背景技术
现有的减肥饮料很多,大都以中药或草药为主料配制,如专利号“200410062219.0”公开的一种养生减肥多功能营养饮料,就采用黄芪、山药、人参、灵芝、当归、意智仁、五味子、柏子仁、首乌、茯苓、茯神、枣仁、远志、石菖蒲、黄精、龟板、赤芍、山楂、山楂树叶、香附、肉蔻、麦芽、草果、积壳、砂仁、戈根、泽泻、防风、猪苓为中药原料制成中药煎剂,然后和米醋、阿斯巴糖、人参皂甙混合粉剂和磁化水制成,解决了现有技术中既解渴又减肥养生的饮料的缺乏,具有减肥效果显著的优点。又如申请号“200810093441.5”的一种绿茶生姜降脂减肥饮料,其主要成分选择优质绿茶、何首乌、泽泻、丹参、决明子、生姜、矿泉水浸泡,再经过加热、过滤、澄清处理、调配、精滤、杀菌、罐装等工艺制成。也是与众多中药材为主料制成的。这类减肥饮料,配方复杂,制作工艺也复杂,成本高;另外减肥也不是此类饮料的主要功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种减肥茶及其制备方法,其配方简单,制作工艺简单,主要功能就是减肥。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种减肥茶及其制备方法,由绿茶、小山茶、干荷叶、魔芋粉配制而成,按重量计,绿茶25-45%、云南小山茶15-30%,干荷叶15-30%,魔芋粉9-15%,其中绿茶,经过筛选,在烘烤设备中加工,时间主要控制在4-8分钟及温度在130℃-140℃之间,加工出的茶叶形状为茶杆膨胀,色泽深褐微黄。云南小山茶,(凤尾茶)晒干,筛选,取花为原料,在烘烤设备中加工,在125℃-130℃之间温度条件下,烘烤3-5分钟。采用荷花叶晒干,筛选,干荷叶粉碎至大豆粒大的碎片。魔芋粉采用市售的精粉。
按上述方式,分别把绿茶烘烤成深褐微黄炕茶、云南小山茶取花烘烤成干品荷叶干燥后制成碎片。把它们按配方比例,分别取三种成分相应重量混合成一体,按一次用量,分份包装成份,魔芋精粉按一次量的比例取量,另包装成一份,再合包装在一起。饮用时,先把前三种组分用开水浸泡,滤去茶叶、荷叶,留下茶水,再将配给的魔芋精粉倒入冷开水浸湿,再冲入备好的茶水中搅拌成流汁状,即可饮用。用多少量的水泡茶,根据饮用者的习惯,可多可少。茶水量的多少,只会改变加入魔芋精粉后的饮料的流汁浓度,不影响其效果。
按照上述方案制成的减肥茶,配方简单,生产过程简单,但其中的主要成分,都是公认的较好减肥效果的保健食用植物。在加工过程中采用的方式也都是物理过程,没有防腐或其它添加剂,也没有调味剂,减肥效果突出,还能充分发挥其中绿茶、小山茶、荷叶、魔芋粉的降血压血脂的保健功能。其中绿茶和小山茶经过在确定的温度条件下烘烤处理,还有利益茶叶中有效成分的浸出速度加快,浸出更充分,同时缓解绿茶过分性寒的特性,有利益更多人饮用。
具体实施方式
以下给出本发明的实施例:
1、采用云南优质绿茶,经过筛选,在烘烤设备中加工,时间主要控制在4-8分钟及温度在130℃-140℃之间,加工出的茶形状为茶杆膨胀,色泽深褐微黄备用。精选绿茶通过这样的加工过程,使茶叶烘烤脱水及提香,消除绿茶的寒性,强化了茶叶中的各种物质成分,茶杆膨胀,使得在浸泡过程中能释放更多的营养成分;茶叶烤熟对人体促进新陈代谢也更好。
2、采用云南小山茶,(凤尾茶)晒干,筛选,取花为原料,在烘烤设备中加工,烘烤时间控制在3-5分钟,温度控制在125℃-130℃之间烘干备用,有清热解毒之效。
3、采用嫩荷花叶晒干,筛选,干荷叶粉碎至碎片状备用。
4、用市售的魔芋精粉,按配方比例量配齐备用。
前述的烘烤加工得到的绿茶,烘干的凤尾茶及荷叶,既可按配方重量比例取各组成物,把它们混合均匀,按一次饮用量包装成袋,魔芋单独包装成袋,用时,先将配好的混合体置入容具中浸泡10-20分钟,滤去茶叶、荷叶,留下浸出液,适当升温到60℃以上,把魔芋精粉放在另一容具中,用冷开水搅拌浸湿,再将浸出的茶水在搅拌状态下缓慢冲入糊状魔芋粉中,使其混合均匀,成流汁即可饮用。
关于凤尾茶的资料:穗状花序,花暗紫色,揉搓后有特异清香。味辛、凉。发散解表,理气和胃,升清阳,清肝热。治感冒风寒头痛,肝炎,目痛,头晕痛,咽喉痛,消化不良。
关于荷叶的资料:荷叶,又称莲叶,为睡莲科植物莲的茎叶。中医认为,荷叶性味甘、寒,入脾、胃经,有清热解暑、平肝降脂之功,适用于暑热烦渴,口干引饮,小便短黄,头目眩晕,面色红赤,高血压、高血脂症。《本草纲目》言其“生发元气,散瘀血,消水肿”。《本草再新》言其“清凉解暑,止渴生津”。《本草通玄》言其“开胃消食,止血固精”。药理研究表明,本品含荷叶碱、莲碱、荷叶甙等,能降血压,降脂,减肥。荷叶入食味清香,可口宜人,入药可理脾活血,祛暑解热,治疗暑天外感身痛及脾湿泻泄。
关于魔芋的资料:具有降血脂、降血糖、减肥、通便及多种疗效,无副作用。魔芋的主要成份是葡甘聚糖,它不仅含有人体所需的10多种氨基酸和多种微量元素,更具有低蛋白质、低脂肪和吸水性强,膨胀力低蛋白质以及吸水性强、膨胀力大等特性,可以直接制作成各种食品。也可以运用葡甘聚糖所具有的成膜性、可塑性、结构性、赋形性、乳化性和保水性等而作为食品添加剂。葡甘聚糖是优良的膳食纤维,还可制成非常流行的功能食品。利用其含脂肪少的特点,也可以制成清淡化食品。葡甘聚糖还是高效经济的天然果品保鲜剂。
如配制一次喝的减肥茶量,则取烤绿茶5克、小山茶3克,干荷叶3克,魔芋粉1.2克,开水冲泡,每日2次,早晚饭后服用。本发明提供了一种用于减肥茶饮料组合物,它是由小山茶、由绿茶制成的烤茶、魔芋精粉,干荷叶原料按本发明公开的配方制备成饮料,不仅有明显的预防肥胖及减肥作用,还可用于预防心脑血管病。
Claims (3)
1.一种减肥茶,由绿茶、小山茶、干荷叶、魔芋粉配制而成,其特征在于按重量计,组分中:绿茶25-45%、云南小山茶15-30%,干荷叶15-30%,魔芋粉9-15%。
2.一种减肥茶的制备方法,其特征在于绿茶,经过筛选,在烘烤设备中,温度控制在130℃-140℃之间,烘烤4-8分钟,加工出的茶叶形状为茶杆膨胀,色泽深褐微黄;云南小山茶取花为原料,晒干,筛选,在烘烤设备中,125℃-130℃之间温度条件下,烘烤3-5分钟;采用荷花叶晒干,筛选,干荷叶粉碎成碎片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种减肥茶的制备方法,其特征在于按上述方式,分别把绿茶烘烤成深褐微黄炕茶、云南小山茶取花烘烤成干品,荷叶干燥后制成碎片;把它们按配方比例,分别取三种成分相应重量混合成一体,按一次用量,分份包装成份,魔芋精粉按一次量的比例取量,另包装成一份,再合包装在一起。
