发明背景
当用于组合物中时,阳离子聚合物和阴离子表面活性剂由于物质的相反电荷而趋于相互作用。在许多情况下,尤其是在使用较高含量的这些试剂情况下,阳离子聚合物和阴离子表面活性剂可相互作用至引起絮凝的程度。在某些情况下,较高含量的阳离子聚合物和阴离子表面活性剂不能混合以形成稳定的各向同性溶液,而是需要使用结构剂和/或复杂的工序以形成适于消费者使用的组合物。
尽管存在这些缺点,但是仍期望提供在包含阴离子表面活性剂的组合物中具有较高含量阳离子聚合物(例如在织物处理组合物中向织物提供一种或多种有益效果)的组合物。然而,阳离子聚合物的上述特性使得难以配制包含这些聚合物的稳定组合物。此外,由于阳离子聚合物与提供清洁功效的阴离子表面活性剂的相互作用,因此包含大量阳离子聚合物在某些情况下还会损害清洁功效。
因此,仍需要提供一种或多种护理有益效果如颜色有益效果的稳定制剂。还仍需要包含阳离子聚合物但是在衣物洗涤过程期间不降低清洁作用的组合物。
本发明的组合物解决了前述一个或多个需求。
发明概述
本发明公开了包含一种或多种阳离子聚合物、一种或多种阴离子表面活性剂、一种或多种两性表面活性剂和任选地一种或多种分散剂的各向同性组合物。所公开的组合物适于向织物递送一种或多种有益效果。在一个方面,向所述织物递送的有益效果为颜色有益效果。
发明详述
如本文所用,当在权利要求中使用时,冠词“一个”和“一种”被理解为是指受权利要求书保护或描述的一种或多种物质。
如本文所用,术语“添加剂”是指在衣物洗涤过程期间与洗涤剂分开(但是包括在洗涤剂之前、之后、或与洗涤剂同时)使用以向所处理的织物赋予有益效果的组合物或物质。
如本文所用,如应用于衣服时,术语“黑色”可定义为由Hunter L测得L值在约0至约18范围内的颜色。黑色规格的实例为调色组编号19-4005tc,其用作由Gildan纺织物公司(600de Maisonneuve West,33rd Floor,Montreal,Quebec,H3A 3J2 Canada)制造和销售的黑色T恤的黑色。该颜色还对应于100-35-0-100 CMYK颜色模型,其中CMYK被定义为:C代表青色,M代表品红色,Y代表黄色,而K对应于黑色。CMYK ISO标准为ISO 12640-1:1997,并且可在www.iso.org上获取。

如本文所用,“电荷密度”是指聚合物自身的电荷密度并且不同于单体给料的电荷密度。可通过将每个重复单元的净电荷数除以所述重复单元的分子量计算出电荷密度。正电荷可位于聚合物的主链和/或聚合物侧链上。对于含有胺单体的聚合物,电荷密度取决于载体的pH。对于这些聚合物,电荷密度在pH为7时测量。ACD是指阴离子电荷密度,而CCD是指阳离子电荷密度。

如本文所用,“各向同性”是指在不存在染料和/或遮光剂的情况下,经由标准10mm通路长度的比色皿和Beckman DU分光光度计测量的透明混合物在570nm波长下的透射百分比大于50%。
如本文所定义,“稳定”是指如采用U.S.P.A.2008/0263780 A1中所述的絮凝物形成测试所测量地,在至少约两周,或至少约四周,或大于约一个月或大于约四个月的期间内,没有观察到明显的相分离。

测试方法
粘度-使用布氏粘度计,如采用由制造商提供的LVT方法测量粘度。#2锭以30rpm使用。将80克样品放入到具有2.0英寸直径开口的圆柱体罐中,并且根据制造商规程测定。
流变性/粘合性绘图-由在线性粘弹性条件下实施的频率扫描,获得物质的频率依赖性。在由基本上透明的上清液标示的足以分离颗粒的速率和时间下,通过离心使结构相(包含颗粒)从洗涤溶液中分离出来。由于离心,形成了包含凝聚颗粒的粘稠凝胶状层,并且作为底层相分离出来。存在低粘度的上清液。滗析出上清液以分离出所述凝胶状层,供进一步测试。如下识别线性粘弹性区域:采用配备平行板几何体(12mm或25mm;如本领域技术人员易于理解的,根据凝胶相模量进行选择)的应力可控流变仪,在1rad/s的固定频率下实施动态应力扫描,其中测定G’(弹性模量)和G”(粘度模量)作为应力的函数。线性粘弹性区域定义为G’和G”为常数的应力范围,即不受应力的支配。接着在此线性粘弹性状态内的应力下,实施动态频率扫描,其中测定G’和G”作为介于0.1-100rad/s之间的频率的函数。通过将G’绘制在y轴上并且将G”绘制在x轴上,形成粘弹性“窗口”,所述窗口的右上角对应于高频率点(即G”(100rad/s),G’(100rad/s)),而左下角对应于低频率点(即G”(0.1rad/s),G’(0.1rad/s))。

处理方案-将测试组合物稀释于包含17加仑(约8gpg)60°F自来水的顶部加载洗衣机中,洗涤12分钟。接着使用17加仑60°F的自来水(约8gpg),将衣服漂洗2分钟。接着将衣服干燥至摸上去干燥(即直至衣服具有约14%的残余水分)。

颗粒尺寸-经由光学显微镜法测定纯产品(即如本文所述的未稀释的组合物)的粒度和结构。将一滴纯产品至于显微镜载玻片上,并且盖上盖玻片。凝聚层颗粒由它们标示液晶特征的双折射特性来识别。可通过此双折射特性,以及通过观察不存在阳离子聚合物,从而无凝聚层形成的制剂,或通过系统评定混合物中的其它组分,将这些凝聚层颗粒从所述制剂中可能存在的其它颗粒中识别出来。经由显微镜照片的图像分析,完成初级颗粒和胶态颗粒粒度的量化。通常使用对比度增大技术来改善凝聚层颗粒与周围液体间的对比,包括差动干扰对比、相位反差、偏振光、和/或使用荧光染料。对另外的液滴成像以确保所得图像和粒度对整个混合物具有代表性。

实施例XXII:制备方法

实施例XXIII:制备方法

Claims (16)

c.任选地,基于所述组合物的总重量1%至30%的阴离子表面活性剂;
d.任选地,基于所述组合物的总重量1%至20%的非离子表面活性剂;
e.任选地,分散剂,
其中所述组合物为各向同性的。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,所述组合物包含
c.基于所述组合物的总重量1%至12%的阳离子聚合物;
d.基于所述组合物的总重量1%至10%的两性表面活性剂;
其中所述组合物基本上不含阴离子表面活性剂和/或非离子表面活性剂。
3.一种组合物,所述组合物包含
a.基于所述组合物的总重量1%至12%的阳离子聚合物;
b.基于所述组合物的总重量1%至20%的非离子表面活性剂;
其中所述组合物基本上不含阴离子表面活性剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的组合物,所述组合物基本上由下列组成:
a.基于所述组合物的总重量1%至12%的阳离子聚合物;
b.基于所述组合物的总重量1%至30%的阴离子表面活性剂;
c.基于所述组合物的总重量1%至10%的两性表面活性剂;和
d.载体。
5.如权利要求1所述的组合物,所述组合物包含比率为1∶1至3∶1的两性表面活性剂和阴离子表面活性剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述阳离子聚合物选自由下列组成的组:阳离子多糖、聚乙烯亚胺及其衍生物、聚(丙烯酰胺-共聚-二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵)、聚(丙烯酰胺-甲基丙烯酰氨基丙基三甲基氯化铵)、聚(丙烯酰胺-共聚-丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基乙酯)及其季铵化衍生物、聚(丙烯酰胺-共聚-甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲基氨基乙酯)及其季铵化衍生物、聚(丙烯酸羟乙酯-共聚-甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯)、聚(丙烯酸羟丙酯-共聚-甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯)、聚(丙烯酸羟丙酯-共聚-甲基丙烯酰氨基丙基三甲基氯化铵)、聚(丙烯酰胺-共聚-二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵-共聚-丙烯酸)、聚(丙烯酰胺-甲基丙烯酰氨基丙基三甲基氯化铵-共聚-丙烯酸)、聚(二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵)、聚(乙烯吡咯烷酮-共聚-甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯)、聚(甲基丙烯酸乙酯-共聚-季铵化甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯)、聚(甲基丙烯酸乙酯-共聚-甲基丙烯酸油酯-共聚-甲基丙烯酸二乙基氨基乙酯)、聚(二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵-共聚-丙烯酸)、聚(乙烯吡咯烷酮-共聚-季铵化乙烯基咪唑)、聚(丙烯酰胺-共聚-甲基丙烯酰氨基丙基-五甲基-1,3-丙烯-2-醇-二氯化铵)、以及它们的混合物。
7.如权利要求6所述的组合物,其中所述两性表面活性剂包括选自由下列组成的组的表面活性剂:N-烷基氨基丙酸盐、N-烷基甜菜碱、N-烷基甘氨酸盐、羧基甘氨酸盐、基于烷基咪唑啉的表面活性剂、氧化胺、以及它们的组合。
8.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含有机硅氧烷。
9.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述组合物具有200cps至1,000cps的粘度。
10.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中在阴离子表面活性剂源的存在下,所述组合物在洗涤条件下形成具有0.005-5000μm粒度的颗粒。
11.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述组合物在洗涤条件下形成凝聚层,如采用所述测试方法测量地,所述凝聚层具有10-2,000,000Pa的弹性模量和粘度模量。
12.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中在100rads/sec的频率下,所述组合物的弹性模量大于粘度模量。
13.如权利要求1所述的组合物,如采用所述测试方法测量地,所述组合物能够提供-0.01至-15的ΔL值。
14.一种提供织物有益效果的方法,所述方法包括使权利要求1所述的组合物与织物接触的步骤。
15.如权利要求13所述的方法,其中在阴离子表面活性剂源的存在下实施所述接触步骤。
16.一种提供织物有益效果的方法,所述方法包括使用顶部加载式洗衣机使权利要求1所述的组合物与织物接触的步骤。
