,卡定爪21b、21b沿逆时针方向摆动而从卡定孔13f、13f脱离,从而能够将盖14开启到开位置。
从图2、图4以及图5可知,在盖14的下部件20上,与一对卡定爪21b、21b的车宽方向内侧相邻地突出设置一对板状的肋部20b、20b。在盖14处于闭位置时,下部件20的肋部20b、20b插入到收纳箱13的卡定孔13f、13f中。肋部20b、20b为在盖14进行开闭动作时不与卡定孔13f、13f钩挂的形状。
如图7所示,汽车发生正面碰撞而车身减速,其结果是,由于惯性而前进的乘员二次碰撞仪表板11,由于该冲击,收纳箱13与仪表板11一起向前方变形。此时,若仅收纳箱13向前方变形而盖14不变形,则留下与盖14一体的卡定爪21b、21b而收纳箱13的卡定孔13f、13f向前方移动,由此,卡定爪21b、21b从卡定孔13f、13f脱离而导致盖14敞开,可能会与乘员发生干涉。
但是,根据本实施方式,在收纳箱13向前方变形时,卡定孔13f、13f和肋部20b、20b发生干涉,由此,在卡定孔13f、13f中插入了肋部20b、20b的盖14也追随收纳箱13的变形而向前方变形,所以,设在盖14上的卡定爪21b、21b以及设在收纳箱13上的卡定孔13f、13f的位置关系被保持固定。由此,能够阻止卡定爪21b、21b从卡定孔13f、13f脱离,能够可靠地防止盖14在不希望的时候打开。
而且,由于是对于现有的手套箱12,仅在其收纳箱13上追加一对肋部20b、20b的简单构造,所以,能够以低成本实现。
以上,对本发明的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明在不脱离其主旨的范围内能够进行各种设计变更。
例如,在实施方式中收纳箱13由与仪表板11不同的部件构成,但还能够将收纳箱13与仪表板11一体地形成。
另外,实施方式的盖14以朝上的方式敞开,但也可以朝下敞开的结构。
Claims (2)
1.一种车辆用手套箱,通过自由开闭的盖(14)覆盖设于仪表板(11)上的收纳箱(13)的开口部,使设在所述盖(14)上的卡定爪(21b)与设在所述收纳箱(13)上的卡定孔(13f)卡合,由此,将所述盖(14)保持在闭位置,其特征在于:
使突出设置于所述盖(14)上的肋部(20b)在所述盖(14)处于闭位置时插入所述卡定孔(13f)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆用手套箱,其特征在于:将所述卡定爪(21b)连结在设于所述盖(14)的操作杆(21)上,通过弹簧(23)将所述操作杆(21)向所述卡定爪(21b)与所述卡定孔(13f)卡合的方向弹压。
